Arlong Park part 2
Johnny: Big sis Nami’s ship was the Going Merry. So before we do anything stupid, we should quietly check to see if it stopped on this island first.
Usopp: Yeah, good idea.
Zoro: Let’s attack.
Johnny: I just said we shouldn’t do anything stupid!
Usopp: Attack?! You idiot! We know nothing about this place!
Johnny: These guys are fishmen!
Usopp: We need some kind of plan to do that!
Zoro: While the 2 of you are busy blabbering and whimpering out, I’ve been placing my thoughts on the battle we’re about to face. Luffy told me to bring her back and I’ll do just that. Let’s go!
*But Usopp and Johnny hit him over the head with hammers.*
*Usopp sees the Going Merry docked at a small port through some binoculars.*
Usopp: I found it! The Going Merry is over there!
Johnny: Then she has to be on the island somewhere. We just have to find her.
*Zoro is now tied to the boat.*
Zoro: What do you think you’re doing?! Would you idiots untie me?! I am not the enemy!
*Usopp and Johnny look at a map.*
Johnny: We’re east of Arlong Park, here at Cocoyashi Village. And that’s strange. Why would she have stopped so far from the village?
Zoro: Untie me, damn it!
Usopp: Zoro, you’re hurt way too bad to help when we go to shore. Just sit and relax. Rest up, you can help next time.
Zoro: One of these days I’m going to skewer your head like a piece of meat.
Usopp: Worry not, gentlemen! I will bring back the girl safely! Hahahahahaha!
Johnny: Really seems that skipping Arlong Park has cheered you up nicely.
Usopp: Ready the anchor! Bring us alongside the Merry!
Johnny: Aye!
Usopp: Now that we’re underway, it’s time to give a name to this voyage. I think I’ll call it, “The Great Adventures of Captain Usopp.”
*But when they get closer to the dock, they see 3 fishmen pirates.*
Usopp and Johnny: It’s fishmen!
Usopp: Fullspeed ahead…
Johnny: Okey-doke…
*They sail past the dock.*
Zoro: Why didn’t we just dock right there?!
Usopp and Johnny: Shuuuussshhh!
Usopp: Didn’t you see that?! There were 3 fishmen over there! It’s Arlong’s crew! We can’t stop here right now!
*Zoro kicks him in the face.*
Zoro: Do not yell at me!
Johnny: If there are fishmen here, then this entire area must be under Arlong’s control. So what’s the plan now?
Usopp: We just say we couldn’t find her.
Zoro: Untie me now, you moron! Damn it!
*The fishmen pirates see their boat.*
Fishman Pirate 1: Never seen that ship before.
Fishman Pirate 2: Suspicious.
*2 of them jump into the water.*
Usopp: Abandon ship!
Johnny: Right!
Zoro: Untie me!
*Usopp and Johnny jump out of the boat and swim away.*
Zoro: Hey, you 2 better get back here or you’re gonna die!
*The 2 fishmen jump aboard the boat.*
Fishman Pirate 1: There was just this one guy?
Fishman Pirate 2: Maybe he just drifted here from far out or something.
Zoro: Yeah, something like that. Those guys are dead and they don’t even know it…
Fishman Pirate 2: Guess someone wanted him to die really slow.
Fishman Pirate 1: I say we take him to Arlong.
*Usopp and Johnny watch from afar.*
Usopp: Forgive me, Zoro. I will tell Luffy that you were courageous to the very end.
Johnny: Please forgive me, Zoro! I’ll never forget you!
Usopp: Ok, let’s find some land.
*They swim to dry land, but find a village that’s in ruins with all the buildings turned upside down.*
Usopp: Huh?!
Johnny: What?!
Usopp: What village is this?!
Johnny: This must be Gosa Village. I heard Arlong came through here a few weeks back and went on a rampage.
Usopp: Everything's upside down.
Johnny: I’ve heard people say that fishmen can be stronger than humans by a very wide margin. I guess this is how strong you gotta be to survive the open sea.
*Johnny suddenly runs away.*
Usopp: Huh? Johnny?
Fishman Pirate 1: I almost missed you.
*Usopp looks behind him and sees one of the fishmen.*
Usopp: Aaaaaaaahhhh!!!
Fishman Pirate 1: You were with that guy on the boat!
Usopp: Later!
*Usopp runs away.*
Fishman Pirate 1: Come back here!
*He chases after Usopp while Johnny hides behind one of the buildings.*
Johnny: I wish you luck, big bro Usopp. I’ll just hold up here and wait for Yosaku, big bro Luffy and big bro Morbius.
