Y/N Pov
Y/N is and always has been the embodiment of summer. In the sun her skin glows, her hair shines and her eyes brighten. If someone were to ask her what her favorite thing was, her response would be a sunny summer day on the beach, this has always been true, she is a summer child. People describe her as sunshine, ocean waves, or the smell of summer rain.
Y/N lost her father to cancer when she was ten, but before he died he was the driving force of her love for water. He took her to the beach every day he could, any time it rained he took her outside to dance in it, and they jumped into every puddle they came across.
After he passed Y/N honored his memory by pouring more and more of her love into the oceans, lakes, and rain, it comforted her, soothed her, and she couldnt understand why anyone would feel differently.
