Wilson Fisk who is the gangster known as The Kingpin is back in New York City with a mission of polluting the drinking water as a way to force the citizens of the city to buy drinking water from a company that he finances.Can Spider-Man with the help of his student Gill Gal team up to stop the gangster to bring New York City to her knees?

Note

The story is loosely based on the Spider-Man cartoon called "The Wrath Of The Sub Mariner" from the 1980s. In this case instead of the Sub Mariner teaming up with Spider-Man, it will be his student Elizabeth "Erika" Parker who besides being a champion swimmer in the breast stoke area of the sport, she is also secretly Gill Gal who gained her power as the female answer to The Creature Of The Dark Lagoon.

Peter Parker is inside of his home that he shares with his aunt May Parker when May tells Peter "Nephew your best friend Erika wants to speak with you concerning her recent adventure at the swim meet at your alma mater. Can she come and see you concerning her interview with Wilson Fisk inside of his office."

Peter says to his aunt 'Fantastic. Hello Erika. You must have amazing recovery powers since I was told by Flash Thompson when he said he saw you being taken out of the swim meet by a stretcher after you fell into the water and then you came out of the pool. walked a few steps gingerly and then you fell down like a bowling pin. I understand that the taste of the water made you feel very ill. I see that you have made a quick recovery, What is your secret?"

At this time May has walked away from the living room floor and went to the bedroom to rest when Erika tells Peter "Yes I did cover my nose and mouth with a towel so that Joe Otoque who was seen wearing a medical white suit placing some water insude of tghe pool and walk away toward the dressing room area where I followed talking to Wilson Fisk even though I did not what was said between the two of them. Peter then tells Erika "Your wish is now granted. One Spider-Man coming up. Then Peter does his best imitation of actress Lynda Carter when she changed into Wonder Woman on the television show as he kisses Erika on her right cheek as he says as Spider-Man as "Contact Gill Gal since it is better to be safe than sorry dealing with the Kingpin who is not above taking out anyone who messes with his business empire."

Meantime back at the offices of Wilson Fisk who is the Kingpin is simply talking to Joe Otoque by telling him "I wonder how did that female reporter from a fashion magazine dupe me into giving out my life story of being bullied to my girth and then poke fun of this office as a 'reform school,' I will never know. i have a feeling that my good buddy Spider-Man will be paying me a visit. I just love it when that web head accuse me of either selling drugs to people in this town or stealing money to build my empire. If that chucklehead even thinks of messing with me, this electric net will fall down on him and light out." (Laughs).
