Harry is seen in his bedroom looking at his phone as he worries after hearing that Lindsay Leighton is missing
Harry Osborn: Lindsay, oh god where are you?
Harry looks at his phone as he looks at a message from Lindsay's friends, Zoe and Krista, who hasn't heard much from Lindsay's parents. As he scrolls over on his phone he comes across a message from Gwen while they were still together. Still feeling guilty about what happened the last time Harry thought about calling Gwen about it but is unsure how she would react since he's the one that cheated on her. Harry is left more worried and is unsure of what to do next
Harry Osborn: Gwen. God what do I do? What am I suppose to do?
Roderick Kingsley's Manor: Roderick's Office
Kingsley is seen on the desk as he meets a new recruit into his organization while he was on the phone involving some fashion products as he hangs up

Walking down the streets in a large black trench coat is Frank Castle as he carries a large bag and heads to the alleyway to find an illegal weapons store. As he enters he meets the weapons dealer

Peter's Aunt May is seen coming out from a grocery store and walking down the street as she hears the storm brewing

May then hears a loud cough coming from the alleyway of a sick young girl. As she approaches May sees the young girl, who is wearing a grey hoodie with a blue coat and wears a black and blue colored skirt with black long boots, as feels ill and almost collapse. May approached her with concern

Peter arrived through the doors and into Sable's very own dojo, with Meiko standing on the arena in a black colored sleeveless Uwagi and trousers with red bands, red belt, and red jika-tabi waiting for him as he looked amazed by its interior
Peter Parker: Whoa. Look at this place
Meiko Yin: You're late Mr. Parker
Peter Parker: Oh… yeah sorry. It's just-
Meiko Yin: This is your first day so I will let it pass, but the next time
Peter Parker: I swear I'll be here on time

Peter removed his shoes and jacket and removed all his things from his pockets as he places tem on the corner and approached Meiko on the arena
Meiko Yin: So Mr. Parker, are you ready?
Peter Parker: Yeah I guess so
Meiko Yin: There is no guess, only a do or do not. Again, are you ready?

Meiko Yin: Good… Now before we begin I would like to ask you something

Meiko Yin: Where did you receive your training?

Peter Parker: I… kinda watch some kung fu movies and I… sort of copied their moves

Meiko Yin:… When Wong and Han told me what you did I thought how someone of your stature would maintain his ground against that number of the Snakehead

Meiko Yin: Indeed, but it is still impressive that you would perform with such will, and the will to act is a necessity in all battles. It appears Mistress was correct in her choice, and even the other members of the Wild Pack were impressed by your performance

Meiko Yin: But like you said the Snakehead are only a lower-rank as said by Willis, and since you got the club back for the Wild Pack they maybe bringing in more higher-rank members to take it back, the so-called Inner Demons

Meiko Yin: He did, and it is important for you to know that just because they are a low-rank gang doesn't mean you should underestimate them for they will surprise you. This is now the purpose of your training so that when the time comes then you will be prepares for the road ahead of you. Are you ready to begin?

Meiko Yin: Good… because here is you're FIRST LESSON!
Peter Parker: (Spider-Sense) Huh!?
Meiko delivered a quick kick, but much to her surprise Peter quickly blocked her attack out of reaction
Peter Parker: (Damn, that kick was fast)
Meiko Yin: (He blocked it, that easily!?)
But then Peter delivered a quick punch as Meiko evaded it as she grabbed his arms and perform a counter, throwing him on the ground and pinned him
Peter Parker: Ah… Man…
Meiko Yin:… That punch nearly hit me…
Peter Parker: Oh… Sorry about that
Meiko Yin: Don't
Peter Parker: What?
Meiko Yin: You blocked my kick easily as many in your position had failed to do so in their first try. The strike you performed along with your speed was impressive, and it is something I did not expect from you to have this kind of level of experience. Had you improved on your speed you would have landed a blow on me, and for this to be your first try is exceptional
Peter Parker:… Oh… Thanks I guess
Meiko released him as Peter got up
Meiko Yin: I also notice something about that strike, you held your strength back and while you deliver the strike your pose has no evidence of technique or discipline what so ever, and that makes it hard to believe that someone like you in your age would held your own
Peter Parker: Guess I was lucky
Meiko Yin: Luck has nothing to do with it Mr. Parker, it is through your own will that you achieve victory. You may have your wits and you may have studies those moves from those Martial Arts movies you watch, but studying moves and copying moves are not always the same thing, it requires experience to grasp such knowledge and while you have proven to possess the experience you required the skill you possess would not benefit you. It needs to be honed, it needs to be perfected, but more importantly it needs to be disciplined. Your luck and wits will do you no good, only the will to act. Are you ready to begin?
Peter Parker:… Yeah. Yeah I'm ready
Meiko Yin: Good. Then let's begin
New York Police Department: Meeting Room
The NYPD officers are seen inside the room as the three captains are about to discuss their meeting. Within the room are Stan and Jean with Vin and Michelle
Vin Gonzales: Heard you two got yourself comfortable from what I've heard
Jean DeWolff: Oh hush you
Michelle Gonzales: Seriously, you and the wise-ass are dating?
Stan Carter: And what's wrong with that?
George Stacy: Pay attention people!
Every officers sit still as they listen to George Stacy about the operation, along with Frank Quaid and Yuri Watanabe
George Stacy: Alright, now listen up everyone. This is the day we get to show New York what the NYPD can do, and strike back at the thugs that threaten our city. This is why each of you officers from different precinct are here today, because you are considered to be the finest this city has to offer
Yuri Watanabe: While you all know that crime is at an all time high after the death of Spider-Man, an despite the city having a new hero filling the void it's still not enough to suppress the amount of criminal activity, and as it is reported all of Spider-Man's enemies, plus new villains, have all formed their own organization and is plotting to make a foothold in the city if they succeed
Frank Quaid: But that's not all, other organizations have stepped up as each organization attempt to become the new Big Man of Crime, and if it continues to get worse then this would result in an all out gang-war with many lives at risk, so this people is where we come in
George Stacy: We have gained report that there will be a meeting at an abandoned construction site in Manhattan and I'd expect each of you to be ready. The operation will begin tonight

