Note
Hello!Welcome to my new story! It has been in drafts, but I could publish it now, because I had some things to do also another intern drove me crazy! Before starting to this story, I want to give some warnings.1. This is a boy x boy story, there may be smut at some point, if you are uncomfortable so please don't read the story.2. This story contains step brothers falling in love with each other. THEY ARE NOT BLOOD RELATED! I'm emphasizing it, because some people don't understand the step sibling concept and think it is incest. Let's check the meaning of incest.Incest: Voluntary or involuntary sexual intercourse between blood related relatives.STEP SIBLINGS ARE NOT BLOOD RELATED SO IT IS NOT INCEST!IF IT WAS HALF - SIBLINGS RELATIONSHIP IT WOULD BE INCEST BECAUSE HALF-SIBLINGS ARE BLOOD RELATED!Since stepsiblings are not blood relatives, they are legally free to marry each other. There are no state laws that prohibit marriage between stepsiblings since they are not at risk of having children with genetic defects due to being close blood relatives.3. In this story Kouyou is Chuuya's mother and Paul is Chuuya's father. If you will say something about this, please leave at this instant... I really have enough bullshits in my life and I don't need more. It doesn't have to make sense to you, but it is not something to dwell on.Anyway enjoy ^-^.

Tokyo Lights And Osaka Nights [Part - 3]

Chuuya leaned back against the bench, the cool breeze ruffling his hair as he gazed at the serene scene before them. The park was a hidden gem, a tranquil oasis amidst the urban hustle and bustle. "You know, Dazai, I never would have found this place on my own," Chuuya admitted, a sense of gratitude in his voice.

Dazai chuckled softly. "That's the beauty of exploring the city without a map. You stumble upon hidden treasures like this." He glanced at Chuuya, a playful glint in his eyes. "Plus, it's more fun getting lost with you."

Chuuya rolled his eyes but couldn't hide his smile. "Getting lost is your specialty, Dazai."

As the sky turned into hues of pink and gold, Dazai broke the silence. "You know, Chuuya. I have been thinking..."

Chuuya raised an eyebrow, curious. "About what?"

Dazai hesitated for a moment, as if choosing his words carefully. "About us, our future," he started, his tone serious yet contemplative. "We are both stepping into adulthood soon, and I can't help but wonder where life will take us."

Chuuya nodded, understanding the weight of Dazai's words. "It's a big world out there, Dazai. But no matter where we end up, we will always have each other."

Dazai smiled softly. "Yeah, we will."

As evening descended fully, Dazai checked his phone for the time. "We should head back soon," he said reluctantly, not wanting their time together to end.

Chuuya nodded, standing up from the bench. "Yeah, we don't want to miss the last train back to Tokyo."

They made their way out of the park, walking at a leisurely pace as if savoring every moment of their reunion. The city lights illuminated the streets, creating a vibrant atmosphere.

When they reached Dazai's dorm building, Chuuya turned to him with a smile. "Thanks for today, Dazai. It was exactly what I needed."

Dazai returned the smile, his eyes reflecting genuine warmth. "Anytime, Chuuya."

With a final wave, Chuuya headed towards the train station, his heart feeling lighter than it had in months. The day spent with Dazai had rejuvenated his spirit.

As the train ratted along, memories of the day flashed vividly in Chuuya's mind. The laughter they shared while navigating the park's winding paths, the way Dazai's eyes sparkled under the setting sun, and the comfort of simply being in each other's company.

The train slowed as it approached Tokyo Station, and Chuuya emerged into the bustling city night. Neon lights painted the streets in vibrant colors, casting a surreal glow over the crowds.

Chuuya weaved through the thongs of people, his mind still lingering on the day's events. He couldn't shake off the feeling of contentment that had settled in his chest. It was a rare for him to have such peaceful moments, especially with his hectic schedule as a college student.

His phone buzzed in his pocket, a message from Dazai. "Made it back safely?" It read. Chuuya chuckled, typing out a quick reply. "Yes." He hit send.

He hailed a taxi, the neon lights reflecting off the car's shiny exterior. Slipping into the backseat, Chuuya felt the weariness of the day seep into his bones. It had been an emotionally charged day, filled with reminiscing and contemptating the future. Closing his eyes, he leaned back against the seat, letting the gentle hum of the city lull him into a state of relaxation.

The taxi pulled up to Chuuya's apartment building, and he thanked the driver before stepping out onto the familiar street. The night air was crisp, carrying with the scent of blooming flowers from nearby gardens. Chuuya took a moment to appreciate quietude of the night, a stark contrast to the lively chaos of the city during the day.

Inside his apartment, Chuuya kicked off his shoes and flopped onto the couch. His phone buzzed again, this time with a notification from his social media feed. Scrolling through the updates, he came across a photo Dazai had posted earlier in the day. It was a candid shot of Chuuya laughing, the sunlight dappling his features. The caption read, "Lost in Osaka with my favorite partner-in-crime."

A warmth spread through Chuuya's chest, a mixture of affection and slight longing. He couldn't help but smile at Dazai's antics, always finding a way to capture moments that others might overlook. Typing out a comment, Chuuya wrote, "Next time, Tokyo is on my list. Get ready to be lost in my turf."

Settling into his evening routine, Chuuya brewed himself a cup of vanilla tea and sat by the window, watching the city skyline twinkling in the distance. His thoughts drifted back to Dazai's words about their future. It was true; they were on the cusp of adulthood, with endless possibilities stretching before them.

The clock ticked past midnight, signaling the end of a long day. Chuuya changed into his pajamas and crawled into bed, the events of the day replaying in his mind like a cherished film.

The next morning, Chuuya woke to the sound of birds chirping outside his window. Stretching, he glanced at his phone to find a message from Dazai. "Good morning, Chuuya! How is Tokyo treating you today?"

With a smile, Chuuya replied, "Good morning, Dazai! Tokyo is lively as ever. How about Osaka?"

Dazai's reply was not late. "Osaka is as beautiful as always. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and the city is bustling with life."

Chuuya smiled and chuckled lightly. "Sounds lovely. I wish I could see it myself."

Dazai's response came quickly, carrying a hint of mischief. "You should visit sometime. I will show you around, maybe get you lost in the best parts of Osaka this time."

Chuuya laughed at the playful banter, imagining the chaos of navigating unfamiliar streets with Dazai as his guide. "I will hold you to that offer, Dazai. Just make sure you have a map handy this time."

As the afternoon sun bathed Tokyo in golden hues, Chuuya decided to take a stroll around his neighborhood. He wandered through the streets lined with cherry blossom trees, their delicate petals fluttering in the breeze. The air was filled with a sweet fragrance, a reminder of the fleeting beauty of spring.

Passing by a small café, Chuuya's stomach grumbled, reminding him that he had skipped breakfast in favor of catching up on sleep. He stepped inside, greeted by the smell of freshly brewed coffee and pastries.

Finding a corner table by the window, Chuuya settled in with a cup of steaming coffee and a flakky croissant. He watched the world go by outside, lost in his thoughts about the future and the paths that lay ahead.

His phone buzzed, breaking his reverie. It was a notification from Dazai, a photo attached. Chuuya opened it to find a snapshot of Osaka's bustling streets, adorned with cherry blossom trees in full bloom. The caption read, "Wish you were here to get lost in this sea of pink."

Chuuya smiled, touched by the sentiment. He snapped a photo of his own view, the cherry blossoms casting a soft pink glow over the Tokyo skyline. He sent it to Dazai with a message, "We may be miles apart, but we are still connected by these moments."
