The Kingpin intends to poison the water in New York City
After Elizabeth "Erika" Parker has concluded her interview with Stephen A Smith on a sports talk show to promote a swim meet at Empire State University on Saturday, she has her alien senses or the equal of Spider-Man's spider senses to warn her that a crime in the Big Apple could be underway when she enters the front door of a rental home near the Empire State University school campus when a fellow student who attends Fair City College named Simone Martin who does not know that her roommate is secretly a super hero from Lexicon asks her mate 'Hello Erika. Peter then thinks to himself "If my sources are correct, there are rumors that my archrival The Kingpin who attempted to have me work for him for his bid for mayor as well as blowing up the Daily Bugle when Kingpin tried to rub out Jonah Jameson refused to kill a story related to poisoned medicines. My battles against Kingpin have been legendary. Why do I have the feeling that Kingpin will start another crime spree? With my student Erika being involved in a swim meet soon against my alma mater, I have s feeling Erika will be in the middle of this adventure since Kingpin has an ax to grind with me and not a female?"
