Stenz: …
Hampton: All of our sensors indicate the Male delivered the warhead to the center of downtown. That puts a hundred thousand civilians in the blast radius and we can't stop it remotely.
Stenz: … I'm stumped.
Hampton: Sir, we need orders.
Stenz: I… oh…
Serizawa: Vice Admiral. I believe we may have a solution.
Stenz: … What?
Serizawa: We send the pirates.
Stenz: You've got to be kidding.
Serizawa: I am not. You've already sacrificed many soldiers trying to do their jobs. It hasn't worked. Now millions are at risk. The pirates can get in, get out.
Graham: Plus they have a ship that doesn't run on electricity. It'll be immune to the Muto's EMP attacks.
Stenz: *sigh* We can't trust them.
Serizawa: The navy employs warlords of the sea. Pirates who work for the government. It's an uneasy alliance but right now there's more at stake here. You can't afford to lose more lives but… you can afford to use expendable pirates no one will miss.
Stenz: … That's a good point. But what makes you think we can control them?
Serizawa: That's the problem Vice Admiral, you want to control things that cannot be controlled. Trust in that Strawhat Luffy isn't like other pirates and will get the warhead out of the city.
Stenz: … *sigh* I'm only doing this because we have no other choice.
*The Strawhats get released.*
Morbius: So did they decide not to arrest us?
Serizawa: No because I told them you can get the warhead out of the city.
Luffy: What?
Usopp: Hey we didn't agree to this!
Zoro: We don't take orders from the government!
Serizawa: I know. But this Isn't an order. It's a favor. We've protected you under our organization. Now we ask that you save the lives of millions.
Morbius: What do you mean?
Serizawa: The Mutos have taken the warhead into downtown China Town in San Francisco. It can't be turned off remotely so… it'll blow up millions of people.
Luffy: I see…
Serizawa: And since Stenz can't afford to lose more marines, I ask you to go in and get the warhead out of the city. Do what the military can't do.
Nami: Now hang on we already tried to do a favor and look how well that turned out.
Serizawa: That was different. This time you have Gojira.
Luffy: Godzilla?
Serizawa: Yes… I believe you'll be able to get the warhead out of the city in time, as long as Godzilla distracts the Mutos.
Morbius: Hmm. That doss seem like a viable plan.
Nami: But hang on, you're acting like Godzilla is the good guy here.
Usopp: Yeah! How do we know he isn't trying to take the nuke for himself?
Serizawa: Ever since he woke up he's been trying to stop the Mutos. And we kept interfering. It's about time that our role plays a smaller part in this bigger play. He can defeat them
Luffy: … Okay. crew, we're going to San Francisco.
Usopp: Luffy, we're literally taking out a nuclear bomb out of the city.
Luffy: I know. But it's so people won't die. Right? Serizawa's country got bombed and lost people in the explosion. I can't imagine what it's like to know your country was the victim of a powerful weapon that killed millions. And Serizawa is my friend! So if he wants me to stop another even like that then we owe him!
Nami: But… this is dangerous
Morbius: Which is why all we have to do is get the bomb. Put it on a boat and send it miles out shore! Get it as Far Away from the city as possible before it detonates.
Luffy: Sounds easy.
Usopp: Are you sure that's okay?
Morbius: Would you rather sacrifice the Going Merry?
Usopp: NO!
Morbius: Then we put it on a small boat. That's the plan!
*The plan is informed to Stenz.*
Stenz: It sounds like a long shot. But then again this is unprecedented… this alpha predator of yours, doctor. Do you really think he has a chance?
Dr. Serizawa: The Arrogance of man is thinking nature is in our control. And not the other way around. Let them fight.
*Meanwhile the Male Muto flies across the city and lands on a building. Destroying it.*
Male Muto: Rrrrraaa!!!
*The citizens run away but then Godzilla arrives*
Godzilla: Mmmmmm…
*The citizens then quickly head into the building for shelter. As the Male Muto flies above them and charges at Godzilla. Godzilla clashes with the Muto, and bites him. Just as the doors to the building close.*
*The Going Merry sails to the shores of San Francisco and arrives at a pier. It's night time now, and the monsters are nowhere to be seen.*
Nami: We're here.
Morbius: The city looks… spooky.
Luffy: It's a ghost city.
Sanji: Well duh, the power is out.
Morbius: Let's move. We don't know how much time we have.
Luffy: Right. Onward!
*They go into the city. Walking through the destroyed streets. They walk for a few minutes into the city and Luffy can hear the voices.*
Luffy: There they are…
Male Muto: Get out of here!
Godzilla: Gggrrr…
*Godzilla throws the Muto off him and it flies away.*
Usopp: Maybe I should go back to the Merry-
Zoro: We're already halfway there.
Nami: No we're not.
Morbius: Actually we could be halfway there, we just need to head over there. It shouldn't take too long.
Nami: How do you know?
