Storm
Robbie was ripping his room apart to find his bracelet, yeah it was just a bracelet but Dr Strange had warned him that now with his new position as king of hell, items like jewelry could absorb some of his powers, changing them into powerful artifacts that can be used by anyone should they get their hands on it, and that bracelet Robbie would nearly always wear so he didn't know what kind of powers that thing had attached to it.
Hughie was walking around Believe Expo, he had time to kill before he had to get baptized by Homelander, he saw a stand selling religious jewelry, he really glanced over at it, but something caught his eye, a bracelet, nothing more nothing less. He went over and looked it over, he picked it up, it was more like a cuff really, golden in color, an ornate Latin cross was on the back, a bright red ruby in the center of it almost like a heart, detailed silver wings at the back of the cross, it was like it was calling out to him, he asked how much it was, when he heard the price, he knew it was a little too much, as the bracelet looked loved, some denting and scuffs, but he paid for it none the less.
He put it on as he walked away, it fit nicely to his wrist and, he felt a strange warmth after putting it on, he checked the time and walked to tent to face Homelander.
When he was in there the bracelet felt hot almost, it got hotter when homelander was near. Hughie brushed it off as his mind playing tricks on him, there was no way the bracelet was heating up like that, but that was until it was his turn to be dunked in the water by the caped supe.
Homelander was gonna drown the young man with those little curls, he did think they were cute but he knew the kid was trouble he just didn't know how much.
The water started to turn red and thickened, it turned to blood around Homelander and Ezekiel who had been standing in the water with him, Hughie was fully under as when this happened, he'd been under for a little longer then needed. The two supes were rightfully panicked, even more so once it started to bubble and boil, they got out quickly, both forgetting the man that was in there, outside the tent the once clear sky darkened clouds rolled in thunder threatened to shake the earth as it started to hail, though the hail melted quickly and started fires where they landed, people started to panic questioning what was happening as tents started to burn down around people.
Hughie was calm as his skin melted away in the blood he had been placed in, something took over him. Ezekiel and Homelander managed to keep the burning tent away from the people still inside it, only to see the chaos of the rest of the event, Ezekiel was the one of the two who remembered there was someone still in the tub, he was about to rush over but was frozen as he watched what came out.
A gloved hand was first as something arose from the blood, their metal skull dripped with it as they got out, their jacket reaching the ground, steel toed spiked boots thumped hard on the edge of the platform the tub was on, the rips in their pants showed more metal bone, their jacket had a hood that was hanging heavy with blood, the sleeves were rolled up to show the metal bones of the their forearms, the empty sockets seemed to scan the area a bit as it stumbled slightly, then their bones became alight burning with a harsh bright flame, they hissed getting others attention, Starlight was near A-train when they saw the new fire start, seeing it was in the farm of a person was something they never thought they would see before in their life. The speakers that were still on stage came to life, and a voice that was like a twisted whisper, rasped with unuse and a hissing undertone came out of them.
"You follow false idols....God never chose them.....It is mine to avenge; I will repay." The voice hissed out the speakers.
Ezekiel had watched with horror as they were the one that spoke, he also watched as they moved their head back, opened their mouth and released a swarm of locusts, they swirled as they came out like a flood from their maw, they were also on fire as they rushed the crowd of people, the screaming filled the ears of supes around them as they couldn't do anything, when Homelander tried to stop them, he was close enough to be grabbed, the being did just that grabbing him by the throat, they looked Homelander in the eye hissing in his voice.
"Your soul rots from within." They hissed out inches from Homelander's face.
When the caped supe tried to throw a punch, it was cough, he felt the break that came from his arm getting twisted, he felt the bone come out the uniform before he was dropped, he felt the second break of his leg when it was stomped on by the entity. They then looked up making eye contact with Ezekiel, the man didn't know what to do as he just watched the leader of the Seven get two limbs broken like they were nothing by this entity, he felt the heat of their glare before they walked off disappearing in a cloud of smoke, the effects of what was done lasted for only two more minutes before the skies were almost back to normal and, everything was nearly calm though dark clouds could still be seen in the distance.
