Dizzy: The Peter and MJ pair is something I was thinking for a while, but I have to do a lot of rewrites how it can work. I know how it would end up with the two, and I need more time to plan this. I've been thinking about a Peter and Harry fistfight, and I might take that into consideration if I know how it can work out
Guest: I like Kate as an alternative, and yes Harry is cheating on Gwen, which I will reveal how
Rider Paladin: What would happen to MJ is something you might expect, but I'll get to that in a later chapter. Lindsay Leighton is a character from "Spider-Man loves Mary Jane", so I don't think she's related to Rachel Leighton, and the complicated relationships are going to end up something bad as where it's leading would be not good. I like the Ninja Gaiden games too, and yeah it is a good homage since Josh Keaton voiced Ryu Hayabusa in the Ninja Gaiden 2 reboot game. I might add some more of it if I can find some that would fit in the story
Silver Spoon Cafe
Sitting inside the cafe, Carmen is seen drinking a glass of coffee as he's almost done with his homework, but then Mary Jane is seen holding a glass of latte and approached him
Mary Jane Watson: Carmen?

Saying their byes, Carmen left the cafe, as Mary Jane sits alone with her glass of latte. As she drinks it Mary Jane starts to wonder about Peter. Thinking about what Carmen said and realizing that she's been thinking of him more lately, Mary Jane tries to tell herself that nothing is going on while her face says something else
Mary Jane Watson:… There's nothing going on… between me and Peter… Nothing at all…
Manhattan: Times Square
The area is under heavy gun-fire from a group of armed gangs called the "Feather Mash" was seen in a store taking hostages as they were opening fire at armed police officers
Feather Mash gangster 1: FUCK! I THOUGHT YOU SAID THIS WOULD BE EASY!
Feather Mash gangster 2: DON'T BLAME ME FOR THIS! IT WASN'T MY FAULT THAT THIS PRICK SHOT THE OWNER!
Feather Mash gangster 3: HEY I PANICKED! HE WAS GOING TO CALL THE COPS!
Feather Mash gangster 1: SHUT THE FUCK UP YOU IDIOT!
Shop Owner: Agh. Please… I… I'm bleeding
Hostage 1: Please let us go!
Hostage 2: Come on man! This guys bleeding! He needs help!
Feather Mash gangster 2: HEY SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STAY DOWN!

The Feather Mash gang kept firing at the police officers as they return fire. Among them are George Stacy, Frank Quaid and Yuri Watanabe
Yuri Watanabe: Damn these guys are persistence
Frank Quaid: Well what you expect from a couple of low-life gang-bangers!
George Stacy: With advance weaponry! Where did they get those!?
Yuri Watanabe: No idea, but we have to finish this quick!
George Stacy: You got a plan!? Because I'm waiting for one!
Frank Quaid: I think I see one!
George Stacy: Wha…
Yuri Watanabe: Oh…
George, Frank, and Yuri saw Ronin jumping over them as he unleashes his sword, the Blade of the Archfiend, and attacks the gangsters
Feather Mash gangster 3: WHAT THE HELL!?
Feather Mash gangster 2: HUH!?
Feather Mash gangster 1: IS THAT A NINJA!?
Ronin: (Okay. I need to focus, need to think straight. This is now me being serious, and with my spider-sense I can avoid any danger. Use your spider-sense, just like in those movies. Focus) THIS SHOOT-OUT ENDS NOW! PREPARE!
Feather Mash gangster 2: SAYS YOU!
Feather Mash gangster 3: UP YOURS NINJA-MAN!
Ronin uses his spider-sense to detect the bullet shots as he evaded fire while using his sword to block and cut the bullets until he got close enough to cut their weapons. Using his knowledge of all the moves he memorized from watching martial art movies, Ronin used his newfound skills against the gangs and disabled two of them, with one about to pick up his weapon and open fire until Ronin cut of his weapon and place the sword on his neck
Feather Mash gangster 1:…
Ronin: I suggest you stand down! NOW!
Feather Mash gangster 1: I… I… I
Ronin: NOW!
Feather Mash gangster 1: Okay. Okay I give
The gangster surrendered as the police officers enter the store and pointed their gun at the gangsters and Ronin
Frank Quaid: Freeze!
Yuri Watanabe: Put you're hands up in the air!
Ronin:… You're welcome
George Stacy: Stand down you two. This guy help saved the hostages. We should be grateful
Frank Quaid: Are you kidding me?
Yuri Watanabe: George this is a man with a Ninja suit!
George Stacy: Relax. So what's your name son?
