Summary
Before Caption America emerged from the ice, before the Average were formed, there was S.H.I.E.L.D. and more importantly there was HYRDA. It's 2007 and Brock Rumlow is busy working his way up the ranks of both HYRDA and S.H.I.E.L.D. One day he gets a mission to work with a strange... person? Rumlow doesn't know if he's human or not.
