South Park - New Kid & Wendy Testaburger

“Why do you let them think you’re a boy, New Kid?” Wendy asks, and the question is so, so blatantly absurd from her point of view that she has to stifle a laugh— luckily, it comes out a little closer to a choke.

Wendy Testaburger is lovely—a friend, a confidant, one of the few people in this town that New Kid actually trusts—but she’d never get it— she’s never dealt with always being the new kid, never staying in one place for more than three weeks at a time, never being able to make friends, never being allowed to.

These boys are stupid enough to think girls have cooties, but they’re still the only friends she’s ever had; she can keep a secret until they grow out of it.
