Note
The moment that I had gotten to work on adding Namor and The Inhumans in, I needed to make this, Namor The Sub-Mariner, The First Mutant, this will be interesting since I don't have too much data on The Atlanteans but I will try to keep this as entertaining as the rest of my works, hope you like it!

Angry Cousins

9/1/1936, Pierce Oil Rig, Pacific Ocean

Beemer had been swimming towards the rig with his catch as the others saw him, “Hey, Beemer,” One of his friends had said, “We brought gill scarves, just like you told us.” he said, the two approaching when they saw Sandy, “What are you doing?” the other had asked, “Isn’t that Namor’s girlfriend?”  he had said as Sandy took advantage, “Help me! Get me out of here!” she had pleaded.

“You’d do anything to save Atlantis, right?” he had asked the two, confusing both, “Of course, but…” they had started with concerns right now, “Then go up to the rig and make them lift the needle.” Beemer had ordered to the pair, “Don’t listen to him! He tried to kill my father!” Sandy had pleaded, but neither seemed to concerned but did pause, “Move!” he ordered as they got ready to destroy it.

Henry was on a shell bed as the healer had worked on him, “I’ll kill him!” Namor had snarled, having heard the story, “Calm yourself, boy.” Thakorr had snapped, making the prince remember the old king that had ruled over them all, “The first thing we must do is find out where Beemer has taken Sandy.” Thakorr said which was when Henry spoke, “Well, of course!” he had snapped in pain.

“Are you going to just stand there blathering all day?” he had snapped towards the King who decided to ignore him, “The Tri Team is most likely with Beemer. I’ll assemble a new one and start the search.” The King had advised and hearing that, Nammu had spoken up, “Namor, it’ll be okay… try to relax a little.” She told him, putting a hand on his shoulder as Korra glared at her daughter.

“Where is he, Zarina?” the queen had asked with a glare that was as fierce as her husbands, “I wish I knew.” she had told them, “He’s a fool.” She said of her eldest, “If anything happens to Sandy, I’ll hold you ALL responsible!” He had snapped towards them but they decided to focus on the present issue, “We should inform all the people of Atlantis. Cast the net wider and faster.” Zarina had offered to the pair.

“We just need to get to that hothead before he does anything STUPID.” Bobo had said when Henry spoke up, “I at least expected the royal family to act in a civilized manner. What hope is there for the rest of your savages?” he had said, making them all pause and look at him with shock and then outrage at his statement as the Doctor had added some extra pressure to his leg.

“ARGHH! Careful, you butcher!” he had snapped to them, “He’s lucky we didn’t get an actual butcher.” Nammu muttered as Zarina spoke, “See, Namor? This is what he REALLY thinks of you. You’d betray your own kind for this worm?” Zarina had asked of him, “He’s lost blood. He doesn’t know what he’s saying.” Korra said, trying to keep the peace as they swam off.

“I bloody well DO know what I’m saying!” he had shouted foolishly in anger as Thakorr had gotten angry and spoke, “Spread the word… all of Atlantis is to search for Beemer and Sandy.” he had snapped out towards them all and hearing that, they had started to split off so that they can try and rescue her, and reconsider the partnership that they had found themselves in at this time.

Beemer had trusted his two companions to deal with the workers and as he had done so, Sandy started to speak as he was dragged along, “So what are you going to do, keep me here forever?” She had questioned of him, “Have you thought this through, Beemer?” Sandy had asked as he continued to swim forward, “Yes.” he had told her which made her decide to antagonize.

“You better hope Namor finds you before Queen Korra does, because you’re going to get SUCH a spanking.” she had told him as if he was an infantile, “I’d worry about myself, if I were you.” Beemer had told her as he had seen that the needle started to lift up, making Beemer smile, “What are you…?” Sandy had asked of him, more confused while Beemer was all the more glad at her confusion as they had gotten ready for the little plan he had in mind.

“Fan out, everyone.” Thakorr had shouted out towards the large group of volunteers that were swimming now, “Leave no stone unturned.” the King had ordered, “If you find Beemer, report right back to me or the Queen. DON’T try to deal with him yourselves.” Thakorr had told them as Bobo had swam with his cousin, Zarina had went to the side of him, “Wait, son.” she said, gently tapping his shoulder.

“What is it, Mom?” he had asked as they had drifted to the side now, “If Namor finds your brother first, what will you do?” she had asked, confusing him, “I…” he had said, her holding onto his wrist, “You’ll be loyal to your own blood.” she had said to him, confusing him even more at that as Bobo tried to figure out what exactly they were going to do when they finally met.