*We then hear Godzilla.*
Sanji: What was that?
Usopp: Ah! A monster!
Luffy: … Woah
*Luffy goes around the corner and spots a shadow of a monster. The dorsal plates of a predator. Then the creature slowly moves away from him.*
Luffy: Woah
Morbius: Luffy come on! It's not too long from here.
*They head into the city and reach the entrance of downtown China Town.*
Usopp: Finally! We're here, now let's the get the bomb out of here!
Morbius: We need to find it first…
*But then they hide as they see a large figure rising out of the smog. A large arm stomps on the ground and they fully see the Female Muto.*
Female Muto: RRRRRAAAAA!!!
Usopp: Luffy, what it say?
Luffy: …It's giving birth.
Usopp: What does that mean!?
*He then sees the female muto laying eggs.*
Zoro: Gross.
Sanji: It's more like it's shitting then birthing.
Zoro: Kinda like you.
Sanji: Why oughta-
Nami: Focus!
*As they witness the Female Muto laying her eggs. They hear a scraping noise from behind them. A large tail swoops from the fog. Lightning briefly illuminates, the outline of a figure. It isn't until the giant steps forward out of the fog that it fully appears*
Luffy: Ah…
Usopp: Oh crap.
Godzilla: RRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRR
Female Muto: Not you. You better leave. Now!
Luffy: They're gonna fight.
Usopp: SHIT.
*The Female Muto then starts to walk straight towards Godzilla. She jumps on a few buildings and tries to attack the approaching Godzilla. But Godzilla pushes her against him and bites her.*
Usopp: Now's our chance!
*The Strawhats quickly move into downtown. They see the entire place is completely destroyed. The structures compiled into endless gravel of debris.*
Morbius: It's a nest alright. But if I were a Muto… I'd put the warhead in the center.
*Morbius points to an opening area. The strawhats move there way into the cavern opening and enter an uneven trampled area of destroyed clumps of city pieces and debris.*
Nami: Oh god! It smells awful!
Sanji: Need me to cover your nose Nami!?
Zoro: Shut it!
Sanji: You Shut it!
Usopp: What… the… FUCK!?
Morbius: What?
*They see a giant spiral of eggs running from the ceiling all the way down to a single point sticking from the ceiling. Underneath is the warhead. Seemingly feeding on the radiation as a fuel. Morbius notices the eggs are transparent contain baby Muto embryos.*
Nami: You were right. It's right over there!
Morbius: Told ya!
Luffy: Let's go!
*He stretches toward warhead and grabs it. Then brings it back.*
Luffy: I got it!
Morbius: Alright. Let me see it.
*He sees the bomb only has 27 minutes left before it detonates.*
Morbius: Oh shit… we only have 27 minutes! We've got to hurry!
*They all work together to carry the warhead out of the cavern nest. But Luffy stays behind.*
Luffy: If these eggs hatch… they'll destroy everything…
*Godzilla is kicking the female Muto’s ass*
Female Muto: Agh! AAAAHHH!!!
*The Female Muto falls over.*
Godzilla: Rrraaar!!!
*Godzilla stomps on her multiple times.*
Female Muto: Help! Help!
*The Male Muto arrives and drags Godzilla*
Godzilla: Agh!
*He tries to bite the male muto's foot off. But the Male Muto manages to free himself and grab Godzilla.*
Female Muto: Take this!
*The Female Muto then charges at Godzilla and rams him into the building.*
Godzilla: Gggrrr…. AAAAAHHH!!!
*The Male Muto then jumps on Godzilla. Godzilla tries to counter attack but the female muto then slashes Godzilla. Causing him to bleed.*
Godzilla: GRAAHHH!!!
*Luffy then messes with some gas.*
Luffy: Hopefully they'll blow up!
*He starts to run away from the nest*
*The Mutos proceed to attack Godzilla together and make him fall down to the ground. Knocking back a building. They start to beat him up. Just as the strawhats carry the warhead away.*
Luffy: Gotta get out of here!
*Luffy manages to escape on time. Just as the gas and chemicals from various parts of the destroyed city mixed. Causing an explosion that destroys the nest.*
Female Muto: mmm? NNNNAAAAAAA!!!!
*The Female Muto then runs towards the nest. She narrowly avoids the rest of the strawhats who are carrying the warhead as fast as they can. The male Muto finally notices his mate is in distress. And he too leaves Godzilla to fly away and check on the nest.*
Female Muto: Babies!? Babies!? Babies!? BABIES!?
*She looks inside and sees the nest is destroyed. Along with her eggs. And she is devestated.*
Female Muto: NNNNOOOOO… NOOO!!! Nooo!! NOOOOO!!! My BABIES. MY BABIES!!!
*Luffy makes his way out… but accidentally makes noises and the female Muto notices him.*
Female Muto: Huuuuhhmmm!?
Luffy: Oh crap…
