Craig took off his headphones and paused his song. They lay rested at his shoulders as he stared up at the building he was in front of.
Slowly, the sound of the streets filled Craig’s ears. He heard the bell ding as he opened the door to Tweak Bros. Coffee. Scanning the room quickly, he found the person he was looking for.
“Hello! W-welcome to Tweak Bros. h-how could I serve you today?”
“Tweek!” Craig called out, grabbing at tweeks apron.
“Craig?” Tweek replied, grabbing it back and walking to a free table.
“Hi tweek!” Craig smiled, and walked over to where Tweek was going. He looked down at the seat in front of him and stared at it.
“Are you trying to w-win a staring competition or s-something?” Tweek chuckled quietly to himself, “if so I think the chair b-blinked!”
Tweek sat down finally, confused at what Craig was doing. Still laughing a bit at his joke, he tilted his head to the side and nodded at the seat on front of him. Craig sat down with a glass of water that Mrs. Tweak had given him. He used to be a regular here -even though he absolutely despised coffee-when he had a crush on tweek and wouldn’t leave him alone. You could maybe say that he was clingy. He took a sip. He pulled a face.
“Is this tap water? It’s normally from the fresh springs of Arizona…”
(Craig fr: 😕)
“Yeah, they’re g-going cheap all of a sudden, they’re saving f-for something but they won’t tell me w-what, they want it to be a surprise or s-something…”
“Oh.”
“Craig? What are you doing here?” He asked, “I thought we agreed to- GAH- stop seeing each other…”
“But you said we could still be friends didn’t you?” Craig asked, a bit shocked at this response, “you are coming to Tolkien’s party right?”
“Uhm, yeah…”
“So do you wanna go help me set up?” Craig asked, taking a sip from the tap water mug.
“You set up?”
“I’m helping Tolkien!”
“Uhm, okay then…”
“Great! Get ready and come back here.”
Tweek set off to the back to take off his apron and tell his parents where he was going. Just as he was about to take off his apron he spotted something in the back. A piece of paper under a jacket. Tweek quickly grabbed it out and read it. It was- it was…
“A SELLING THIS PLACE PAPER (idk what they’re called)?!” Tweek exclaimed, “we can’t move! I’ve lived here my whole life!”
Tweek read the paper over and over but the words didn’t change. ‘Maybe it’s a prank?’ He considered. His parents wouldn’t do that… fuck. He had to stay here. Even if it meant to run away to a boyfriends house that he didn’t have. He had to talk to Craig.
He ran out of the room and quickly ran over to Craig who was staring down at his water.
“Craig, I need your help.”
