*The next morning, Morbius managed to save Luffy from drowning in the river. They slept on the shore, too traumatized from the event to move. Then they wake up to the noises of helicopters. They land and take the nuclear warhead that was partially damaged from the attack. While Monarch scientists approach the strawhats*
Monarch Scientist 1: Is that them?
Monarch Scientist 2: Yes. Get a medic!

*The Helicopters take them back to a base established in Oakland, California while the nuclear warhead goes to San Francisco Bay. The city is being evacuated, in preparation for the arrival of the titanic creatures. The rest of the strawhats arrive at the base.*
Usopp: Are you guys okay!?
Nami: Luffy’s hurt.
Morbius: Yeah. Pretty badly too.
Zoro: You okay, buddy?
Luffy: Kind of. My back still hurts.
Morbius: Don't worry medical teams are making sure you aren't too badly damaged.
Usopp: Wait, so if Monarch came here alongside the military that means…

Stenz: What were the strawhat pirates doing on the train?
Serizawa: They may have attempted to steal the nuclear bomb.
Stenz: Are you sure YOU didn't send them?
Serizawa: Positive. We at Monarch don't condone such things.
Graham: It's our word against theirs.
Stenz: … Then they are under arrest.
Serizawa: Now I'm sure we can-
Stenz: No. It's clear you can't control these pirates, they must be placed under arrest effectively. Remember, we have military authority over Monarch now and you'll listen to us.
Serizawa: … Vice Admiral. Please don't do this.
Stenz: I understand your concerns doctor, but everything I do is for the safety of the citizens. I'm sacrificing lives just trying to steer one of these things away from a populated area. And now there are 2 of them on the way. There are millions of lives at risk so all I want to know from you, is will it work, and can they be killed.
Serizawa: But we tried that before!
Hampton: We're talking Diable Yield. Megatons not kilotons. Nothing can withstand that blast. Makes the bomb we tried to kill it with in the 50s look like a firecracker.
Serizawa: But we don't know if it'll even work.
Hampton: It's our best bet.
Stenz: The government has finalized this plan. So there's nothing we can do to change it. I have to follow my orders. And you need to follow yours.
*He leaves to go to the mission control room as Serizawa stands there disappointed.*

*In the mission control Stenz enters through the door and walks towards the monitors.*
Stenz: Sitrep, please. Location of targets?
Scientist 1: The Male Muto was spotted thirty miles off the farallon islands.
Scientist 2: We're showing seismic activity to the east near Livermore. Should be the female closing in.
Stenz: And where is Godzilla?
Martinez: Last contact was still 5 hours ago. Maintaining a bearing of zero five-three degrees, and descending below a depth of 10,000 feet. He'll be here within the hour.
*Stenz sees the news on the TV.*
Newsreporter: Residents are trying to get out of the city in any way they can.
*Stenz makes the horrifying realization.*
Stenz: There's still buses on that bridge.

*School buses move children through the Golden Gate Bridge as many cars are stuck in traffic due to mass evacuations. A police officer approaches a school bus.*
Police: We're not gonna stop the buses here!
*The bus driver can't hear him due to the children.*
Bus Driver: What? I can't hear you! Oh kids, please be quiet!
*The children see the tanks outside moving on the other lane.*
Kid: Woah! Look, Ms. Randa! The cool looking tanks!
Ms. Randa: I see, that. Stay in your seat.
Kid: So cool!
*Soldiers get ready to move into position when they suddenly hear the humming noise of Godzilla.*
Kid: Woah…
Bus Driver: The hell?
*The kids stop making noise and they look outside to see. A seagull hits the window, startling the kids They see the seagulls mass migrating away from the bay. As soldiers on battleships surround the Golden Gate Bridge. On one of the battleships, a couple of naval officers spots something.*
Officer 1: Portside! 200 meters!
Godzilla: Mmmm
Officer 2: BRACE!
*Godzilla swims fast but stops at the battleship. Right in front of it.*
Officer 3: Hold your fire. Hold your fire.
*Godzilla doesn't do anything at first… but then he starts rising out of the water. Only this wasn't his body. This was his tail rising out of the water. His main body rises a few meters away. Pushing away battleships off his back*
Officer 2: Holy shit!
Officer 3: Fire fire!
*They start shooting at Godzilla with guns. They shoot missiles but the missiles hit and fly upwards towards the bridge.*
Kid: Aaahhhh!!!
Ms. Randa: Get down! Get down! Stay in your seat!
*The bus driver then drives away and passes the police lines to get the children away from danger. But then one of the missiles hits a cable and it lands on the bridge. Blocking the bus driver's path.*
Soldier: Striker! There's civilians on the bridge! Hold your fire! Hold-
*Godzilla stands up and the missiles hit him. Blocking the missiles from shooting down the bridge. The children stare in awe.*
Godzilla: Mmmmmm….
Soldier: Open fire!
*They start shooting guns and tanks at Godzilla.*
Godzilla: Agh! Rraahh!!
*This only mildly irritates Godzilla.*
Ms. Randa: Oh no… kids we have to go!
*Ms. Rands tries to get the kids off the bus through the emergency exit.*
Ms. Randa: This way!
*She gets out and a couple of the children make it out.*
Godzilla: AHH!! RAAAHHH!!!
*Godzilla plows through the bridge and makes the school bus Ms. Randa was on fall into the ocean. Killing the all the children who couldn't get out.*
Ms. Randa: NO!
*Godzilla passes through the bridge and roars, Ms. Randa stares in both terror and guilt. There was nothing she could've done.*

*Godzilla passes through the Golden Gate Bridge and makes his way towards the city. Some marines on a small boat view him.*
Marine 1: Prepare to arm the device!
Marine 2: Ready!
Marine 3: You got it?
Marine 2: We're all set, sir.
Marine 1: Arming keys!
Marine 2: Three, two, one!
*They activate the clockwork nuclear bomb. But then a noise is heard.*
Male Muto: Rrrrrrrrrr….
*An EMP attack is unleashed. Knocking out the power of all the military ships.*
Marine 2: What the hell was that?
Marine 3: EMP.
Marine 1: Engine stopped! We lost power!
*They see a lot of jets falling into the water. And one falls straight next to them.*
Marine 1: Whoa!
Marine 2: Is everyone alright?
Male Muto: RRRR EEEE!!!
*The Male Muto flies straight down the boat and grabs it with it's mouth. Diving into the ocean. Some civilians driving through the streets near the shore witness it… then the male Muto rises out of the water and lands on street. Scaring civilians away. The Male Muto destroys the boat and rips the warhead clean off it.*
Male Muto: Mmm… rrrree! Roooaaa!!!
*It flies away into the city and then…*

Male Muto: I'm here! I'm here!
Female Muto: I'm over here, love.
*The Male Muto flies into the city and sees the Female muto was burrowing underground and rises out of the city from below. Although the smoke and debris from the destroyed buildings makes it hard to see, the mutos finally managed to meet. As the smoke clears away, the Female Muto sees the Male Muto for the first time.*
Male Muto: I brought this gift. For you.
Female Muto: You're so sweet
*They nuzzle their heads.*
Male Muto: Thank you.
Female Muto: You're welcome.
*She takes the warhead and puts it on her belly. She sees the eggs inside her orange transparent stomach glowing. Meaning it's radioactive enough to sustain them.*
Female Muto: This will do.
Male Muto: Alright, I'll keep guard.
Female Muto: You do that. I will build our nest.
Male Muto: You do that, honey.
Female Muto: Our family will be big… Oh this will bring a new era for our kind.
*The Male Muto flies away as the Female Muto creates a nest by digging through downtown China in San Francisco.*