Ronin:… Ronin…
Yuri Watanabe: Ronin? That usually associate as a samurai with no master, but you're a ninja not a samurai
Ronin:…
Frank Quaid: Look for get this. We got major problems now and we don't need to involve ninja-boy here
Stan Carter: Captain Stacy! We just got an emergency call!
George Stacy: What is it!?
Stan Carter: An assault on a couple of trucks by some gangs and two costume creeps carrying weapons! It's her Captain!
Yuri Watanabe: What do you mean her?
Stan Carter: It's Menace! She's among them!
The group went gasp as Menace made her appearance once again as she's not been seen since Spider-Man' death, with Ronin now eagered to get to her
George Stacy: Menace is back!?
Frank Quaid: The one that killed Spider-Man!?
Yuri Watanabe: Let them know we're heading there! I want all available officers on the area
Stan Carter: Got it!
Ronin: I'm going ahead!
George Stacy: You sure about this?
Ronin: I need to stop her! I need to get to her before anybody else gets hurt!
Frank Quaid: You think you can take her?
Ronin: I have to or else there's nobody else will
George Stacy:… Go get her son
Ronin: Thank you
With a sense of gratitude, Ronin unleashes his chains and heads off to were Menace is, with George and the others watching
Frank Quaid: You sure it's a wise decision to let him go George?
George Stacy: There's nobody else that can take on Menace, and he's the only one that might do it
Yuri Watanabe: Well I hope he doesn't get killed when fighting against her
George Stacy:… I hope so too
Somewhere in Manhattan
With the civilians running from the scene, the trucks carrying the cargo of weapons have been under attack by Kingsley's men, with the guards inside being pinned down, as White Rabbit and Menace dealt with them
White Rabbit: The guards have been dealt with and the truck is still drivable. That leaves us taking all the goodies away for us to take
Menace: We're in schedule Rabbit! We better move now or else the cops will be on to us!
White Rabbit: Alright. Alright I'm moving. All you guys get in there and start driving this thing out of here!
All Kingsley's Men: Got it!
Ronin: Don't count on it!
White Rabbit: Huh!?
Menace: What the!?
Ronin appears with his sword out as he moves in for the strike
Ronin: Because I'm gonna make sure you leave here with nothing!
White Rabbit: Is that a ninja!?
Ronin: Prepare!
Ronin attacks as Kingsley's men open fire at him, as he deflects the bullets with his sword and destroyed the guns and knocks them down
White Rabbit: No way
Ronin: You next!
White Rabbit: Wha!?
Ronin: The die is cast!
Ronin then attacks White Rabbit as she took out her gun and was about to shoot his, until Ronin deflect it with his sword and knocked it off White Rabbit's hand and was about to deliver a strike on her. But suddenly Menace blocked Ronin's attack with her sword as she pushes him back
Ronin: Huh?
White Rabbit: Menace?
Ronin: (Menace. The girl who I met that wanted my help. That wanted Spider-Man's help. May if I can just reach her then I might be able to-)
Menace: You shouldn't have interfered
Ronin: What?
Menace: Now I'm afraid I'm gonna have to deal with you. Painfully!
Suddenly, Ronin sees Menace's eyes and quickly realizes that something has happened to her
Ronin: (Her eyes. What… happened to her eyes?)
Menace: ( Activates her Flaming Sword ) DIE!
Ronin: Dammit
The two fight with their swords, as Menace kept on swinging to land a blow while Ronin uses defensive stance to avoid a hit
Menace: You're holding back ninja! You think you can just cower while I land a blow to you!?
Ronin: I'm taking my time Menace! However you're skill is not much!
Menace: We'll see when I burn you!
While the two fight, White Rabbit get Kingsley's men to get up
White Rabbit: What the hell are you guys sitting there!? Get in the truck and drive!
Kingsley's Men 1: We're on it Miss Rabbit!
Kingsley's Men 2: But what about Menace!?
White Rabbit: She can handle herself! She took care of Spider-Man; she can take care of the ninja! So get back to base now!
White Rabbit and Kingsley's men went inside the truck as they drove off, as Ronin notices it but was left distracted
Ronin: No!
Menace: You should have paid attention to what's in front of you
Ronin: ( spider-sense ) Shit!
Menace: Now you burn!
Menace unleashed a hidden blade from her wrist as Ronin evaded the attack, until she fired a pumpkin bomb as he jumps to avoid the blast
Ronin: Whoa!
Menace: Now you're mine!
Ronin: Huh!?
Menace then flew against Ronin as they crashed threw a building as he landed on the floor as she was seen in the air
Ronin: Oww…
Menace: Had enough!?
Ronin: (Why? Menace is not the same as she was before when I met her. She was never this aggressive the last time. And her eyes, what happened to her eyes?)
