Now look what you've done
Your life was... interesting, to say the least.
You were an avenger, sure you saw a lot of havoc and chaos, you got hurt constantly, and at this point, you needed at minimum, a good ten years of therapy.
But, it was... nice.
You had a good team to support you, never bored, and so used to everything, life couldn't throw any surprises at you.
Life was perfect.
And it could very easily be changed.
Well, at least that's what Dr. Stephen Strange said when he warned you about tempering with eldritch magic.
"I'm warning you [NAME], if you even do as much as touching the slingy, the whole world could cave in the Earth's core."
He said while pointing at his at you.
Why didn't you listen?
"Yeah ok, I won't."
You said while you rolled your eyes, knowing very well you would.
Which is why the second he left the room, you leaped to grab the unattended slingy, and slipped it on your fingers, waving them around carelessly and comically.
Next thing you know, you open your eyes, and you're laying on plush green grass, the sky in front above you, and the smell of... food trucks? Like all kinds? And... people shouting? But they all seem happy... and they're talking like they've known each other for years.
You didn't know what it was, all you knew, was that it was weird a weird part of New York.
