Rtc Nischa/Perfectdolls/Spacedolls one shots!!! [On permanent hiatus]

Of course Ocean is on the cheer team, she needs to have some credible extracurriculars if she wants to go to a good college, however, she wasnt expecting to be cheer captain? In all honesty, she's probably the only person in the team that can do a back handspring, but still?! Captain?! It will all be worth it in the future, she doesn't have to worry. 

The cons of being cheer captain makes her most likely to be with some football jerk. Said football jerk, was Evan Caters. Evan is captain of the football team, it must be true love, right? Wrong. She hates him, truly despises every worth of his being. She wasn't excited for the new football game coming up, sure, it was good the team was on a win streak, but this would be the 10th win in a row, meaning she would need to endure him coming over after every goal and giving her a disgusting, gross kiss after every goal. 

She really doesn't enjoy kissing him. She doesn't enjoy kissing anyone. Especially Evan. However, a new girl has recently started sitting on the bleachers during practice. Sure, more than one people sat there to get some homework done or as a detention, but this girl couldn't care less about the cheer, she seemed to just be there for the fun of it. Either writing in a notebook, or just watching them practice. Either way, Ocean couldn't keep her eyes off her. 

"Hey, Ocean, what do we do after that?" A girl asked, taking her out of her thoughts. 

"Oh, so after that Amy will go there, Emily will go there and Quinn will go there" Ocean started, trying to distract her mind with cheer. Probably her least favorite extracurricular, but she still liked to be in charge. 

"Hey, has anyone noticed that new girl who sits on the bleachers?" Ocean asked, to which a few girls shook their heads, only one nodded. 

"Yeah, that's Penny, she has to come here after school because her brother does like some weirdo english thing next door so she just comes here to pass the time and shit, I guess to wait for him to come out" The girl informed, to which Ocean just nodded her hdad, before going back to teaching everyone the new cheer for the upcoming game. 

Cheer finished at the same time it usually did. It was probably the same time Penny's brother finished his thing too because she started packing up as well. Ocean saw this as the perfect opportunity to introduce herself. She walked up to Penny, with the nicest smile she could possibly muster up, and tapped her on the shoulder. 

"Hello, I'm Ocean, I noticed you sitting up here a lot so I thought I'd introduce myself!" She said, feeling oddly nervous talking to Penny, she couldn't for the life of her understand why. 

"Hey, I'm Penny, I'm just here because my brother has some english thing next door and I don't really trust him to walk home on his own. Your team seems cool though, nice uniform!" Penny complimented. 

"Well thank you! I just wanted to introduce myself so it wouldn't be awkward if we did cross paths" Ocean said, feeling herself go slightly pink at the complement. What was she doing?

"Well it's nice to meet you Ocean, I'm gonna go now so my brother doesn't get all Pissy with me" Penny said, waving at Ocean before leaving the field. 

Why was Ocean so flustered by this girl? It wasn't like anything was different about her, well, she is super pretty, and she sounds super nice, so that could mean something. But what? She wasn't jealous, definitely wasn't that. It doesn't matter, she'll figure it out eventually, for now, she's gonna have to meet up with Evan, whose definitely gonna be pissed she's taking longer than usual. 

She walked into the parking lot and went up to Evan's car. Where she was greeted with a peck to the lips. Gross. 

"Where the fuck were you I was about to find you myself!" Evan demanded. 

"I was just talking to a friend that's all, she wanted some notes for Math, sorry for being late" Ocean apologized, she hated making anyone mad,  let alone her so called boyfriend. 

"Just text me next time yeah? Wanna have a date tonight?" Evan asked. 

"No sorry, I have a load of homework due tomorrow and I don't want a detention" Ocean apologized once again. 

"Yeah whatever, you've said that the last 2 times I asked you on a date, if you don't wanna go on a date, just tell me, just go with me next time" Evan said, causing Ocean to look at the floor, slightly annoyed yet embarrassed at the same time. 

"Yeah of course, but I do have a load of homework, can you just drop me home please?" Ocean asked, trying to still sound nice. 

"Fine" Evan said as they got in the car and driving to Ocean's house. 

Ocean left the car quickly as she went to her room and went on her phone, finding a notification from Instagram.

Ocean smiled at the request and immediately approved it, before sending one back and getting an almost instantaneous acceptance.

Ocean looked through the posts. There wasn't a set theme. Some were random selfies, some were pictures of some dolls, some were photos with her and her brother, the others were miscellaneous fillers. 