Parker House: Kitchen
Aunt May is seen serving food to Nico, who appeared to be eating a lot and appearing slightly better
Nico Minoru: Mmm! Oh god this is good!
May Parker: My goodness look at you sure must be hungry
Nico Minoru: You have no idea; I've been starving since I got here
May Parker: Well a young girl like you need her strength

Developing a sense of concern for her, May brought the drink and sat close to Nico as she held her hand. Surprising Nico

I mean I had a sleeping bag when I was in this one building, but it was full of rats that were the size of a football, and they were like chewing on it and my clothes so I had to leave my sleeping bag and run for it. I might sleep in the couch if it's okay
May Parker: I'll make some arrangements for your living space, but I would like for you to stay

Sable is seen looking over some details from her computer as Meiko appeared

Peter enters the room slightly bruised
Peter Parker: Ah, hey there Miss Manfredi. Man I'm exhausted
Meiko Yin: His performance is not so bad, but there is more room for improvement. However that will be another time for that?
Peter Parker: You sure? I mean I can go for another round or something

Peter Parker: Yeah but I already finished my homework. So I figured if you got another job for me to do like last time

Sable threw a small stash of money to Peter as he grabbed it

Peter Parker: (Wow. For a couple of females that worked their way in the criminal world they really are awesome. Guess I misjudge Sable for that, she really is something and Aunt May really does enjoy her company, but I shouldn't put my emotions first until I know exactly what's going on behind the scenes. At least I've moved a step up, so I better keep up at it)
Peter left the office as Sable and Meiko are left alone to discuss about him

Meiko Yin:… Despite some imbalance… he is a capable fighter
Sable Manfredi: In what way?
Meiko Yin: His reaction to my moves is note-worthy, and his blocks are well done despite a lack of discipline to his fighting style. His awareness is impressive, and that is something only an experienced fighter would have. It is no wonder the other Wild Packs are becoming interested in him
Sable Manfredi: I can tell, and what they said about him after what happened in the nightclub incident suggest so, but I can't but feeling something about him… Something… familiar…

