Chapter 5

This dream was getting very perverted.

"Wanna shower with me?"

Daisy doesn't really wait for his answer. She's turned away from him but she's already stripping the layers.  All she'd been wearing was pajama pants and a thin black tank top. A blush is creeping up Billys cheeks but he averts his eyes.

This was wrong. Camila had JUST passed and he was already having wet dreams about Daisy. God, he was a loser.

"Whats wrong?"

Daisys pants were already to the floor. She was standing in her underwear infront of him. And Billy? All he could do was freeze.

"Billy?"

She steps closer and her tone is more worried. Like this morning. He needed to keep his head on right. He slightly shakes his head to get out of it and keeps his eyes on Daisys face. Nowhere else.

"What's the point of showering before if we're gonna get sweaty and stuff anyway?"

Daisy pauses and shrugs.

"I guess not."

She walks over to the dresser and starts to take out clothes that look like they're workout clothes but not for women.

"What are those?"

Daisy doesn't respond. Instead, she finishes taking out the folded clothes and hold them out to him.

"They're yours."

Billy takes the clothes and she winks at him before going back to the dresser and fishing out what looked like her clothes. They really screamed Daisy. Different patterns and prints were on pairs of sports bras, shorts, and leggings. He continues to just stare at her before Daisy looks up, catching him in the act. She smiles.

"Hurry up and get dressed. I'm sure Camilla is probably already there and I wanna talk to her about the girls trip."

Billys body freezes again. Camila? He was about to see Camila again? What if that was it? What if the moment he saw her, the dream would end?

"Camilla?"

Daisy looks up at him and nods.

"Yea. She's there every Saturday. Like always."

Daisy shoots him another concerned look before looking through her clothes again. Billy takes his chance to walk into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. He didn't miss the way Daisy continued to eye him as he walked past.

Billy practically scurried into the bathroom and shut the door behind him. The bathroom was different from his. The walls were pure white with silver shelves and a silver mirror. But the sink and bathtub told another story. Bottles and brushes and products filled the porcelain. It was as if the minimalism bathroom let Daisys disorganization vomit all over it.

“Fucking hell.”

Billy whispers to himself but the words are no comfort. Weren’t bathrooms a bad sign in dreams? If he woke up and saw that he pissed himself, he’d lose his shit. A knock comes from the door behind him and he jumps.

“Billy?”

Daisys voice is muffled but is still clear.

“Hurry please. We’re gonna be late.”

Billy listens as Daisy sighs at his lack of response and walks away. Once her steps are far enough, he turns back to the sink and sets the clothes down. He picks up the dark blue tank ontop and winces looking at it. The shirt was a compression top. It wasn’t bad but still. Billy preferred his loose tops for working out.

It didn’t take long for him to slip the clothes on. The shirt was VERY form fitting. He didn’t think he was that buff. Or maybe the shirt just gave him a good boost. But the hem of the shirt was alittle rough and he still found himself missing his old workout shirts.

Camilla had remembered that he likes them loose. Better for movement and she always said she liked seeing his arms. Either way, he still slipped on the shirt and pants.

The bottoms were better. Black loose gym shorts that hug to his waist comfortably. He paused to look at himself on the mirror. He looked…nice. The shirt and shorts were a nicer combination that he’d thought.

“BILLY!”

Daisys voice comes from outside the room and Billy realizes he can’t stall by checking himself out anymore. He sighs, opening the door and shutting the bathroom light off. He jogs out of the room and down the stairs. Daisy enters his sight again but this time, she’s whispering on the phone.

“Love you too. Bye.”

He catches the hushed words as he continues walking down the steps. Who was that? Daisy turns to the staircase and Billy can immediately tell something’s off. Daisys trying to hide her face. Her face of guilt. But Billy knew her too well. Something was wrong.

“Hey!”

Her voice is an octave lower than usual. Her giveaway. Daisy realizes her mistake but Billy let’s it go.

“Hey. Ready to go?”

Daisy pauses for a slight second before putting the phone back on the receiver. She grabs a duffel bag from the couch and walks to him. She leans up alittle and plants a kiss on his lips. Billy kisses back, a small smile on his lips. She pulls back and gives him those puppy-dog eyes.

“Ready as ever baby.”

Billy nods and Daisy walks past him. She takes one steps up the staircase and leans forward.

“ANNIE! Me and your dad are going to yoga. We’ll be back later to get ready, ok?”

“Okay!”

The response is far and muffled but Daisy hears it. She steps back down and takes Billys hand again, pulling him out the door.
