Their flat was simple, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open kitchen with the living room and a garden. In the living room there was a piano, Valerie's piano, which she mostly played when she was alone and stressed, that's her way of calming down -the piano and cooking with Flo-. She wasn't a fan of playing and singing in front of people. Astrid only had heard her singing in the shower and when Valerie was cooking, and about the piano... Well, Valerie actually played her a song, but she was really embarrassed, even if she did the song perfectly, it's like her thing that she can do alone.

While Astrid was ordering the dinner, Valerie decided to take a hot shower to take out the memories that the car song brought back.

In the bathroom of her room, she got the shower on, took her clothes off, got inside and left her mind blank. More or less. She couldn't get her mind off of it now that it was on her head, it happened some years ago, but she got out badly. She thought about it weirdly, but when she did, she got stuck in it. Valerie finished the shower, dried her hair, put her pyjama on and went to the living room.

She found Astrid preparing everything, the food on the table in front of the couch, and Little Women paused on the TV, "Are you better? You've been in the shower more time than you are used too"

"God I hate that you know me so well, but this time it's true, I'm better, and starving, can we eat please?"

They eat while Astrid talked about a new boy she met, Valerie listening at her and also keeping an eye on the film, "wait, wait, wait, I have to do it *I have lovely small feet, the best in the family. But I can never go home again, because I'm in such trouble. Look!*" She said dramatically and raising her hand at the end. She realised that her friend's face was telling her, seriously?, she even got her eyebrows raised. "Stop looking me with that face, it's iconic" Both of them laughed at the stupid situation. The first time Astrid saw the film was in shock, because her friend could quote every single line, but she got used to it, that's how her friend was, "Besides I saw you mouthing, and I know you know the quote"                                                                

"Vivian, we see the film like fifty times in a month and there are twelve months in a year so, you make the count"

"You are being exaggerated... Alright, you are not," Val corrected herself, rolling her eyes.

They keep talking and watching the film. At the end of it Astrid had felt asleep and Valerie was scrolling down through her Instagram. She wasn't seeing anything interesting, until she saw a red, bright, post, a Marvel post. That post was announcing a new production, a new film, and something else that caught her attention. There was a giveaway. The opportunity of living the whole process of the creation of a new film, going to the filming, meeting the cast, live the life of an actor/actress and at the end go to the premier. She was in shock. 

She shouted and jumped, and shook Astrid, waking her up, "What the fuck is wrong with you Vivian?" She wasn't happy, she always got mad when she was woken up, so if we add the shouts and the shaking, she was furious, "Marvel! Post! Giveaway!" She was too excited to even create a full sentence, so she passed her phone to the mad girl. She read the post and kept her face as straight as it was. That made Valerie calm down, and sit on the sofa, "Although I don't know if I'm going to try, I never win these things, and you have to complete so much personal information, I don't know" At that moment Astrid had her mouth wide open. Her friend, the 'frikiest' person she knew was going to lose the possibility of living one of the biggest things that could ever happen to her, also she woke her up, "So you woke me up, shouting I must add, because Marvel posted an amazing opportunity, and now you are telling me you won't even try? Oh no, you are trying, and if you don't do it, which you will, I'll do it for you"

Astrid got up cleaning all the plates, while Valerie sat down, accepting that she had to try it, and there was no other way on that. Her loneliness was interrupted by a loud noise, so she got up and what she saw got her to burst into laugh, "Can you shut the fuck up and help me out?". Astrid was on the floor with all the food onto her, with everything everywhere, "Sorry, but it's just too funny, and you are not hurt so... Sorry not sorry". After they cleaned everything into laughs and complaints from Astrid, each other headed to their room, planning to fall asleep.

Valerie couldn't sleep with the thought of the giveaway, so she turned the light on, took her phone and got into the giveaway web, completed everything with her information and sent the form. What she didn't know is that Astrid was doing the same thing, just that it wasn't for her, but for her best friend to have the same opportunity. The luck had to make their way.
