Note
Hello!Welcome to my new story! It has been in drafts, but I could publish it now, because I had some things to do also another intern drove me crazy! Before starting to this story, I want to give some warnings.1. This is a boy x boy story, there may be smut at some point, if you are uncomfortable so please don't read the story.2. This story contains step brothers falling in love with each other. THEY ARE NOT BLOOD RELATED! I'm emphasizing it, because some people don't understand the step sibling concept and think it is incest. Let's check the meaning of incest.Incest: Voluntary or involuntary sexual intercourse between blood related relatives.STEP SIBLINGS ARE NOT BLOOD RELATED SO IT IS NOT INCEST!IF IT WAS HALF - SIBLINGS RELATIONSHIP IT WOULD BE INCEST BECAUSE HALF-SIBLINGS ARE BLOOD RELATED!Since stepsiblings are not blood relatives, they are legally free to marry each other. There are no state laws that prohibit marriage between stepsiblings since they are not at risk of having children with genetic defects due to being close blood relatives.3. In this story Kouyou is Chuuya's mother and Paul is Chuuya's father. If you will say something about this, please leave at this instant... I really have enough bullshits in my life and I don't need more. It doesn't have to make sense to you, but it is not something to dwell on.Anyway enjoy ^-^.

Tokyo Lights And Osaka Nights [Part - 2]

They finalized their plans, eagerly anticipating their reunion during the upcoming break. Chuuya couldn't contain his excitement as he booked his train ticket to Osaka. The thought of seeing Dazai after months apart filled him with a sense of joy and anticipation. Dazai, too, made arrangements, looking forward to sharing stories of their new experiences face to face.

The day of their union arrived, and Chuuya boarded the train bound for Osaka. As he watched scenery whiz by, memories of their shared childhood flashed before his eyes.

In Osaka, Dazai paced nervously in his dorm room, checking the time repeatedly. When the doorbell finally rang, he practically sprinted to answer it, a wide smile breaking across his face at the sight of Chuuya standing there with his suitcase.

"Chuuya!" Dazai exclaimed, pulling him into a tight hug. "It's so good to see you!"

Chuuya returned the embrace, feeling a rush of familiarity and warmth. "Likewise, Dazai. I have missed this."

Chuuya dropped his suitcase by the door, and the two stepped back, examining each other with grins plastered on their faces. Dazai's hair was as disheveled as ever, but Chuuya noticed the faint tiredness in his eyes, a testament to the busy life he led in Osaka. "You look exhausted," Chuuya remarked with a teasing tone, nudging Dazai lightly.

Dazai chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. "Can't hide anything from you, huh?" He gestured for Chuuya to come inside, leading him to the small living area of his dorm. "But forget about that for now. Let's catch up properly."

As they settled in, Dazai poured them both cups of coffee, a routine since they had maintained since they both were 16. The aroma of the coffee brought back a flood of memories. Late-night chats, shared secrets, and laughter that echoed through their home. Chuuya took a sip, savoring the familiar taste. "Still making the coffee the same way, huh?" He remarked with a smile.

Dazai grinned mischievously. "Some things never change, Chuuya." He leaned back on the couch, crossing his legs. "So, tell me everything about Tokyo. How is life treating you there?"

Chuuya launched into a lively recount of his experiences, from the bustling city streets to his part-time job at a local bookstore. He described his favorite haunts, the quirky characters he encountered, and even the challenges of balancing studies with work. Dazai listened intently, occassionally interjecting with questions or witty remarks.

Their conversation flowed effortlessly, hours passing unnoticed as they immersed themselves in each other's worlds. Chuuya learned about Dazai's adventures in Osaka, from his involvement in student activities to his quirky encounters with dorm mates.

Chuuya couldn't help but notice how Dazai's eyes lit up when he talked about certain events, a passion that was unmistakable. "You seem to be thriving here," Chuuya remarked with a warm smile. "I'm glad to see you doing well."

Dazai nodded, a hint of pride in his expression. "It has been quite the journey, but I can't complain." He leaned forward, his tone turning more serious. "Though, I must admit, there are days when I miss home. Miss our old hangouts, our banter."

Chuuya's smile softened. "I miss those too," he admitted. "But hey, we are here now, making new memories."

Dazai nodded, his gaze shifting to the window where the evening sun cast a warm glow over the city skyline. "You are right, Chuuya. Today is about making new memories." He turned back to Chuuya, a playful glint in his eyes. "And I have just the plan for that."

Chuuya raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "Oh? Do tell."

Dazai leaned in conspiratorially, lowering his voice as if sharing a secret. "We are going to explore Osaka like we used to explore our neighborhood back home. No maps, no guides. Just us and our instincts."

Chuuya laughed, the idea appealing to his sense of adventure. "Sounds like a plan. Lead the way, Dazai."

Dazai's eyes sparkled with excitement as he grabbed his jacket and keys, ready to embark on their impromptu adventure. "Let's start with the marketplace then," he suggested, a grin playing on his lips. "I heard there is a new vendor selling the best takoyaki in town."

Chuuya chuckled, recalling their love for street food during their childhood. "Takoyaki it is then!"

They navigated through the bustling streets of Osaka, Dazai leading with an almost uncanny sense of direction despite claiming they were going purely by instincts. Chuuya couldn't help but admire Dazai's confidence and familiarity with the city.

As they reached the marketplace, the savory aroma of grilled food wafted through the air, drawing them closer to the stall adorned with colorful lanterns. Dazai grinned triumphantly, pointing at the vendor who was skillfully flipping takoyaki balls.

"Here we are!" Dazai exclaimed, stepping up to the place their order. Chuuya watched, amused, as Dazai engaged the vendor in animated conversation, his charm working its magic as always.

With a plate of steaming hot takoyaki in hand, they found a quiet spot nearby to sit and indulge in their treat.

As they finished their food, Dazai glanced at his watch. "There is something else I want to show you," he said mysteriously, standing up and offering Chuuya a hand.

Intrigued, Chuuya accepted the offer, allowing Dazai to lead him through more winding streets until they arrived at a quaint park hidden away from the bustling city. The sun cast a golden hue over the trees, casting a serene atmosphere.

"This place is beautiful," Chuuya remarked, taking in the peaceful surroundings.

Dazai nodded, a soft smile on his face. "It's my secret hideaway," he said with a soft voice. "A place to escape the chaos and just... Be."

They found a bench overlooking a small pond, sitting side by side as they watched the ducks glide across the water. The tranquil moment was a stark contrast to their usual lively interactions, but it felt just as precious.

"I'm glad you brought me here," Chuuya said sincerely, breaking the peaceful silence.

Dazai turned to him, his gaze warm. "I wanted to share this with you," he confessed. "To show you a side of Osaka that's not in the guidebooks."
