Charles 📚: The fact that you thought I would cheat on Erik hurt me a lot, I'd have thought by now you have seen how much I love him.
Erik 🧲: *gently squeezes Charles' hand*
Charles 📚: However, I understand to a certain extent why you may have thought it happened but you shouldn't accuse people of thing if you have overheard a phone call that doesn't make sense, especially when you don't know the full story. If you had given me the chance to explain, I would have however I did have to check with Erik first as the nickname I called him did originally intend to be one that we kept private - I called him that for years - something you didn't know as it was our thing. We are a couple, we are allowed to have secrets to ourselves. If I didn't want to tell you who I was talking to it doesn't mean I was doing anything bad, I am also a human - I am allowed to have privacy. I don't ask you every time you call your partners, or in Sean's case, lack of partner.
