A very passionate hang out
At twelve pm, Miles heard a knock on his door. Quickly, he runs over to open it.
Pavitr stands there, not that Miles could see, that is. He was blocked by a giant teddy bear. Pavitr gulps before speaking.
“Hey… I got this for you.” He speaks, peeking his face over the bears shoulder. Miles softly smiles.
“Thank you, it’s really cute .” He says, with a smile. grabbing the bear and placing it on the couch. Pavitr follows shortly behind, closing and locking the front door. Pavitr smiles softly ‘Maybe Gayatri was right.’
“No problem, it’s a gift of our…” Pavitr trails for a second.
“Friendship.” He mutters with a slight frown. Each time he had to refer to Miles as something other than his crush he felt a bit bitter. He wanted more. He wanted to say he loved Miles openly. He wanted to kiss him, to hold him in his arms, to call him sweet names. To call him his boyfriend. To call him *his*.
Miles nods, not noticing his frown. He remembers Gwen’s words, and all of a sudden he feels the need to ask.
“Do you.” He pauses
“Like anyone?” Miles asks.
Pavitrs heart drops. He looks the other way as he responds.
“Why do you ask?” Pavitr asks back, his heart beats fast as he responds.
‘I knew the bear would give it away!’ He thinks to himself.
“No real reason.” Miles answers, noticing Pavitrs panic. He shrugs.
“Just curious.” He nonchalantly admits, sitting down at the table.
Pavitr rolls his eyes and pouts
‘He just caused me to have a mini heart attack because he was just curious.’ The curly haired boy thinks to himself.
“I could really go for some chai tea.” Miles mutters, scrolling through his phone. His eyes go wide and he gulps in fear as he notices what he just said.
‘oh god.’ He thinks to himself, waiting for Pavitrs lecture.
“Chai tea? CHAI TEA??? I swear you want me to go insane. I swear. Chai means Tea! That’s like saying coffee coffee or Naan bread! Naan means bread!” Pavitr lectures, he does little hand movements as scolds Miles.
“I’m sorry man I genuinely forgot.” He apologizes, getting up and resting a hand on Pavitrs shoulder. Pavitr and Miles stare into eachothers eyes, inching a bit closer. Pavitrs breath goes slow as they move closer. He inhales sharply.
‘Play it cool.’ He thinks to himself.
“You’re.. really cute when you go on your rants….” Miles mutters softly, inching their faces closer to one another. He wasn’t thinking straight, that was clear. It was all happening so fast. Logically, he should’ve backed up. His brain was telling him not to.
His fears were telling him not to.
But his heart had no worries, no fear atall.
His heart wanted this.
and Miles wanted to listen to his heart, not his brain. His fears.
“Thank you.” Pavitr responds. Right now he was trying to play cool, but his heart felt like it was going to leap out of his chest and run around the room.
The passion in this moment was almost too much for him, his mind was going so many Miles an hour.
Heh, Miles.
Pavitr snaps back into the moment as he feels movement.
Miles wraps his arms around Pavitr, still looking into his eyes. Right now, Miles felt no fear. Just love.
This is when he noticed why he felt so comfortable confiding in Pavitr, why he felt so safe with him.
It was because he loved him.
“I love how passionate you get about the stuff you love, Pav.” Miles admits to the male, his and Pavitrs noses now touching.
It was true, he loved how Passionate Pavitr got over his culture, his friends, his family.
Everything he loved.
“Well, I’m passionate about you..” Pavitr whispers, putting his hands onto Miles waist. He glanced at Miles lips, now feeling bold he makes the move, closing the space.
His heart pounds in his chest as he does this. Something so scary and unfamiliar, yet something to right.
Very slowly, he does it.
He brings their lips together.
