Godzilla part 9
*Suddenly a blue light shines on Luffy's face*
Godzilla: Mmmm….
*The Female Muto turns around and sees Godzilla's tail moving up. His dorsal plates at the end start to glow. Slowly moving their way up towards the rest of the dorsal plates. A small rumbling is heard. As Godzilla is fully revealed from the smoke and approaches the Female Muto.*
Female Muto: Huh… Huh!? HUH!? GET AWAY! GET AWAY!
*Godzilla huffs up and then… shoots out a blue beam of pure radioactive flames at the female Muto! This atomic breath pushes her backwards against the building.*
Morbius: The hell was that?
*The Strawhat Pirates briefly look back and Godzilla firing his atomic breath.*
Usopp: Holy shit! Do you see that!?
Nami: It breathes fire!?
Sanji: Come on, we gotta keep going! As cool as that is!
*They continue to take the heavy nuclear bomb. Godzilla briefly stops shooting his atomic breath before resuming again with a second shot that knocks out the Female Muto.*
Godzilla: Hmm!
*But then the Male Muto surprise attacks Godzilla from behind and they once again get into a scuffle. Luffy manages to get up and get away from the female muto and runs towards the docks*
Luffy: That was so cool!
*The Strawhats manage to take the bomb to the pier docks where they choose a random boat*
Morbius: Does anyone know how to hotwire this thing?
Nami: Maybe, I mean I stole cars but not an electric boat before
Usopp: I got it!
*Usopp manages to hotwire the boat and activates it… alerting the Female Muto.*
Female Muto: Ugh… what?
*The Female muto quickly gets up and sees the boat has been activated. And she quickly starts running towards the pier.*
Usopp: Hurry! She's coming after the bomb!
Zoro: We'll have to keep her occupied…
Sanji: How!?
Zoro: Fighting back…
Female Muto: RRRRAAAA!!!
*Meanwhile the Male Muto keeps attacking Godzilla, and even at one point bites his gills.*
Godzilla: Aaahh!!!
*Godzilla grabs the Male Muto with his jaws and throws him across the city. But the Male Muto regains his momentum and flies away and circles around. Godzilla analyzes where the Male Muto may strike. The Male Muto then makes a turn. Ready for a dive in strike. Godzilla then quickly turns around and just as the Male Muto is about to hit Godzilla he swings his tail and knocks him full force into the tallest building. The Male muto is stabbed by a sharp piece of the building he slammed into. Godzilla looks and sees he's killed the Male Muto and then crouches down a bit. Putting his hands on his knees. He looks tired from fighting the Mutos all day. Then he hears the building falling apart and it collapses onto him*
Godzilla: Aaahhh!!!
*He falls down and causes a huge impact of smoke. Survivors taking refuge in the city panic as they try to stay away from the huge smoke*
Citizen 1: Aaahhh!!
Citizen 2: Get down!
Child: Mommy!? Mommy!!!
*Luffy keeps running towards the pier docks but the blast from the explosion made his legs injured. He continues to push on but he takes a small break.*
Luffy: Damnit! I'm so tired… agh!
*aAs he slows down a bit and catches his breath, Godzilla puts his hand down near Luffy. He's fallen down and looks tired. Luffy can hear his voice…*
Godzilla: I'm so sick of this…
Luffy: Huh?
Godzilla: So… sick…
*He turns and sees Luffy is watching him*
Luffy: You're tired too?
Godzilla: … You understand me?
Luffy: Uh, yeah. I think so.
Godzilla: … You were the one who destroyed the nest. Little human.
Luffy: Yeah that was me.
Godzilla: … Thank you…
*The smoke then engulfs Godzilla's face and he disappears.*
Luffy: … You're welcome.
*Luffy then hears screaming and quickly runs again.*
*The Female Muto makes her way to the small boat but Zoro and Sanji try to fight her off.*
Female Muto: GRRRAAAHH!!!
*Luffy finally arrives.*
Luffy: Guys!?
Morbius: Where have you've been!?
Luffy: I blew up the nest!
*Morbius then flies up towards her eye and scratches it. Irritating the female muto. She uses her small arms to whack Morbius out of the way*
Luffy: Morbius!
*Usopp and Nami try to get the boat moving.*
Usopp: Come on! Come on!
Nami: Hurry you stupid boat!
*The Female Muto then knocks away Zoro and Sanji after distracting her. Luffy then makes his way to the other side
Luffy: Gum Gum Pistol!
*He proceeds to punch the female Muto in the face. This Keeps the female Muto distracted long enough for Usopp and Nami to finally get the boat moving.*
Nami: We did it!
Usopp: Now let's quickly get off this thing!
*But the boat moves too quickly from the dock.*
Usopp: Oh no!
Nami: NO!
*Then it stops as the Female Muto's natural emp reaches the boat. She stands above it. Making Usopp and Nami small and insignificant in her presence.*
Female Muto: Gggrrr…
Usopp: Agh!
Nami: Oh no…
Female Muto: You humans took away… everything.
Luffy: Hey! Leave my friends alone!
Female Muto: You especially…
*Luffy makes it to the edge of the docks as the female turns around and sees him*
Female Muto: I'll kill all of you…
Luffy: Come at me! Leave my friends alone!
Female Muto: Foolish Human, you'll be a crumb when I bite you…
*She moves slowly moves back towards the pier where Luffy is at*
Female Muto: When I'm done with you, your friends are next.
Luffy: I won't let you eat them!
Female Muto: You're so weak…
*Luffy gets ready to attack her as the Female Muto is about to eat him… then suddenly a biting sound is heard.*
Female Muto: Agh! Agh…
Luffy: … Huh?