Menace: I suggest you stand down and I will make this quick
Menace landed on the ground hardly as Ronin gets up, but a tube falls off her pack and he immediately recognizes what it is
Menace: Huh!?
Ronin: (… No… It can't be…)
Menace: Shit!
Ronin: (Gobulin Green?)
Menace: ( picks the tube from the floor ) Need it. Need boost. Need more
Ronin: No don't!
Menace injected herself with the tube containing Gobulin Green as it slowly starts to take effect, making her stronger as she prepares to attack again
Ronin: Why. Why did you-
Menace: TIME TO DIE NINJA!
Menace took out a pumpkin bomb as she threw it at him, as Ronin evaded and make space to think of a plan of attack
Menace: THERE'S NOWHERE FOR YOU TO RUN! YOUR ONLY END IS DEATH!
Ronin: (Okay, I fought the Green Goblin before and she's got the same gears as him. Hope I don't screw this up)
Ronin put away his sword as he takes out his chain
Menace: YOU REALLY THINK A CHAIN CAN STOP ME!?
Ronin: Let's find out!
With the space and timing he got now. Menace threw her pumpkin bombs at him as Ronin used his chain and knocked it back at her as it exploded. The blast caused her to fall on the ground as she lays injured, but then she angrily gets up and looks around to find him
Menace:… WHERE ARE YOU!? WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU NINJA!? COME OUT YOU COWARD SO I CAN GUT YOU!
With no noise in the building, Menace believed that he had left as she decided to fly back in disappointment, but on the side of the building Ronin is seen sticking on the wall as he looked on her leaving, but was shocked by what he had now found out as he understands the change in Menace's behaviors. Remembering what happened to Harry last time
Ronin:… Gobulin Green… She's taking… Gobulin Green? How? How was she able to get it? Who gave it to her? That explains her change in behavior, and her eyes. Harry took some also and it affected him, but it's not the same one Norman Osborn took. Osborn… not only have you used your own son, your poison is being spread out to the population… to her. Dammit, if only I had better gear then I might track her. Looks like I have to get back to the drawing board and think of some new things
Ronin heads back home to think of a new plan
Four Season's Apartment
Entering the building is a co-worker of the Channel 7 News Network, David Hine, as he brought in Chinese Food and goes up to the floor to meet with Whitney Chang as he arrived on the floor and knocked on her door as she opens
Whitney Chang: David?
David Hine: Hey Whitney. Brought Chinese food if you're interested
Whitney Chang: Oh thanks I'm starving
David Hine: So can I come in?
Whitney Chang: Yeah sure David?
David Hine: Great
Whitney Chang:…?
David Hine: I… I mean
Whitney Chang: Just get in David
As he got inside, David was surprised by the sight of a large batch of papers, photos and notes and a laptop on her table
David Hine: What is that?
Whitney Chang: Just some notes, details, photos, newspaper clips. You know
David Hine: I can see that… buy why?
Whitney Chang: Been investigating on some possible links involving the known super-villains and other factions of the crime syndicate of New York
David Hine: You're still investigating on to that gang war business?
Whitney Chang: There is a link somewhere; I know it and I just need to find it
David Hine: But even if you found one where would you start?
Whitney Chang: This
Whitney revealed to David a newspaper clip from the Daily Bugle involving the new hero and video clips from her laptop
David Hine: Is that the ninja?
Whitney Chang: It is, and he's my connection. I just need to find him
David Hine: Wait, didn't you once said if there's a connection involving Spider-Man
Whitney Chang: And that's were the odd part comes in
David Hine: Huh!?
Whitney Chang: This ninja guy showed up. He just showed up a couple of days after Spider-Man's death
David Hine: Yeah… So?
Whitney Chang: I downloaded video clips of footages involving this guy being seen taking down a couple of gangs, and an old footage involving Spider-Man a while back. So compare the two you can see that his moves might be different but they are similar to Spider-Man's fighting style
David Hine: Wait, you think this ninja guy is like this Spider-Man character?
Whitney Chang: No. I'm saying this ninja guy is Spider-Man
David looked at Whitney in disbelief
David Hine: Excuse me? Since when does Spider-Man carry a sword?
Whitney Chang: Think about it. What if he found out something so important that he had no choice but to fake his own death because of what happened the other day? And this Menace character
David Hine: The one that killed Spider-Man?