The Prince had made sure that she was secure right now, “Don’t be stupid, Beemer.” Sandra had said towards him, “You don’t mean to kill me just because I spurned you, do you?” Sandra had asked of him, making Beemer angry, but stay calm, “Of course not. That’d be crazy.” he said towards her, making Sandra annoyed as she had looked towards him as he swam around.

“So let me go and we can talk.” she had told him, “No one has to know now…” “You’re not worth it.” Beemer had said towards her, “You’re not worth it.” he had said, swimming up above her right now, “And anyway, I won’t kill you.” he had said towards her, making Sandy angry right now, “You’re gutless.” she had told him, “You’ll have your cronies do it for you.” she had said as he made sure it was all secure.

“If anyone kills you, it’ll be Namor.” Beemer had said with a wicked smile as he had pointed towards her, making Sandra laugh towards him, “You ARE crazy.” Sandra had said, “Namor would NEVER do anything to hurt me.” she had said, making Beemer swim in close now, “You think?” he asked, approaching her, “Even if your came between him and his vision for Atlantis?” Beemer had asked of her.

“Of course not.” Sandra had said, but even she sounded unsure to herself, “I guess we’ll see, won’t we?” Beemer had asked of her, starting to spin, “If they demolish this rig and halt plans for any more, I’ll let you go.” he had told her with a smile, “If not…” Beemer started with a shrug, “It doesn’t look good.” he had finished, landing onto the ground now, making her flinch.

“You should be PLEASED about this.” he had told her, “Either you help save Atlantis, or you won’t be here to see its ruin. Either way, you win.” he had explained, shocked Sandra as she had started to fully realize what it was that he was planning and how dangerous things were at the moment now that Beemer had her life in her hands, and she had no idea what might happen.

Namor was swimming through the water with Nammu by his side when he had seen that Bobo was in front of them both, “Namor! Nammu!” Bobo had shouted towards them, “Bobo! You’ve found them?” Namor had asked of them, “Beemer’s at the rig, and he has Sandy!” Bobo had said towards him, Nammu stopping as Namor swam forward still, “Let’s go!” he had snapped towards them.

Seeing that, Nammu had went and grabbed his right ankle, “Namor, wait!” Nammu had shouted towards him, “You have to stay calm.” The girl had said, making him snarl, “Calm?” he had snarled towards her, “Sure, I’ll be calm as can be… AFTER I rip his head off.” he had snapped, making Bobo get angry as he had approached him, “For Sandy’s sake, Namor.” he had told him.

“You don’t want anything to happen to her, do you?” he had asked, making Namor get worried now, “She’s all right, isn’t she?”  he had asked, worried for now, “For now.” Bobo had told the two, “But she’s not safe yet.” he had warned towards the two of them, “Then we better get going!” Nammu had shouted as the three of them had went and shot forward and try to stop what was going on.

Beemer had seen that the others were coming now, his mother the first to come, “There you are, you silly boy!” Zarina had snapped towards him, “Come on, son. This isn’t the way to earn the respect of Atlantis.” She had told him, but instead of being cowed, he had snarled back to her, “SOMEONE has to make a stand.” he had told his scowling mother before him.

“SOMEONE has to save Atlantis from that traitorous prince.” Beemer had said towards Zarina just as Namor, Bobo and Nammu had approached, “There he is… talking to mom.” Bobo had went, “And there’s Sandy, in the net!” Namor had snarled as the Prince had went and swam forward now, “Come on… together we can take him.” The Atlantean had snapped towards them.

“No, wait!” Bobo had said towards them, “Mom might be able to talk him out of it.” He had said and hearing that, Nammu had nodded while Namor got angry, “All right. I’ll take him myself.” The Prince went as they argued, “If the King and Queen won’t stand up for their kingdom, then I WILL!” Beemer said as Nammu had went and swam in front, trying to stop him from going forward.

“Namor, think first. Beemer could lower the drill before you even get close.” she had snapped, making Namor glare towards her, but at least now he was listening, “You’re right…” he had said, “He must have his Tri Team goons up there working the rig!” he had snapped as Zarina had started to berate her son, “Don’t you see?” she had questioned towards him.

“The people are already suspicious of this contraption AND Namor’s intentions.” The Princess had started to tell him, “By harming this girl, you swing their sympathy BACK to him.” she had snapped, “I don’t care!” Beemer had snapped towards Zarina as he had turned towards her, “You’ve ordered me around enough.” he had snapped towards her, spreading his arms out.

