permission slips to a field trip
Another weekend had passed and it was time for another week of School. Rolling out of bed Peter asks Karan to turn on his shower as he gets his outfits ready for the day.
After getting ready the young Stark goes and knocks on Ned's door saying "Ned! It's time to wake up, we have to leave for school in 30 minutes."
Walking over to his other friend's room he does the same "MJ! It's time to wake up, we have to leave for school in 30 minutes."
After doing that Peter walks to his office to get his bag and check if he has all of the right things for the day. Doing so he sets off to the kitchen he has on his level and starts making himself some breakfast while waiting for his friends to come into the common room. Just as he plonked down on the island chair Ned and MJ waddle in and make themselves some breakfast. 15 minutes later the trio are in the car on their way to their school.
"Peter, when's the press conference again?" MJ asks
"This weekend actually," Peter replies
"Don't you think that's a bit too soon? I mean it's only been three days since we planned the conference anyway," Ned says while they were walking to their lockers
"I know, but I guess we'll find out by the end of the day why the conference is this weekend which would help it make sense so..." Peter says
"I guess your right. Anyway, are you going on patrol today?" MJ asks
"I don't know maybe. I have a feeling that I'll go today, I have a feeling I won't be able to go on patrol the next couple of days," Peter replies
"Weirdly enough I agree with you spidey," MJ says
After grabbing everything that they need from their lockers they head their separate days and go through their day until the last period. At lunch, they grab their stuff from their lockers heading off to Mr Harrigton's classroom for their last lesson of the day.
During class Peter like usual zones out not really paying attention to what his teacher was saying until he hears someone saying "Mr Parker?"
"Yes, Mr Harrigton?" Peter replies
"I have an announcement to make if you were listening to what I was saying," He says sternly before saying plus "Mr Morita would like for you, MJ and Ned to stay back after class and go to his office with me since it's after school."
Peter, MJ and Ned nodded and Mr Harrington carried on "as you all know every year there is a field trip. This year, Tony and Pepper Stark have given us the amazing opportunity to visit the Avengers tower. This is an overnight trip for the rest of the week. We will be leaving tomorrow by 8:30 am in order to make it there by 9:00 am. On your way out I expect you to collect the permission slip and return it by tomorrow."
At this Peter groans and drops his head onto his desk.
"What's wrong Parker? Scared that your internship will be proven wrong?" Flash barked out between his laughter
"Shut up Flash!" Both MJ and Ned growl out just as the bell rung
Flash shut up and with the rest of the class, he walked out of the room leaving behind the teacher and the three teens.
"Now if you will follow me, we'll go to Mr Morita's office. As I mentioned before the announcement he has something to talk to us about," Mr Harrigton says
"Is it alright if I quickly message someone, Mr Harrington? My family must be worried about getting home let especially because Ned and MJ have been staying over the last couple of days," Peter asks politely
"Quickly Peter. I wouldn't want the principal to be kept waiting," the teacher replies
~five minutes later in the principles office~
"Now all of you must be wondering why I have called you into my office after school," Principle Morita says
"Yes sir. But I do have a question is this regarding the trip that Mr Harrington was telling us about in class?" MJ questions
"Your quite right MJ. Mr Stark wanted me to tell you three that you guys don't need the permission slips for the trip, since he already signed them for you three," the principal replies
"If you don't mind me asking Principal Morita but why would Mr Stark sign the permission slips of these three students? Peter, I would get because of his claims of having an internship at SI," Mr Harrington asks
"Internship?" Principal Morita questions Peter
"It's a cover-up so I don't get questioned by my peers for going to SI," Peter replies
"What do you mean Peter?" Mr Harrington asks slightly confused at what Peter said
"Do you want to tell him, Mr Stark?" Principal Morita asks
Nodding Peter turns to his teacher and says "My real name is Peter Antonio Parker Stark. I'm the Son of Anthony and Virginia Stark, heir and the future of SI."
"Excuse me?" Mr Harrington says baffled
"What I'm saying is true Mr Harrington. My name on the system is Peter Antonio Parker Stark Principal Morita can confirm. Upon my parents' request, my name on attendance shows up as Peter Benjamin Parker. My dad especially wanted me not to grow up in the spotlight," Peter replies
Mr Harrington looks toward the principal and gets the reply "he's not lying."
Nodding the teacher says "I'm glad that you told me this but how come Ned and MJ's permission slips got signed by Your father?"
"Ned is the personal intern of Bruce Banner and MJ is the personal Intern of my mum, Pepper Stark. They started to live with the avengers, my mum and I so their guardianship is shared between their parents and mine," Peter replies
Nodding Mr Harrington remains quiet
"Thank you for coming to my office on such short notice. Now I know the three of you must want to go home so I'll let you guys go home," Principal Morita says smiling
Thanking the two teachers the three teens head out to Peter's car to head home.
