Girls Day...Kind of
Lizzie's POV, January 2nd
The next morning I woke to Scar shaking me awake, nearly knocking me out of bed. Also originally Feige had told us that he would have us put up in separate hotel rooms, but we told him that was crazy and that we would be fine sharing one room.
"What the hell Scar" I mumbled into my pillow.
"Get up Lizzie!" Scarlett said with a bit of a whine present in her voice.
"Why?" I asked groggily, turning over in bed so that I was now staring at the ceiling.
"Because it's 10:07 and we told Ashley that we were coming over to pick up Quin at 11:00" Scarlett said impatiently as she ran around the room desperately trying to both neaten it and get ready for the day.
"Oh" I responded sleepily as I slowly sat up in bed. I glanced around the room and laughed. Normally we are both somewhat neat people but this morning our room looked like a tornado hit it.
"C'mon Lizzie!" Scarlett said as she returned to me and practically yanked me out of bed.
"I'm going, I'm going," I mumbled as I slowly made my way to the bathroom in my dazed state.
Quickly Scar and I both got ready for the day. We decided to keep it casual. This wasn't supposed to be such a formal meeting. Kevin asked us to introduce Quin to the guys but he never said how. We decided we wanted to do something fun, but we'll leave it up to Quin to decide exactly what. We were going to meet with Quin at 11 and hangout, just the three of us for a little bit, giving the guys some time to rest after traveling.

Then Scarlett and I grabbed out stuff and hurried out of the hotel and to the Crosby's house.
Quintessence's POV
I woke up at 5:30 this morning. Better than I thought. I walked around the guest room, unsure what to do. Eventually I just laid down on the bed and stared at the ceiling, writing a mental letter to Hunter.
Hi Hunter!
It's me, Quin. I don't know if you can hear me but I might as well try. I think I might be in a movie! That's cool, right? I thought you'd think it's cool. It's kind of scary. I don't know what to expect and everything will change. Although now that I think about it the same thing would have been true even if I didn't tell them I was interested in being in a movie.
Being in a movie sounds crazy! Most people wouldn't expect me of all people to actually want to be in a movie. To be honest I don't really want to be in a movie but if you were here you would have called me cuckoo for not taking them up on the offer.
I met with the people from the movie yesterday. Turns out they were Scarlett Johansson and Elizabeth Olsen. I know, right? It's crazy!
Well. I don't think you're going to answer so I guess I'll say goodbye now. I think I'm going to go out into the living room now.
Bye! I miss you!
I finish the letter and then slowly sit up. I drag myself out of bed and to the living room. To my surprise no one else is up. I decide to sit and draw until everyone else wakes up. Soon enough everyone else gets up and we start the day. We eat breakfast and then everyone gets dressed. Ashley tells me that Lizzie and Scarlett are taking me out at 11:00. So I head back to my room and get dressed.

Just as I finish tying my shoes into special knots that my mom's friend Pete taught me I hear the doorbell ring. I hurry upstairs and at the same time stalling, nervous to see them again. As I reach the top of the stairs I can hear them talking. I walk down the hallway and towards the front door.
"Hi Quin!" I hear Lizzie say excitedly.
"Hi!" I say quietly with a wave. Any bit of confidence I gained my last time talking to them had vanished.
"Hi!" Scarlett said, practically bouncing up and down, "You ready?" I nod in response and wave goodbye to Ashley before heading out the door, following Lizzie and Scarlett.
As soon as we step out the door Scarlett pauses, turns to me and says, "You need a nickname."
"What?" I asked, confused. Lizzie laughed lightly.
"You need a nickname," Scarlett repeats as she begins walking again.
"Well," I say shyly, walking slightly behind them, "If Quintessence is my full name, isn't Quin already a nickname." As soon as I said this Elizabeth, err Lizzie (whoops), burst out laughing.
"She has you there Scar," Lizzie said as she laughed.
"I meant a nickname that isn't just a shortened version of your name," Scarlett huffed as we climbed into the car.
"Oh," I responded as I buckled my seatbelt.
"I'm gonna call you," Scarlett paused, "peanut." Lizzie chuckled in the passenger seat.
"Why?" I asked curiously.
"Well...you're just so cute and tiny, like a peanut," Scarlett explained simply.
"I guess," I grumbled as I leaned back in my seat. Lizzie turned to look back at me and laughed when she saw the look in my face.
"So, umm. What exactly are we doing?" I asked quietly.
"Well we thought we'd find a place to have lunch and then maybe do some shopping around for a little bit," Lizzie said, "but it's up to you. Does that sound fun?" She asked hopefully as she turned around to face me. I nodded my head enthusiastically.
"Yeah," I answered quietly.
"By the way," Scarlett piped in, "I love your outfit. Do you pick out your own clothes or does someone help you?"
"I do it myself," I answer.
"Really?" Scarlett asked, "Well then, you have impeccable fashion sense Peanut." I laughed quietly.
"Thank you!"
"You're very welcome. Now where to eat."
After driving for a little bit we finally found a nice place to eat that wasn't very crowded. The nice thing I learned about masks is that for people like Scarlett and Elizabeth it makes it harder for people to recognize them. In fact, no one did. We did some shopping around after lunch. We didn't buy much but when we got to a toy store Scarlett and Lizzie ended up buying me a stuffed dinosaur. It's soooo cute!
"Okay Peanut" Scarlett said as we climbed into the car, "This has been super fun
"Okay Peanut" Scarlett said as we climbed into the car, "This has been super fun. But now, there are some people who we want you to meet."
"Okay," I said hesitantly, "Who?"
"It's a surprise," Lizzie pipes in, "But I'm sure you're going to love them."
"OKay?" I said, "Can you tell me where we're going then?" I asked quietly.
"We're going to the park!" Scarlett and Lizzie announced in unison.
"That's a lot of excitement for the park," I mumble quietly to myself, holding my dinosaur close to me.
