Fearless Hero
In a big manor, that once belonged to a tyrannical woman, a big party was on its way.
Everyone was celebrating, drinking, dancing, just having fun.
And on it, were three hooded figures, all running around.
"Hello there, yes yes thank you for coming !"
"We hope that you are enjoying the party !"
"And that you still have more room for more, fun !"
The three figures stood at the balcony as everyone cheered.
"Now let me, ask, who wants some music !" The first figure too their hood off, revealing a man with green hair.
WANTED: EDRIC BLIGHT
"Ed please, you know we are shy." The second figure also took their hood off, revealing a woman that looked just like the man.
WANTED: EMIRA BLIGHT
"Well Em, why don't we ask Mittens what we should do ?"
"What a great idea, what do you say Mittens ?"
The last member took off her mask. Revealing a young woman with golden eyes, and purple hair.
"I say we give them what they want !"
WANTED: AMITY BLIGHT !
With that in mind, the Blight siblings started to sing.
"Who are your favorite fearless heroes, who are your favorite fearless heroes !"
"Hah ! Who are brave and ready for trouble !"
"You are you are !"
"Who are unbelievable humble !"
"You are you are !"
"Who are your favorite fearless heroes ! Who are your favorite fearless heroes !"
"Who are the witches that roll the dice ? and that gamble with their lives ?" Edric sang, jumping to the crowd.
Who have never been touched by a grave ? The Blights are never afraid !" Emira sang, joining her brother.
Amity kept on the balcony, playing on her guitar.
"Who are your favorite fearless heroes ? Whoa re your favorite fearless heroes ! WOO HOO !"
The people continued to sing and dance, until..
"WHAT IS THIS !"
The song suddenly stopped, and everyone looked at the doors.
The owner of the house...she was still around.
"Ah, governor Terra Snapdragon. How nice to see you." Edric said.
"Our house, is your house." Emira said.
"No, my house is your house ! GET THOSE BLIGHTS !"
Terra's guards rushed towards the siblings.
"Blights, jump to battle !" Emira yelled.
"Hey !" Amity said to the band. "Keep playing the music !"
The band nodded and kept playing as the Blights fought.
Terra's soldiers tried their best, but they were powerless against the twins.
Amity leaped to fight Terra, who tried to attack her with some plant magic, but Amity covered it all.
"Amity Blight has never been hit by a sword or any weapon, but you...well ?"
Terra noticed in horror as her clothes suddenly fell apart.
"WHY YOU LITTLE.."
"Hey Terra !" Edric called. "Heads up !"
He dropped a box of fireworks, and set them to fire at Terra.
"AH !" Terra yelled, ducking just as the fireworks got to her.
Little did the Blights knew, that outside the mansion, a giant slept.
And as soon as the fireworks went boom, the giant woke up.
He looked at the mansion and growled.
Back at the mansion, everyone kept laughing at the governor's missfortune.
"Hahaha, what are you gonna do now, governor, are you..."
Amity was interrupted when the roof was suddenly lifted, and the giant appeared, roaring at her.
"Oh."
"ITS THE DELMAR GIANT !" The towns folk yelled.
"WEE, I AM BEING KIDNAPPED !" A child yelled, as the giant grabbed him.
"No, no wee at that !" Amity yelled. "Don't worry, we will save you !"
"SAVE ME AS WELL !" Terra yelled, as she too was kidnapped.
"That, we will see. Ed, Em, I need the rope !"
"You got it Mittens."
"Musicians, keep the music going !"
Amity leaped to the rope her siblings created, and was ejected towards the giant !
She made an abomination fist, larger, and larger, and lager.
Until the abomination fist clashed with the giant, and made it tumble down.
Amity used her magic to slow her fall, and stood beside her siblings as they exited the mansion.
The town celebrated at them for defeating the giant so quickly and without issue
"Thank you thank you, now, HOW ABOUT ONE MORE..."
Amity and her siblings were interrupted when a building collapsed in top of them.
"Ms. Blight....Ms. Blight ?"
Amity groaned as she saw a light entering her eyes.
She opened them, and saw a woman in blue and orange clothes looking at her.
"Oh good, you are awake."
"Where...am I ?"
"You are my clinic ! I am the town's healer and beast keeper ! The name is Viney by the way."
"What...happened ?"
"Nah ah ah, first, we need to check the vitals. Let's have a look here."
Viney started checking Amity's eyes and ears.
"You see and hear me alright ?"
"Yes."
"Hmm. Nice hair color, my need to think about dying it again soon."
"Thanks...I guess ?"
"Now what about a temperare take ?"
She placed a thermometer inside her mouth, and kept it shut for a while.
"Hmm. Tempeture looks nice then."
"That's it, can I go now ? And where are my siblings ?"
"They are outside, I already checked them. They...came back before you."
"Before me ?"
"Look Amity...I am just gonna say it...You died."
Amity looked shocked.
"Doctor......RELAX !" She yelled, laughing. "Hah, you know as Blights, we come with some extra lives."
"Well...acording to your siblings, you already died once. That time you...threw yourself in a cannon ? What was that about ?"
"I..it was not my favorite moment."
"Well. Like with your siblings who...are also on their last one, I recommend retirement. You three are carless and do not think about your lives. That might have been fine with the extra back up, but that day and age is gone. Now...you have anyone to go to ? Someone to count on this time ?"
Amity...Amity had someone. She had someone that she had...no, she still loves with all her heart.
But she had ruined it, and now she is sure, she wants nothing to do with her.
"I...sure...sure."
"Well, I think is time to stop the adventure Ms. Blight. You are powerful, there is no doubt about that, but death is always after us all...oh and before you leave, can you give me your sister's number ?"
"That never of the doctor !" Edric yelled. Slaming his glass to the table. "Telling us to retire ! We are the Blights, last life or not, we do not cower !"
"That Doctor was a cutie." Emira said. "You both might have to go at it without me tomorrow, because I am getting a date."
Amity did not respond. Just stared at her glass.
Edric and Emira always did that. Dated many people that they encountered around their travels.
Amity on the only hand, has only dated one person. And she to still this day, is the only person she loves.
Luz...
She had not seen her in such a long time. Maybe she should call her...
"Hey Mittens, Earth to Mittens ?"
"Hah, what is it Edric ?"
"I was saying that Em can do better than that doctor."
"Shut up Ed. She is better than that abomination plant guy you dated."
Amity sighted, and went to speak.
But then...a strange whistle came around the bar.....