Whitney Chang: There were eye-witness report of her crashing in and coming out of the factory that this Dr. Miles Warren was found dead along with some in costumes, and the autopsy confirmed that his organs were burn from the inside. So this Warren guy might have met with someone before he was killed by something, possibly he was delivering something but something went wrong
David Hine: Okay, now you are taking this too far
Whitney Chang: What Miles Warren brought could potentially put millions of lives at risk
David Hine:… Whitney… I think you need a break
Whitney Chang: No, I need to investigate this further
David Hine: But Whitney?
Whitney Chang: I need to go, so sorry but you need to go
David Hine: What?
Whitney Chang: It's important, plus I am changing and I can't leave you here. Since you're a man with urges
David Hine: What!?
Whitney Chang: Sorry David, but leave
David Hine: But?
Whitney Chang: Leave, and thanks for the Chinese food
Whitney got David out of her apartment as he stood there in front of the door as he was about to leave
David Hine: Dammit. Next time David. Next time
El Alaoui House: Hallway
Returning home, Carmen greets his dad, Malik, who is seen in the living room watching TV, and his mom, Hafiz, who is seen in the kitchen making dinner
Carmen E l Alaoui : Hi mom, dad
Malik El Alaoui: Hello, son
Hafiz El Alaoui: Hello, habiba (sweety). How is school?
Carmen E l Alaoui : It's alright
Malik El Alaoui: That's what you always said
Carmen E l Alaoui : Well nothing interesting has happen so far
Hafiz El Alaoui: Well you better not stay out too much. This gang violence I'm hearing is worrying
Carmen E l Alaoui : I know what I'm doing. I'll be fine
Malik El Alaoui: Well you better call next time on your phone or else we'll be more worried
Carmen E l Alaoui : I'll keep that in mind. Now if you'll excuse me I'll be heading to my room
Hafiz El Alaoui: Make sure you come down for dinner. I'm making burrito. Halal-style
Carmen E l Alaoui : Yum…
El Alaoui House: Carmen's Bedroom
Entering his room, Carmen placed his bag on the floor and rest on his bed as he's left in his thoughts. Looking around sees the necklaces he got from Dallas remember the troubles he faced before moving into the city and the racism he's experience. Along with the letdown of the people he thought were his friends. After leaving he felt a sense of relief, but also uneasiness after moving into the city. Despite getting along with some people like Peter he still feels doubt about the whole thing and wonders if we would have done something different in his old neighbourhood
Carmen E l Alaoui :… Would I have really made a difference if I've done something? Would it even matter?
Parker House: Living Room
With his Aunt May still out with her friends, Peter watches the news involving today's robbery of advance hi-tec weapons, as he thinks about Menace and what he just discovered
Peter Parker: That really sucks. Not only did they got away with all the weapons they need, but now Menace is injecting herself with Gobulin Green. Oh man how screwed up can it be? Is she forced to take it? Did she do it on herself? Or was she desperate? Man… I remember Harry being juiced by that stuff, but it's not the same one his dad took. Maybe a new batch or self-made by a formula he left behind? I need to investigate this even further, and that means infiltrating Oscorp and see if he has any hideout that he might have stash the Gobulin Green serum. But right now I need to be ready and prepared
Peter sits on the couch with a drawing pad as he comes up with new designs for his equipments
Peter Parker: This is going to be harder than I thought, and I spent all of my money on my Ronin costume and weapons. But with this I need to make an algorithm for my Osberry phone. Create an app with my new equipment, and I cannot believe that after watching so many spy movies that I have not thought of this earlier, the Spider-Tracers. If I made those then I would have tracked down and found Menace, but I need more money and I can't ask Ned and Frederick for it. I need to wait… and hope this new job helps….Man I suck at this
AUTHOR'S NOTE: "The Die is Cast". I've been itching to put that phrase since Superior Spider-Man
Anyway, Peter now knows Menace is taking the Gobulin Green, which he knows what it would do to her. Fueling his intention to save her, while trying to stop gang crime from all over the city. This also led to his intention to design new gadgets, with the Spider-Tracers being a starting point
Also Whitney Chang is now starting to suspect Ronin's identity as Spider-Man, as she will soon figure out who the person is underneath the mask, and it will lead to a strange situation for Peter, as it will be revealed in a later chapter
Before I end this point I just want to let you know that my planning of this story has become abit longer then I though, with lots of rewrites. So here I'm pointing out that I'm adding more characters, including the return of other characters, as each of them will play a role in a certain situation that I thought of. So the time I'm putting the story up will be delayed as I need to plan this carefully. Also I have another story I'm putting up along side this. I'm doing two stories at the same time, as I just want to try and finish this as best I can. Bare with me despite the delay, and I will do my best, and I'm trying to do action scenes, which is still hard for me to get it right. Hope you enjoy the story and I'll try to get it done on time
