'Fucking hell; four and a half years in that damned office and I'm still working for that bastard,' was the thought going through the mind of one Shiroka Tsukigami as she walked in the night. She was a white-haired woman in her mid-20s, with a well-endowed body that a lot of men desire in a woman. She wore a dark jacket over her work outfit, which consisted of a white office blouse, a navy blue knee-length skirt, dark stockings and a pair of black heeled sandals.
She wore a sour expression on her otherwise attractive face, her cat-ears flicking as she had yet another argument with her boss because he refused to give Shiroka her bimonthly bonus. Again.
'Then again, I'd rather stay in my current position than being fucked by a child-sized horndog just to get promoted,' she thought disdainfully, remembering the NSFW conversation he had with her from two and a half years ago. Since then, she's hated working there and tried to look for another job.
*BOOM!*
"Huh?" The young woman's attention was taken by an explosion and a crowd near her street. Curiosity overtaking her, she pushed through the crowd.
'Oh, come on!' Shiroka thought in dismay, as she stopped to look at a random Pro Hero and a B-lister Villain with a Shockwave Quirk fighting on her street. The surrounding buildings were damaged, with her apartment being the most affected, as the hero and villain were fighting directly in front of the apartment building where she lived.
Worst of all, a moderately large hole was seen at the corner of the building, right where Shiroka lived.
'Guess I'm gonna have to move back in to my Mom's house for the time being,' she thought, fishing out her phone to tell her mother of the situation. After the conversation with her mother, Shiroka started to walk to the subway.
She didn't notice three thugs following her from a distance.
As she got in front of an alleyway, one of the three men ran up from behind her and dragged her into the alleyway, as the other two ran in to follow them.
Unfortunately for them, a dark hooded figure watched from his perch on the rooftops.
"Agh! Let me go!" Shiroka said as she struggled to free herself.
"Shut up!" Replied the one who dragged her into the alley.
The young woman started struggling harder. One of the other thugs walked behind the young woman and started feeling her up against her wishes.
"Please... stop..." Shiroka pleaded, tears welling up in her eyes.
"We'll stop when we're done with you," the last one replied coldly, a lecherous grin on his face.
"'Ya sure we should be doin' this? I mean, the bastard did pay us thirty grand each to bring her to the love hotel at the edge of town..." the second thug asked his friends.
"You really expect me to believe the grape-headed cuck can fuck this delectable piece of meat?" The first thug asked back, holding a pocket knife in one hand feeling up the young woman with his other hand.
'What the fuck?! That Mineta freak paid these shitheads to kidnap me so he can get me in bed?! He's gonna fucking pay!!' Shiroka thought, her red eyes wide as she shook in mild rage.
"Besides, think of it as helping the little bitchboi; at least now he'd have an 'easier time' sliding that microdick inside her thanks to us having fun with the bitch before him." Shiroka's rage turned back to fear as the knife wielder stepped in front of her, using his knife to take out the buttons of her office blouse.
"Now don't scream, alright? Otherwise I'll really have to hurt you..." The knife thug said menacingly, as Shiroka quietly shed tears.
'Someone please... save me..." was the woman's last thought as she prepared for the worst.
Luckily for Shiroka, her wish was granted.
The knife-wielding thug yelped in surprise as he was suddenly dragged by something into the darker parts of the alley, his dropped knife being the only thing left.
"What the--" The second thug let Shiroka go as he pulled a pistol from his pants, shooting up the alley. The flashes of light provided by the gunfire gave the other thugs a good idea of what, or who, pulled their friend into the dark.
"Shit! IT'S ONE OF 'EM PRO HEROES!"
A lone male figure, clad in black and green, moved from one spot to another as he got closer while the gun-wielding thug kept trying to shoot him.
And in the last flash of light from the gunfire, the thug saw that the figure was gone. "Shit shit shit..." The thug fearfully kept whispering as he looked around deliriously.
Then, as quick as a fly, he was also dragged away by the figure, this time up to the rooftops. The last one let Shiroka go, pushing her to the ground as he procured his weapon of choice: a high-voltage shock baton. The woman wrapped her arms around herself, closing her eyes as tears ran softly down her cheeks.
"WHERE ARE YOU?!" He screamed, walking backwards into the dark as his hand holding the baton kept trembling. Until...
"Here," the criminal heard a raspy voice from behind him.