Female Muto: AAAAHH!!!
Godzilla: Mmmm…
*Godzilla bites down on the Female Muto's back and forces her to turn around to him. He grabs her jaws with his powerful hands and forces her head to look up to him. He opens the jaws. The Female Muto tries to fight back but Godzilla then fires his atomic breath inside her mouth. Delivering the kiss of death. The atomic breath burns her neck and decapitates her. The body collapses and Godzilla victoriously holds the head and…*
Godzilla: RROOOAAAARR!!!
*Then he throws the head down and power returns to the city.*
Luffy: Woah…
*Godzilla turns his head towards Luffy.*
Godzilla: You're welcome. Little human
*Godzilla nods. Repaying Luffy by saving him from the Female Muto just as Luffy saved him by blowing up the nest that distracted the Mutos. Godzilla then walks away from Luffy. The power comes back to the boat and then sails out to sea.*
Nami: Luffy!
Usopp: HELP!
Luffy: Oh no!
*Luffy tries to stretch his arm to reach the boat and save Nami and Usopp, but he gets tired and can't do it.*
Luffy: No…
*He then sees Godzilla making it back to the shore and heading inside the city. But he looks so tired and he limps. Luffy finally collapses against his will. And Godzilla too collapses.*
Godzilla: Aahhh….
*The impact makes the ground shake. Luffy wants to get back up to try and save Nami and Usopp who are trapped on the boat with the nuke. It seemed hopeless until he sees familiar face*
Morbius: Don't worry… I got this.
*Morbius flies up and makes his way quickly towards the boat.*
Usopp: What are we going to do!?
Nami: I don't know…
Usopp: We only have 6 minutes left!
*Morbius then arrives at the boat*
Nami: Morbius!
Usopp: Oh thank goodness!
Morbius: Hang on!
*He grabs hold of both of them and flies away from the boat. 6 minutes pass and Morbius manages to make it to the pier safely with Nami and Usopp*
Nami: Thank you…
Usopp: We couldve been goners!
Morbius: It's over now…
*They see in the distance a small bright light. The boat manages to get far away enough from the city to detonate without destroying San Francisco.*
*The next day, Zoro, Sanji and Luffy get healed up in the medical ward and are checked out.*
Morbius: Are you guys okay?
Luffy: We're fine.
Zoro: Those Muto sure worked us overtime…
Sanji: Did you worry about me, Nami?
Nami: I was worried about all of you!
Usopp: At least now we can all relax for a moment….
*They sit down outside the medical ward inside a football stadium. Seeing other survivors being healed up and reuniting with families.*
Morbius: I can't imagine how many people lost their homes…
Nami: It's horrible… they destroyed San Francisco and… how can they even rebuild?
Morbius: They will. Eventually. Donations and funds from the government will restore the city. But it will never be the same…
Nami: No it won't.
*Godzilla still lays down. Presumably dead. As firemen and rescuers surround the body. Helicopters fly around his supposed corpse. Throughout the city, firemen and other Search and rescue men search through the debris. Looking for survivors. Dr. Serizawa and Dr Graham arrive at Godzilla's body and sees he's still not awake.*
Graham: I can't believe it. He fought and fought and now…
Serizawa: … Yasuraka ni nemuru.
*Just as they turn around to leave, Godzilla lets out a deep breath.*
Godzilla: Ooooooohh….
*This scares the humans nearby as Godzilla opens his eyes.*
*The Strawhats leave the stadium and make their way towards the docks.*
Morbius: Looks like Merry survived the whole ordeal.
Usopp: Oh thank God!
Morbius: You guys ready to set sail?
Luffy: Yeah. I'm ready to leave San Francisco and the whole Monarch thing.
Nami: It has been tiring. No more working for government stuff okay guys?
Morbius: I hope…
*The Strawhats prepare to set sail.*
Sanji: Let's take advantage of this escape while the military and marines are distracted from the destruction.
Morbius: Right! Nows our best chance to get away!
*They make the preparations and then… start to set sail.*
Morbius: Goodbye San Francisco! Hopefully it can be rebuilt… Luffy?
*Luffy looks at the city.*
Morbius: What are you looking at?
Luffy: I'm wondering…
Morbius: Wondering about what?
*The people at the stadium look at the giant billboard. And they start cheering, clapping and whistling at it. Why? Because…*
News reporter: Breaking news! Godzilla, King of the Monsters! Savior of our city? Find out more on this breaking news!
*Godzilla has gotten up from his long nap. And makes his way out of the city. Heading towards the sea as Helicopters fly around him. The humans below look at him in awe. Including Graham and Serizawa.*
Serizawa: Gojira…
*Godzilla reaches the shore and one last time…*
Godzilla: Rrrrrrraaaaaaaaa… mmmm.
*He then steps into the water and moves through it.*
Luffy: Woohoo!
Morbius: Woah! He's still alive!?
Usopp: Ah! He's coming after us!
Luffy: Go, Go, Godzilla!
*The Strawhats witness Godzilla near them. Zoro and Sanji stay cautious, Nami and Usopp get scared, but Luffy and Morbius stare at him in awe and fascination.*
Morbius: So cool… real life Kaiju…
*Godzilla then briefly looks at them. And for a moment… It looked like Godzilla was smiling at them. Luffy smiles back and tips his hat to him. Then Godzilla dives into the ocean. Displacing the water and making the Going Merry shake a hit. Usopp and Nami hold on as Zoro and Sanji nearly fall. Luffy and Morbius hang on and see Godzilla’s dorsal plates sink deeper into the ocean until he is submerged completely into the water. Disappearing into the sea.*
