the Prologue
“Peter !” a woman screams as she sees him beside the sorcerer. She just saw the two other him leave shortly after the last villains.
She crashes down next to the two; she runs to the younger boy before hugging him.
“Are you okay ?!” she asks him while checking his face, full of bruises and dry blood.
“Yes, yes… I’m okay,” he says quietly.
The woman wanted to say something else, but Doctor Strange cut her off.
“We don’t have time, Peter, do you accept?”
“I—“
“Accept what ?” Tatyana demands, her eyebrows frowning.
Peter and Doctor Strange look at each other, unsure if they should tell her. However, they both know she will not let it go. The older man signs before answering.
“The only way to fix our world is to make Peter Parker disappear… for that; I will need to send him to another universe”
The woman’s face relaxed.
“Okay, so send me as well”
Peter Parker quickly turns his head towards her, shocked and scared, while Doctor Strange looks at her with a smirk; he had known she would say that.
“You can’t do that !”
“I can do whatever I want, Peter, and I promise I would never leave you alone”
“But—“
“I have no one here, Peter; you are all I have left. There are no more Avengers…”
Peter Parker wanted to argue, to scream at her not to throw away her life to follow him to an unknown place, but the look on her face told him it was pointless to try and argue with her. At the same time, he was scared of being alone in another universe… and he did not want to leave his only family alone.
“Send us both, Doctor,” she says, smiling.
“I was happy to know both of you, may the next universe bring you what was lost” The sorcerer reveals a small smile before opening a portal.
Tatyana extends her arms towards the younger man. He looks at her hands and then her face and smiles before putting his hand on hers.
“Are you ready, Peter? Let’s conquer the next universe”
“I am ready”
That is how Tatyana Stark and Peter Parker have left their universe to enter a new one, again full of supervillains and superheroes heroes, where Iron Man is replaced by a Bat and Captain America by a Super Alien.
