Chapter 1
It’s been days since Jimin last saw Yoongi, he keeps calling the latter but he never received any reply or respond.
He’s starting to get worried, He and Yoongi has not been good for the past 3 weeks… And if Jimin is being honest he doesn’t really know what he did wrong.
They have been okay ever since they got into relationship til they got married, Yes. They had a lot of ups and down but in the end of the day they keep coming back at each other’s embrace.
Everything is doing good not until 5 months before their 3rd anniversary Yoongi started to get cold and started to have a short temper over little things…. Honestly Jimin thinks that Yoongi is just tired because of the case that he’s been working on these past few months. Jimin knows damn well that being a lawyer isn’t easy as other people thinks.
It takes a lot of process and study to finally become one, but the nightmare hasn’t end there yet. You have to make a name in the law firm to have clients and you to be the best to maintain your career. Jimin knows Yoongi has a lot of pressure on his work.
Jimin tried to understand everything.
He can’t afford to lose Yoongi
Yoongi is the only person who understands him and Jimin only has Yoongi.
He won’t ever give up on Yoongi
Jimin once again text the latter and told him to come home even though he knows he’s not going to receive any response.
“Hyung where have you been? You didn’t come home for 3 days” The sentence first ever Jimin said after he saw Yoongi walk in their door.
“Jimin not now, I don’t want to talk to you right now” Yoongi respond, slightly annoyed.
“Hey, hyung don’t be mad. I-I’m just worried about you, you haven’t even texted me back” Jimin say in a small voice
Jimin wants to cry, Yoongi is being mean to him.
“Hyung, can you tell me what’s the problem? You’ve been cold” Jimin decided to confront Yoongi
Yoongi just scratch the back of his neck with slightly annoyed look on his face
Jimin don’t like it
“Nothing’s wrong Jimin, I’m just busy.” Yoongi say and left and went on their bedroom
Yoongi said he’s busy and Jimin believes him.
BUT
The small interaction and Yoongi's cold behavior continues for month to months
Jimin started to question and started to analyze everything.
Yoongi's barely coming home for the past month but Jimin doesn’t ask anything about it.
Until now he keeps texting the latter and asking him if he’s coming home so he can cook for his husband.
Yoongi is barely responding though
Jimin often received “I’m not, don’t wait for me I won’t be coming home” or “I’m busy” and sometimes “Don’t cook for me I’m going to eat here at work”
When was the last time he received I LOVE YOU from his husband?? He doesn’t even remember anymore.
Jimin often comfort himself and telling everything will be alright.
Jimin knows exactly where this is going to end up.
He knows what on Yoongi’s mind
He just trying to shrugged it of because he can’t afford to lose Yoongi…. Jimin knows if he lose Yoongi he’d also surely lose himself.
Yoongi is his life
Yoongi is the one who keeps him alive
He knows life is worth fighting for when Yoongi’s with him.
Jimin decided to confront his husband for the second time and beg him to tell what’s wrong and what’s been going on in his husband’s mind
He has to make it right, he want’s to go back where they started
He just want to feel is husband embrace, touch and his care towards him
Jimin waited and waited till Yoongi come home
His husband looks so stressed
Suddenly, Jimin feels guilty because he thinks he’s being petty and not understanding
But Yoongi approach him
And hand a paper….
“Hyung what is this?” Jimin ask, while looking at his husband
“Opened it and you’ll know the answer” So Jimin does
Reading the first paragraph that the paper contains Jimin legs started to feel weak
He can’t breathe
This can’t be happening
“Hyung what kind of sick joke is this” Jimin laugh and trying to see on Yoongi’s eyes that he’s just joking.
But Yoongi looks so serious
Yoongi’s looking at him with nothing but a blank stare.
“Jimin” Yoongi said with a flat tone
“NO HYUNG I WONT SIGN THIS” Jimin throw the paper on the table
Tears started to flow on Jimin's face
He doesn’t understand, why his husband is asking for a divorce without any reason
“Jimin, please don’t make this hard for me” Jimin wants to laugh he wants to shout at Yoongi, he wants to hurt him so bad
“We’re not going to divorce, we’ve been okay hyung” As of now Jimin only wants to know what happened
“What’s the reason Hyung? Give me a valid reason and then I’ll sign it”
“I fell out of love” Yoongi said, without any hesitation
Jimin heart shattered into pieces and suddenly the blue bright sky turns into dull grey with a gaping hole in the middle
He won’t let this marriage to fall apart
“Hyung please…. D-don’t leave me” Jimin approach Yoongi hoping that Yoongi might change his mind but the latter take a step… as if Jimin touch will burn him
“Jimin, I fell out of love and there’s no point of saving this freaking marriage anymore” Yoongi is breaking him, Yoongi is hurting Jimin so bad
“But you promised me forever hyung” Jimin look at Yoongi’s eyes, surprisingly he saw nothing just but just a two pairs of eyes staring at him with a pitty
Jimin doesn’t need that
He needs the warm stare that he used to know
“No, Hyung. I will not sign this… you’re just confused as of the moment, think about this more okay?” Yoongi slightly shaking is head, Yoongi seems already made his decision
Yoongi didn’t say anything leave the house for work, Jimin knows that Yoongi wouldn’t able to leave the house unless they’re already legal separated. That’s the law that has been passed before they even got into marriage, Married couple can only be saparated by the law and nothing more as long as the married couple hasn’t file divorce they can’t leave each other and live without their livestock separately
Does Jimin ready for a change?? Is he ready to lose Yoongi??