Every photo which Included Penny's face caused her to get some strange turning sensation in her stomach, but it was a good one. It made her feel as if she were walking on clouds. 

Why was she acting like this? She has never felt this away about another person before. She took her chances and texted Noel, they may seem like they hate each other but they are really just siblings with different parents, they'll give each other good advice when needed. 

Noel

Ocean: Noel I need help

Ocean: like seriously pls I need advice

Noel: ur scaring me what's going on???!! 

Ocean: so like, do you know Penny Lamb? 

Noel: yeah, she's in my homeroom, what about her? 

Ocean: well I spoke to her today and she's super nice and pretty and she sent me a follow request on Instagram so obviously I accepted and I sent her one and all her posts with her face in make me feel this weird feeling in my stomach

Ocean: like a good one, tingles. And when I spoke to her it was as if only she exists and I kept forgetting my words because she's just so pretty

Ocean: there's like so much I can say but idk if you want to hear, what does this mean? Is it bad? 

Noel: Oh my god

Noel: you have a crush on Penny lamb

Ocean: what? No I don't! I'm straight! I have a boyfriend! I'm a cheerleader! 

Noel: Jesus Christ you need to realize that you 100% do not like men

Noel: you've been like that since you were little

Noel: how you described how you feel about Penny is exactly how I described my crush on Mischa, trust me, it's a crush. 

Ocean: oh my god. 

Ocean: I like Penny lamb

Ocean: what do I do?!? 

Noel: calm down and maybe be friends with her first! Also, what will you do about Evan if you don't like men? 

Ocean: I'll figure it out eventually

Ocean: thanks Noel

Ocean can't believe it, she doesn't like men. That would explain the awkward kisses between her and Evan. But Penny? Oh my god she makes Ocean feel so happy. Even if they have had only one conversation, it was definitely the highlight of Ocean's week.

The next few days were spent with Ocean and Penny becoming closer and closer. You could say they were good friends at this point. Ocean even stopped going home with Evan just to spend more time with Penny, every conversation causing her to get flustered. 

Today, Ocean was around Penny's, they sat on the bed talking about anything and everything. Ocean loved listening to Penny talk. 

"Penny?" Ocean asked, she needed to say what she was going to or it would eat her alive. 

"Yeah?"

"Im thinking about dumping Evan"

"WHAT? sorry, what?! You're like the cutest couple in the school!" Penny said, sounding oddly defeated when she said it. 

"I mean, we seem it but I do not like him at all. I don't think I never had. I just said yes to dating him because all of his friends sorta made me" Ocean said, unconsciously picking at her nails. 

"What? Why didn't you want to go out with him?"

"Because I'm a lesbian" Ocean said, covering her mouth, realising what she just said. 

"Oh my god, I'm sorry, wrong reaction, bit shocked, I'm very proud of you Ocean!" Penny comforted, pulling the red head into a hug, causing Ocean to go bright pink. 

"Thank you Penny, it means the world, it really does" Ocean said. Before long, the conversation returned to normal. Ocean was happy to have a friend like Penny.

It was now or never. She has to dump him. Ocean walked up to Evan just before homeroom started, making sure he was alone, not wanting to do it in front of his friends. 

"Evan?" Ocean started. 

"What now Ocean?" Evan rolled his eyes, rather annoyed. 

"I'm breaking up with you." Ocean said blankly, to which the hallway turned silent. 

"What the fuck, why?" Evan demanded. 

"I just don't really like you anymore, sure you're a great person but I just don't wanna date you right now" Ocean said, standing her ground. 

Evan just walked off, everyone else in the hallway immediately started talking about what happened. Sending very obvious points in Ocean's direction.

A while later, Ocean was at Penny's house, laying on the bed next to Penny, looking her deep in the eyes. Not even realising Penny was talking. 

"Penn?" Ocean started. 

"Yeah? You ok?" 

"I really like you, like, like like you. I don't even know why I'm telling you, but your how I realized I don't like men, and I just wanted you to know but I totally get if you don't like me back but-" Ocean's rambling was cut off by Penny's lips on hers. Every blood vessel sending a tingle to her brain. Holy shit, it does actually feel nice to kiss someone. 

They let go soon after. 

"I was actually gonna let you know that I only came to practice to watch you. You're so incredible. I really like you Ocean" Penny said, pushing a strand of the red head's hair behind her ear. 

Ocean leaned in and kissed Penny again. God was this such a good feeling.
