Thor part 5
*Jane drives through the desert with Luffy and Morbius showing them the way.*
Thor: Are you sure it’s this way?
Morbius: We’re sure.
Thor: And what are your names?
Luffy: I’m luffy, and I’m going to be king of the pirates.
Thor: quite a mouthful.
Morbius: No, that last part is what he says most of the time. I’m Mitchel morbius.
Jane: Morbius? As in the Nobel prize winning scientist Mitchel morbius?
Morbius: yes.
Jane: You’re awfully shorter in person.
Morbius: I know.
Jane: Sorry, I just expected you to be taller. Wait, did you say you want to be king of the pirates?
Luffy: Yup.
Jane: And that would mean you’re one.
Luffy: That's right. So far, I’ve only got a few crew members so far. But I’ll get more and a ship soon.
Jane: You too?
Morbius: That’s right.
Jane: Great. I’m driving in a van with possibly dangerous people. I've never done anything like this before. Have you ever done anything like this before?
Thor: Many times. But you're brave to do it.
Jane: Well, they just stole my entire life's work. I don't really have much left to lose.
Thor: Yeah, but you're clever. Far more clever than anyone else in this realm.
Luffy: "Realm"?
Jane: "Realm"?
Thor: You think me strange.
Jane: Yeah, I do.
Thor: Good strange or bad strange?
Jane: I'm not quite sure yet. But who are you? Really?
Thor: You'll see soon enough.
Jane: You promised me answers.
Thor: What you seek, it's a bridge.
Jane: Like an Einstein-Rosen Bridge? Thor: More like a Rainbow Bridge.
Luffy: A rainbow bridge?
Morbius: the fuck you talking about?
Jane: God, I hope you're not crazy.
*Loki and Frigga sit beside Odin’s bed.*
Loki: I never get used to seeing him like this.
Frigga: He's put it off for so long now, that I fear...
Loki: How long will it last?
Frigga: I don't know. This time it's different. We were unprepared.
Loki: So why did he lie?
Frigga: He kept the truth from you so that you would never feel different. You are our son, Loki, and we, your family. We mustn't lose hope that your father will return to us. And your brother.
Loki: What hope is there for Thor?
Frigga: There's always a purpose to everything your father does.
*The four of them arrive at the location of Mjolnir later that night, but it’s surrounded by a fenced lab.*
Luffy: That guy built some lab around it?
Jane: That's no satellite crash! They would have hauled the wreckage away, they wouldn't have built a city around it.
Morbius: Which means it’s something else.
Thor: You're going to need this.
*He gives Jane his jacket.*
Jane: What? Wait, why?
Thor: Now stay here. Once I have Mjolnir, I will return the items they've stolen from you. Deal?
Jane: No. Look what's down there. You think you're just gonna walk in, grab our stuff and walk out?
Thor: No. I'm going to fly out.
Luffy: You can fly?!
*He walks towards the lab.*
Morbius: Well, let’s just wait here till-
*But Luffy follows him.*
Morbius: God damnit Luffy!
Scientist: Sir, feed from the keyhole can barely penetrate the cloud cover. Tech's barely working as it is, with all the interference that thing's giving off. And we've got a commercial aircraft coming right over us. Southwest Airlines, flight 5434.
Agent Sitwell: Reroute it like all the others.
Scientist: Hold a sec. We've got something outside the fence, west side.
Agent Sitwell: Delancey, Jackson. West side perimeter Go check it out.
*A couple of guards find a breach in the fence, but get knocked out by Thor.*
Thor: What are you doing?
Luffy: I want to see you fly.
Thor: This could get dangerous.
Luffy: I can handle it.
Agent Sitwell: Delancey, Jackson. Report. Agent down. We've got a perimeter breach.
*An alarm goes off.*
Morbius. What has he done now?
*Jane tries to call Erik.*
Erik: You've reached Dr Erik Selvig. Please leave me a message.
Jane: Hi, Erik, it's me. Don't worry, I'm fine, but just in case you don't hear from me in the next hour, just come by the crater site and try and find me, okay? I did exactly what you told me not to. I'm sorry. So sorry. Bye.
*Thor and Luffy fight off more guards and break into the lab.*
Agent Coulson: I need eyes up high, with a gun.
*An agent grabs a bow and rides a lift.*
Agent Coulson: What have we got?
Scientist: There's a massive electromagnetic surge coming off that thing. Systems are barely coping.
Agent coulson: Barton? Talk to me.
Clint Barton: You want me to slow him down, sir? Or are you sending in more guys for him to beat up?
Agent Coulson: I'll let you know. You're big. Fought bigger. Better call it, Coulson, 'cause I'm starting to root for this guy. Last chance, sir.
Agent coulson: Wait. I want to see this.
*Thor and Luffy get closer to the hammer, but a taller shield Agent corners them.*
Thor: You're big. Fought bigger.
*Thor fights back and manages to pin him. The agent gets back up and tries to sneak up on him.*
Luffy: Gum gum pistol!
*Luffy punches him.*
Clint: What the hell?
Thor: How’d you do that?
Luffy: I ate the gum gum fruit. Now my body is made of rubber.
Clint: Better call it, Coulson, 'cause I'm starting to root for these guys. Last chance, sir.
Agent Coulson: Wait. I want to see this.
*Thor tries to lift Mjolnir from the ground, but even he can’t lift it.*
Thor: Get out of here…
Luffy: But-
Thor: Go…
Agent Coulson: All right, show's over. Ground units, move in.
*Some agents surround them.*
Luffy: Gum gum rocket!
*Luffy launches himself into the air and escapes, but Thor is arrested.*
Agent Sitwell: That kid. How’d he do that?
Agent Coulson: Doesn’t matter right now. Fan out the area and see if we can find out where he lands.