Turning around so fast one would think he broke his neck, the thug swung his baton to the hooded figure's head, but the figure just blocked the strike, disarming the thug and punching him in the process. Then he jumped high in the air and summoned black, mist-like tendrils to pull his enemy into the air with him. As he grabbed the criminal, he spun around multiple times before slamming him into the ground. He made sure he was unconscious before going back up to the rooftop to retrieve the other criminals.
When he finished wrapping ropes around the thugs, he turned his attention to the woman. "Hey," he called out to her in a slight whisper. "You alright?"
Shiroka flinched, before opening her eyes and raising her head. She felt relief flooding through her body at the sight of her savior walking to her.
He wore a reinforced black jacket with green web motifs from the shoulders to the sleeves, dark camo pants with green pouches attached to the belt and a pair of black boots with green accents. Under the jacket, he wore a dark green spandex suit. His head was covered by a full mask with oval-shaped lenses conjoined by a green spider.
He crouched down to her level as the police he notified earlier had just arrived. "You're safe now," he said, reaching out a hand before he continued, "I swear to you."
At that Shiroka burst forward, hugging him while she broke down. The hero, or Black-Lash as she would later find out, held onto the woman, consoling her as the police took the thugs away.
A few moments later her mother arrived and ran straight to her daughter, having been called by the police as soon as they were notified of the attempted kidnapping/assault on her daughter. Black-Lash stood and walked off, looking back at Shiroka staring at him before shooting a tendril and swinging off into the night.
Shiroka would later find out that her former boss, a diminutive 25 y/o man named Minoru Mineta, had gotten arrested the day after the incident. Apparently her coworkers also had enough of the little lecher, and the news that he paid for the attempted kidnapping/assault was the catalyst for them giving all their compiled evidence to the police and the media, the latter of which were all too eager to put him on blast.
Some months had passed. After Shiroka took care of her mental health, she decided to take self-defense classes and start a NewTube career as an animator, an old goal from her High School years that she decided to pursue again. She also took a part-time job as a photographer for a travel blog site whenever she wasn't busy making animations for the Internet.
As she walked in front of a café with her three new friends, she was surprised to see Black-Lash swinging with his tendrils and dropping from the sky, landing a few meters away from them. As he walked to the café, her friends started gossiping.
"Oh my God! A Pro Hero? Here?"
"Isn't he the new one called Black-Lash?"
"No way! He's the one who broke through the Top 10 faster than Hawks did!"
"Doesn't he have a feud with Cellophane?"
"I don't know; I'm pretty sure it's one-sided since Black-Lash isn't even aware of that."
"Either that; or he is aware, he just couldn't care less about it."
As the Hero grabbed the glass door handle, he glanced to the side, the lenses on his mask widening in recognition.
"Tsukigami-san?" He said, looking directly at Shiroka.
The woman in question froze, her friends looking at her with wide eyes.
"You... You remember me?" Shiroka asked the Hero, getting a nod in response.
"Good to see you're doing well, Tsukigami-san," Black-Lash said before entering the café, as Shiroka was suddenly dragged to a table outside the establishment.
"You know him?" asked one of her friends, a blonde with glasses named Himari Kitagawa, as they sat down.
"Y-yeah. He saved me from being raped a few months ago," Shiroka answered, making her friends wince from the reminder.
"Oh, yeah, I remember seeing the news from back then," said one of her other friends, a redhead model/animator from New York named Marianne Watson.
Another friend of Shiroka, a brunette from Moscow named Talia Makarova, asked with a grin, "How's it feel knowing a Pro Hero remembers someone he saved?"
Shiroka slowly dipped her head, trying to fight the growing blush on her face much to her friends' amusement.
A while later, Black-Lash exited the café with two cups in hand, walking over to Shiroka and her friends much to their surprise.
"Here. Your mom told me last week that you like cappuccino on a good day." He said, offering her the cup.
"Uh, sure," she replied, slowly taking the offered cup before he occupied a nearby table. Shiroka looked towards him, her heart pounding hard in her chest.
"Hmmmmmmmm?" She looked toward her friends, collectively smirking at her.
"What?" Shiroka nervously asked.
Himari's grin widened. And then...
"I don't know, girl. Your mom telling him you like cappuccino? I'm pretty sure she's setting you up with a potential hubby," Marianne teased the white-haired woman, "and quite frankly, I think I agree with her."
Shiroka's face went nuclear. Unbeknownst to them, Black-Lash heard the conversation, and he tried to suppress his blush under the mask.
Yep. To this day Izuku Midoriya still blushes when it comes to girls.