“This is MY decision, MY choice.” he had declared, “Forget about sympathy… I care about doing what’s right!” he told her, making Zarina go and swim away from her son, “Then you’re a fool!” she had snapped towards him while Beemer had turned towards the others, “Go tell the King and Queen: we rid ourselves of the drys’ contraption or she dies. It’s in their hands.” he had told them

“Hear that?” Namor had asked the two of them, “There’s no reasoning with him. We have to hit him NOW.” he had said, getting ready to go when Bobo went in front and Nammu went behind, grabbing at him, “No! I’ll keep him talking while you look for a way to stop the drill.” Bobo had said, “It’s time to ACT, not CHATTER.” Namor had said so Nammu grabbed his chin and turned his head to her.

“Which are you more interested in: saving Sandra, or fighting my brother?” she had asked, making him scowl but nod towards her, conceding that, “All right, then.” he had said before looking to Bobo, “Go talk to him.” The Prince ordered as Bobo had went and swam to his sibling, “Hey, bro, how’s it goin’?” he had asked of his focusing sibling, “Drift off, minnow.” Beemer said, using his old nickname for him.

But Bobo just swam around the needle “We… we’ve got ourselves a little situation here, huh?” he had asked his brother, “That’s right,” he admitted, “The Tri Team’s at the surface… I tap on this beam three times and we see her innards. So BACK OFF!” he had snapped as Sandra spoke, “Bobo, talk sense to your brother!” she had said, making him turn, stopping Nammu behind a pillar.

“Shut it!” he had snapped towards them, “And don’t let Namor see me.” Sandy had whispered to them as Namor had headed into the piping up above, “Need to jame the machine somehow.” Namor muttered before heading to a bit of rebar and pulling, “NNGTHHHH!” he had grunted in annoyance and irritation before it had snapped, “UNGTH!” he had went, having a weapons now to attack.

He had went and slammed his piece onto the pipe, one, twice, three times, and that was when the drill slowly started up, making Beemer look in surprise, “Stop! I didn’t give the signal!” he had shouted, “They’re on the surfac, idiot!” Nammu shouted as she had went to the net and started to pull, “Sandy!” Namor had went in fear as Bobo had went to help Nammu, “Nngth! Stuck!!” she went.

“Beemer, help!” Bobo pleaded as Beemer had looked upwards at the drill, “Bobo, Nammu, quickly!” Sandra had pleaded towards them as the half dry had went forward and stabbed the metal into the pipe, making it start to slow down and eat into it, “NNGTHHH!” he had grunted as his wings flapped in stubbornness before Beemer had decided to cut his losses, “Let go!” he had ordered of his brother.

He had tried to drag him, but Bobo refused, “Stop pulling and help us!” he snapped, “If I don’t survive, release Tiny into the wild!” Nammu had shouted out as the beam the drill was chewing on had been eaten away, “NO!” Namor shouted as it started to speed up now, “Forget about her!” Beemer shouted, his brother as hard as he could, “Listen to your brother, Bobo!” Sandra shouted out.

“Save yourselves!” she had pleaded, “Nnnot… My… Style!” Nammu said, still pulling, still trying to get her out, when Bobo had been pulled away, “NO!!!” he had shouted out in fear, Nammu still trying to free her as it got so close now, “AIEEEEE!!!” she had screamed, the teeth ready to tear them apart, Namor had floated, scared at what was happening, when he had heard the machine creak before halting.

“It’s stopped. The pipe jammed it.” Namor thought, relieved that she was safe before he had remembered how she got there in the first place, “Beemer.” he had snarled, going to swim now as Nammu and Bobo helped her out, “Sandy, you’re okay!” he had said to the relieved girl, “I think so…” she had said as Namoor had went and shot past the two of them now.

“Namor!” Sandy had said towards him, “It’s okay! I’m all…” Sandy had shouted as he had sped by and gripped his cousin by the throat, “You’re gonna die for this, Beemer!” he had snapped, his fist ready as he had held him before he had thrown his punch, “I’LL KILL YOU!” he had roared as Bobo spoke up, “Stop, it wasn’t his fault!” he had pleaded as Nammu had went and grabbed his wrist.

“Namor, he didn’t mean to do it!” She had snapped towards him, “The drill started by accident!” she said, trying to control him, “Kill…” he had said in anger towards Beemer who had recovered from the attack, “Stop it, both of you!” Sandra asked as Bobo had tried to restrain his brother, only for Beemer had punched his head into Nammu, making her start to sink now, “Nammu?” Bobo asked.

