Thor part 2
*Thor and co. plan to use the Bifrost bridge to go to the realm of Jotunheim. But first, they’ll need to get past its keeper, Heimdall.*
Loki: You leave this to me. Good Heimdall-
Heimdall: You're not dressed warmly enough.
Loki: I’m sorry?
Heimdall: Do you think that you can deceive me?
Loki: You must be mistaken
Thor: Enough! Heimdall, may we pass?
Heimdall: Never has an enemy slipped my watch until this day. I wish to know how that happened.
Thor: Then tell no one where we have gone until we've returned. Understand? Volstagg. What happened? Silver tongue turn to lead?
*Heimdall uses his sword to open the Bifrost to Jotunheim.*
Heimdall: Be warned. I will honor my sworn oath to protect this realm as its Gatekeeper. If your return threatens the safety of Asgard, Bifrost will remain closed to you and you'll be left to die in the cold waste of Jotunheim.
Volstagg: Couldn't you just leave the bridge open for us?
Heimdall: To leave the bridge open would unleash the full power of the Bifrost and destroy Jotunheim with you upon it.
Thor: I have no plans to die today.
Heimdall: None do.
*Thor, Loki and their friends use the bifrost and travel to Jotunheim, a frozen wasteland and home to the frost giants.*
Sif: Where are they?
Thor: Hiding, as cowards always do.
*They confront the king of the frost giants, Laufey.*
Laufey: You've come a long way to die, Asgardians.
Thor: I am Thor Odinson!
Laufey: We know who you are. How did your people get into Asgard?
Laugey: The House of Odin is full of traitors.
Thor: Do not dishonor my father's name with your lies!
Laufey: Your father is a murderer and a thief! And why have you come here? To make peace? You long for battle. You crave it. You're nothing but a boy trying to prove himself a man.
*They're suddenly surrounded by frost giants.*
Thor: Well, this "boy" has grown tired of your mockery.
Loki: Thor, stop and think. Look around you, we're outnumbered.
Thor: Know your place, Brother.
Laufey: You know not what your actions would unleash. I do. Go now, while I still allow it.
Loki: We will accept your most gracious offer. Come on, Brother.
Frost giant: Run back home, little princess.
Loki: Damn.
*Thor attacks them, which leads to the frost giants attacking back. The five Asgardians fight them, with Thor using his hammer and Loki using his ability to cast illusions. One of the frost giants grabs Volstagg and burns his arm.*
Volstagg: don’t let them touch you!
*Another attempts to burn Loki, but instead his arm turns blue. In the struggle, frandral gets injured.*
Volstagg: Thor, we need to go!
Thor: Then go!
*Thor throws his hammer to clear a bath for Loki and the others to run. However, they get pursued by a large monster. But Thor manages to kill it.*
Thor: Too easy.
*They are then surrounded by Laufey and his army. Suddenly, the Bifrost opens and Odin appears.*
Thor: Father! We'll finish them together!
Odin: Silence!
Laufey: Allfather. You look weary.
Odin: Laufey, end this now.
Laufey: Your boy sought this out. You're right.
Odin: And these are the actions of a boy, treat them as such. You and I can end this here and now, before there's further bloodshed.
Laufey: We are beyond diplomacy now, Allfather. He'll get what he came for. War and death.
Odin: So be it.
*Laufey tries to kill Odin, but the Bifrost gets them out.*
Thor: Why did you bring us back?
Odin: Do you realize what you've done? What you've started?
Thor: I was protecting my home.
Odin: You cannot even protect your friends! How can you hope to protect a kingdom? Get him to the healing room! Now!
*Volstagg, Hogun and Sif leave with fandral.*
Thor: There won't be a kingdom to protect if you're afraid to act. The Jotuns must learn to fear me, just as they once feared you.
Odin: That's pride and vanity talking, not leadership. You've forgotten everything I taught you about a warrior's patience.
Thor: While you wait and be patient, the Nine Realms laugh at us. The old ways are done. You'd stand giving speeches while Asgard falls.
Odin: You are a vain, greedy, cruel boy!
Thor: And you are an old man and a fool!
Odin: Yes. I was a fool to think you were ready.
Loki: Father-
Odin: Enough! Thor Odinson, you have betrayed the express command of your king. Through your arrogance and stupidity, you've opened these peaceful realms and innocent lives to the horror and desolation of war!
*Odin opens the bifrost with his spear.*
Odin: You are unworthy of these realms! You're unworthy of your title! You're unworthy of the loved ones you have betrayed. I now take from you your power!
*he strips Thor of his armor and power.*
Odin: In the name of my father and his father before, I, Odin Allfather, cast you out!
*He then banishes Thor from Asgard.* Odin: Whosoever holds this hammer, if he be worthy, shall possess the power of Thor.
*Odin places an enchantment on the hammer and throws it through the bifrost portal.*
*Thor is transported to Midgard, aka Earth, leading to the present.*
Jane: Do me a favor and don’t be dead.
*But Thor is alright.*
Darcy: Whoa. Does he need CPR? Because I totally know CPR.
Jane: Where did he come from? You all right?
Thor: Hammer? Hammer?
Darcy: Yeah, we can tell you're hammered. It's pretty obvious.
*Jane notices a symbol on the spot where Thor landed.*
Jane: Oh, my God. Erik, look at this! We have to move quickly before this all changes.
Erik: Jane, we have to take him to the hospital.
Thor: Father!
Jane: He's fine, look at him.
Thor: Heimdall! I know you can hear me! Open the Bifrost!
Jane: Hospital. You go, I'll stay. You.
Thor: What realm is this? Alfheim? Nornheim?
*Darcy points a taser at him.*
Darcy: California?
Thor: You dare threaten me, Thor, with so puny a weapon?
*she tases him, knocking Thor out.*
Darcy: What? He was freaking me out!
*They put him in the van.*
Erik: Next time you decide to taser somebody, make sure he's already in the car, okay?
*They drive to get him to the hospital, as Mjolnir crashes into the ground nearby.*
Nurse: Name?
Jane: He said it was Thor?
Nurse: T-H-O-R. And your relationship to him?
Jane: I've never met him before.
Darcy: Until she hit him with a car.
Jane: I grazed him, but she tasered him.
Darcy: Yes, I did.
*Thor wakes up in a hospital bed.*
Doctor: Hi. Just taking a little blood.
Thor: How dare you attack the son of Odin?
*Thor fights the doctors.*
Doctor: I need some help! Call security!
Thor: You're no match for the Mighty-
*But he gets knocked out with a sedative.*
*The next day, a pickup truck driver finds Mjolnir in a crater but is unable to lift it.