Derek got up and gave his wife a kiss on the cheek as he leaves, with Eleanor appearing concerned for him
Bishop Manor: Kate's room
Kate is seen on her bed while displaying an upset face, remembering what has happened today involving the man in the alleyway. Realizing she was close from being sexually assaulted or worse had it not been for Peter who intervened and saved her. Unable to tell her family about it, she then started to think about Peter and remembers her talk with him. Now starting to see the kind of person he is, while she picks up her phone and looks at it in hopes that he would call back
Kate Bishop:… Peter… call me… please…
Four Season's House: Whitney Chang's Apartment
Whitney Chang is seen wearing glasses while looking over the information involving "Red Ray Shipping", until Ronin appears in her apartment
Whitney Chang: Whoa!
Ronin:… You're balcony door is open
Whitney Chang: I realize that, but do you really have to sneak up on me? If we're going to be partners I think we would needs some boundaries
Ronin:… You look nice in those glasses… Makes you smart under that figure of yours
Whitney Chang:… Why thank you… I see you know how to charm a lady. Need some work though
Ronin:… Red Ray Shipping… You got the info?
Whitney Chang: I have, come here and take a look
Ronin takes a look at her laptop as Whitney shows him the info involving connections involving Red Ray Shipping, but what caught his interest is a name he's familiar with
Ronin: Kingsley… Roderick Kingsley?
Whitney Chang: You heard of him?
Ronin: I know of him. He's the one that owns a perfume factory and runs a fashion industry, but he also has ties to known criminal activity
Whitney Chang: Well I'm glad you know that, because I have found something else that I think would shock you. It seems there were a rumor going on that Kingsley was involved in running an illegal sweatshop using immigrants from poorer areas. The ones we saw were a small part of that
Ronin: And they went with it?
Whitney Chang: Those women need money to support their families back home, and America is a well known country to go to. Guess they don't know what they got themselves into. But that's not the worst of it, it turns out he's been using his fashion industry to sponsor his events as a cover and smuggle advance weapons into different parts in the state, very state of the art kind of models
Ronin: (So he's a weapons smuggler disguising it as a fashion guru. That might explain his purchasing of the Rhino armor blueprints a year ago, he was gonna sell it) So you have evidence of this?
Whitney Chang: Only rumors and details, but places he's been in have become suspicious, plus the dates he went got my attention, but who would believe a fashion industry tycoon would be involved in illegal weapon smuggling?
Ronin: Noted
Whitney Chang: I need evidence, but that's going be a challenge
Ronin: I'll get it done, thank you
As Ronin was about to leave the apartment Whitney then brought something up
Whitney Chang: I got a word from inside NYPD from an admirer involving a secret meeting
Ronin: What?
Whitney Chang: It's happening tonight, at an abandon construction site
Ronin: Where is it?
Whitney Chang: Not so fast Ronin, if you want to go there then you're going have to take me there
Ronin: Excuse me?
Whitney Chang: We're partners are we? So if we're doing this then we're doing this together
Ronin: You don't know what you're getting yourself into Chang
Whitney Chang: I have a clear idea were I'm getting myself into ninja-boy, but do you?
Ronin: What are you proposing?
Whitney Chang:… I've done something like this before and it's a breath of fresh air for me, but if involves something this serious then you're going to need someone you can count on.
Ronin:… You're kidding me… right?
Whitney Chang:… Look… You may not trust me now, but I have connections and I can get you what you need. I know you think I'm capable but I'm the only reporter you can count on that actually knows how to do her job right, and what the information is costing is your trust
Ronin:… Do you really expect me to trust you? A person I've barely met who's only reputation was being on camera
Whitney Chang: I used to be a MUN reporter taking news, and that was over a year ago since I left for Channel 7 News because believe it or not it was the closest thing for me to do an actual job there that doesn't involve a rock star baby driving a car… I need this because I have an obligation, and I won't tell you why because just like you I need to know if I can count on you, but I won't be a back-stabber because I know why you do what you do best
Ronin: If that's the case then why you would give me this info?
Whitney Chang: Because there is nobody else that will do anything, but you can and if this gets out of hand then people will die

Whitney Chang: So what's it going to be, we partners or not?
Whitney brought out her hand with a doubtful Ronin looking with concern but sees something in her that caught his interest
Brooker Hill Apartment: Frank Castle's Apartment
Returning to his apartment, Frank Castle is seen unpacking and arming his newly acquired weapons as he prepares to head out. Unpacking his bag as it reveals to be containing his heavily advanced black colored armor with a white skull painted on it's mask and chest as he puts it on
Frank Castle: (Punisher's New Log, 003: I have now acquired myself new sets of weapons for my mission and setting myself up my gear. According to my sources there will be a meeting tonight at an abandon construction site and certain individuals from my list will appear, and I plan to see a bullet in their heads. It's been a while since I came back to New York, better make up for lost time. Crime to hunt, corruption to find, and bad men to kill. Better get to it)
With his armor set and is weapons ready as Frank picks up his mask and puts it on, showing the painted white skull on it with the lenses displaying bright crimson red
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Longest chapter I've done so far, but I just wanted to crammed as much as I can to speed the story up abit
Nico Minoru will now be living with the Parker house, but her background will be revealed later regarding her reasons not being with the other Runaways
The Connors are back and will play a role later in the story, with Mark Allen/Molten Man making an apperance soon
The first appearance of Bullseye and his encounter with Gwen
Meiko trains Peter her own martial art skills as an assassin
Peter and Kate will meet once again later in the story
Ronin and Whitney will team-up next chapter
Lastly Punisher enters the fight wearing an advance armor. Think one of those "Assault Infantry" armored guys from "Killzone: Shadow Fall", but imagine it with the Punisher skull logo on the chest and helmet
