Usopp: What was what?
Kuro: The sound of destruction. Jango is probably tearing up the place. Go see for yourself if you can.
Usopp: You heartless bastard! Don’t you have a shred of pity?! You lived with Kaya for 3 years!
Kuro: I already told you, Kaya is a pawn in the game I intend to win. Once she’s dead, then I’ll be grateful.
Zoro: This guy is hopelessly evil.
Luffy: We should put him out of his misery.
Morbius: I second that.
Luffy: Hey, Usopp! Go find the others! We’ll take care of this guy.
Zoro: Go on.
Morbius: She needs your help.
*Usopp struggles to get up, but musters up the strength to do so.*
Kuro: Very impressive. You can still move.
Usopp: Shut up! You won’t get away with this! I won’t let you! You betrayed the village’s trust! And you intend to take Kaya’s life! This is the last time you’ll ever get your way!
*But Usopp collapses.*
Usopp: It hurts so bad, I can’t move…
Kuro: Hahahahaha! You really are a riot. I betrayed the village you say? Grow up. That was all part of the plan. A liar who plays pirates with kids had no place talking like a real pirate. So you must as well stay on the ground. Even if you did catch up to Jango, he’d end your life in a blink of an eye. Staying there is what’s best for you.
Usopp: I don’t care… I don’t care that I’m weak. I’m captain of the Usopp pirates! I’m a brace warrior of the sea! A warrior who fights for what he cares about! I will fight to protect this village if it’s the last thing I do!
Pirate 2: What’s he yelling about?
Pirate 6: I think he’s going to cry.
*But Luffy hurls a large rock at them.*
Luffy: What’s so funny?!
*The pirates hold their laughter.*
Zoro: Hey Luffy, Morbius. Me and Usopp are going after that hypno freak. You guys take care of the other guy.
Morbius: Right.
Luffy: You got it.
*Zoro carries Usopp.*
Usopp: Thank you…
Zoro: I’d be a lot faster if I was going alone. But I don’t know those woods. If we’re going to find them, I’ll need your help.
Kuro: Who gave you permission to leave?
Luffy: I did!
*Luffy tries to attack Kuro, but he dodges his attack.*
Luffy: Zoro, Usopp! Go!
*Morbius quickly runs behind Kuro and tries to scratch him. But Kuro disappears in front of him.*
Morbius: Crap!
Luffy: Gum gum spear!
*Luffy holds his feet together and kicks with both simultaneously via his toes, But Kuro also dodges his attack.*
Luffy: He disappeared again.
Morbius: But at least Zoro and Usopp got through.
Luffy: Yeah, that’s more important.
Kuro: Before I kill you both, I feel compelled to ask. What do a couple of outsiders, like you, bugging into this village’s business?
Luffy: There’s a man here we don’t want to die.
Morbius: And we’re not going to let that happen.
Kuro: Seems simple enough. Are you ok with that being the reason you die?
Luffy: Fine with me, but we’re not going to die.
Kuro: We’ll see about that!
*Luffy stretches his arms and grabs Kuro, but he slams Luffy to the ground.*
Morbius: Hey, Kuro guy. You're mom is so fat, she's an attraction at sea world!
Kuro: Ggrrr…
*Morbius runs towards Kuro and tries to punch him, but he moves out of the way and slashes Morbius.*
Kuro: Now die!
Luffy: Gum gum whip!
*Luffy stretches his leg and kicks in a wide circle but misses Kuro.*
Luffy: Gum gum pistol!
*Luffy tries to punch Kuro, but instead he stands on Luffy’s arm as it’s stretched out.*
Kuro: This is starting to bore me.
Luffy: Cocky jerk!
*Kuro then kicks Luffy in the face.*
Kuro: Ow, he nicked me.
Pirate: A lot of good that devil fruit did for him.
Pirate 2: That's Captain Kuro for you.
Kuro: stop calling me that! You still don’t get it. This plan was created so I may be rid of that name, once and for all. I’m tired of it. Coming up with plans for barbarians who care only about violence and mayhem. Constantly being chased by government dogs and bounty hunters. I’m tired of it. I’m sick and tired of that accursed life!
*3 years earlier*
Kuro: This is the time this week.
Jango: Can you blame them? You’re a famous pirate sailing the seas right now. Captain Kuro is a star.
Kuro: You’re right, Jango. My infamy is what draws them to us. That’s why I’m going to give up the pirate life.
Jango: Wouldn't that be nice. But the marines won’t stop chasing you until you’re dead.
Kuro: You’re right, that’s why I am going to die. It seems the life of a pirate isn’t for me.
Jango: But you’re the captain of this ship.
Kuro: You can be the captain now. I’ve grown tired of this life. It’s over, I’m milking myself for all to see.
*Kuro exits his quarters to find that a navy ship is opening fire on them.*
Pirate: Captain, we have one navy ship after us! What should we do?
Kuro: Prepare a row boat.
Pirate: Vice captain, he’s-
Jango: I know.
Pirate 2: but it’s dangerous to be going alone! Is he going to turn himself in?
*Later, the Black Cat pirates bored the ship to find that Kuro has slaughtered most of the marines on the ship.*
Kuro: Now then, let’s get on with the plan.
*Kuro sees that a younger Captain Morgan is still alive, but with a broken jaw.*
Kuro: You’re still alive. Perfect.
Captain Morgan: I’m not going to beg. Just kill me and get it over with.
*Kuro steps on him.*
Kuro: If you can still talk this much with a broken jaw, you’ll be fine. Today is the greatest day of your life. Today, I’m giving you the head of Kuro.
*Jango Hypnotizes one of his men and dresses him up like Kuro*
Jango: Your name is Kuro. This travesty was your doing. One, Two, Jango.
Pirate: My name is Kuro. This travesty was my doing.
Jango: And you’re the marine who caught Kuro. Return to base and see that he is executed. One, Two, Jango! I’m the man who caught the infamous Captain Kuro!
Pirate 3: You're doing it again.
Kuro: Perfect. When my double gets executed in my place, Kuro will disappear forever…
*End flashback*
Kuro: And after my plan succeeds today after years of scheming and waiting, my goal will be achieved. Wealth and peace of mind will be mine. Do you understand that now, you two? I spent 3 years waiting for this plan to be completed and I will not fail!
*Kuro charges at Luffy and tries to stab him, but he shields himself with a rock and results in Kuro getting stuck.*
Kuro: It seems you can do more than stretch!
Luffy: That’s right! I’ve been toughing myself up to be a pirate!
*Luffy then breaks one of Kuro’s claws.*
Luffy: If you don’t want a reputation, then don’t be a pirate!
*Luffy hits Kuro with the rock.*
Luffy: You’re just greedy, but I have ambition!