As Namor had continued to beat his cousin, Sandra and Bobo had seen that Nammu was unconscious now, “Namor, get over here and help us!” Sandra had shouted out and hearing that, Namor did nothing but keep attacking him in anger as the crowd had watched, “Namor, stop being an idiot and come help your friend!” Sandra had shouted as The King, Queen and their guards had approached.

“Move aside, everyone!” Thakorr had snapped in anger, wearing his armor while his wife had ridden on a giant sea turtle, “Make way, we’re coming through!” she had ordered as the guards went to grab Namor, “Boy, cease this at once!” Thakorr had said, no longer relaxed, “You’ve done more than enough harm already.” he said as Namor struggled and Korra went to check on the trio.

“Let me go!” Namor had shouted out to them as Zarina saw her son, “Look at you, Beemer. Beaten by that minnow? You should be ashamed.” she had told him as Thakorr took control, “Guards, take the prince back to the palace.” he ordered, “Confine him to his quarters until he comes to his senses.” he snapped as Nammu was conscious now, “I’m okay, I’m okay… owww.” Nammu went as Korra tended her.

“Sandy, how did this happen?” she had asked of the girl, “Namor and Beemer were fighting, and Nammu got caught in the middle.” she had admitted as Bobo went to help his mother with his brother, Korra taking the two girls onto her mount, “Your father’s back at the palace. He’s injured but he’ll be fine.” Korra had told Sandy, “Oh, thank goodness.” Sandy had said to her as Zarina looked to her people crying.

“You, people of Atlantis! Look at my boy! Prince Namor tried to KILL my son, and for what? For trying to save Atlantis from the drys?” she had questioned as Bobo looked at her, “You saw it. He even tried to kill one of his best friends! You saw what happened! THINK ABOUT IT!” she snapped as Bobo saw that people were starting to talk about it, doubting him as their possible king now.

“Mom, you’ve got it all wrong. Namore didn’t hit Nammu, it was an accident!” he had told her as she smiled, “Do you think I care?” she had asked of him, “Look what you let happen to your brother!” she had said, showing his wounded face to Bobo, “Urrr…” he had went in pain as Zarina had spoken still, “I TOLD you you’d have to choose sides, Bobo.”she told her youngest son.

“And you chose Namor over your own brother, your own flesh!” she had snapped towards him, “Mom, Beemer was threatening to KILL Sandy!” Bobo had told her, making Zarina angrier, “Nothing is more important than your own flesh and blood, Bobo. NOTHING.” she said as they swam, “You made your choice. Now get out of my sight.” she had ordered of her child as they swam off, “I don’t want to see you again.”

9/1/1936, The Royal Palace, Atlantis

Sandra had swam over to her father, “Daddy!” she had shouted, going and hugging him while the King and Queen glared, “Sandra, you’re safe.” he had said while she had looked him over, worried, “How’s your leg?” she had asked of him as he gave a smile, “The physician did a commendable job.” he said, regretting his words as Sandy had looked to the Queen now, “Thank you for taking care of him.” Sandy said.

“Yes, uh… ahem.” Korra said, a little unsure on what to say, “You’ll be wanting to return home.” she had told them, “The palace guard can escort you.” she had advised and hearing that, Henry started to feel regretful towards them, “Your highnesses, I have an apology to make…” he had told them, but Thakorr wasn’t having it, “I’m afraid I don’t know what’s become of this family.” he said, deciding on a middle ground.

“I hope life on land is less eventful, honey.”  Korra had said towards Sandy, “Atlantis used to be so much more peaceful a place.” The Queen had told her, but Sandy was focused on something else, “What do YOU have to apologize for, Daddy?” she had asked of him, making Henry stammer now, “I, uh…” he had went, looking at the three before deciding on the King.

“King Thakorr and Queen Korra, I feel, I fell that…” he had went, unsure of what he should say, but Thakorr was staying stern and watching him, “Yes?” he said, no longer as relaxed and jovial as before, and he knew, “…I may have made certain statements previously that were unfortunate, and which I now wish to retract.” he had told the Royal family.

“I understand.” The King had told him, “Something the heat of the moment makes us say things we don’t mean.” he had told him, “Indeed, sir… and I am sorry.” he had said towards them as he and his daughter had went and swam with him, “So are we, Henry.” Korra said to their retreating forms, “Very sorry.” she said, wishing that her grandson had never brought them here.

As they had swam with the guard, Sandy had looked her father, “Daddy, what happened? What were you talking about?” she had asked of him, making Henry give a nervous smile, “Nothing, my dear… just a little misunderstanding.” he had said to her, making a guard snort and making Sandy know that it was something more than that  and as they swam, she hoped that her friends would be okay.
