Waking Up Confused
The next thing you knew, you woke up in a bed.You didn't know where you were, and when you looked around, you realized that you were in a relatively large room.
You were lying in a double bed, and you could see two other doors from your bed. You also saw a large closet, probably for clothes, and a table with chairs in the room. On the other side of the bed was also a flat-screen television.
"This must all be very expensive," you thought to yourself. Because the whole room looked quite modern. You could also see a large window on one side of the room. You wanted to get up and look outside, or at least explore your room a bit, but you immediately regretted your decision.
Your head and back hurt so much that you grunted in pain. You felt yourself getting dizzy, so you immediately laid back down. You didn't know what had happened. You tried to remember, but the last thing you remembered was the fight at the company with the figure and that you didn't help your parents."STOP! "No!" you screamed and burst into tears. You felt tears running down your face and blurring your vision.
Shortly after, you heard a door open and someone come in. You tried to turn to see who it was, but were held back.
"Don't get up; your wounds will open up again," you heard a familiar voice say.
Shortly after, you saw your uncle standing in front of you.
"Uncle Tony! What are you doing here? "Where am I?" You felt yourself starting to panic.
"Hey, hey, Y/N! "Everything's fine, you're safe; no one's going to hurt you," he said in a calm voice.
"But I don't understand how you got me—"
"You'll have plenty of time to ask questions later, just rest for now; you're hurt, okay?" he interrupted.
"Well," you returned reluctantly.
"In time, you will understand everything I promise," he said calmly, "but for now, do you understand?" He spoke firmly.
"Alright, I understand," you said.
"Well, if you need anything, just let me know, okay?" I'll come back later and check on you"
"All right, but who should I ask?" you said in wonder.
"Just tell Jarvis what you need, he'll tell me, and I or someone else will come."
"Jarvis," you asked, even more surprised, "who is that?"
"It's a ki—something like a robot—built into the system and connected to the whole tower," he returned.
"Wait, what?!" "Did you just say TOWER?!" Now you don't know anything anymore."That means you are- I mean, I am in the-"
"What did I say to the questions?" Tony interrupted you again.
"Later" you returned quietly.
"Exactly," he said approvingly."So like I said, you know what to do when you need something, right?"
"Yep," you yawned.
"Well, I'll see you later; I've got something to do," he said as he walked to the door.
But shortly before he turned around again, "Oh, and please don't leave the bed yet and get some sleep; I can see you need it now. You'll have a chance to explore soon enough, yes?"
"Understood," you said.
"Well, see you later. I love you, little one." He smiled, and with that, the door closed again.
You didn't like it when he gave you nicknames or cares too much about you, but you were still grateful that he had helped you and cared about you so far. I mean, he just saved you! How cool was that? But that brought up a lot of new questions for you, so you weren't sure if you should be relieved or angry? Were you in the strong tower? Where was your family, and was your uncle really Tony Stark? Just an avenger?! How cool! But why did he hide all this from you and live under a false name?
You were just too tired to get answers to your questions. Tony said you would get answers soon, and until then, you had no choice but to wait and hope that you would get better quickly.
The bed was comfortable, but you had already missed your training, what annoys you alot.
