Summary
A hero coming from a nearby fight that Izuku was headed towards saw what was happening and captured the villain. That was the first instance and as soon as the hero learned he didn't have a quirk, they told him that it was his fault he got captured because he was too weak, and not to waste another pro heroes' time again. The second time, it was an off duty detective that found him being dragged in an alley by a run-down coffee shop. He didn't tell him about being quirkless, and he actually stayed to make sure Izuku was ok and even gave him his contact card! It was in case the villain wasn't working alone and he got targeted again, but still. His name is Tsukauchi, he said that he was proud of the way Izuku handled the situation, but seemed a little weird when he said "it wasn't my first attempted kidnapping." Anyways, Tsukauchi made sure he got home ok and Izuku hasn't dealt with anything like that since... until now.
Note
Ok. This is my first fic and it's probably gonna suck, sorry. I'm posting this chapter:1. to see what people think of this concept and plot.2. to motivate me to actually write this before I chicken out.I hope you guys enjoy the story I'm preparing, but be warned I will not be posting often as I'm depressed and lazy, but really like the idea of this story. The next chapter probably won't be out for a few weeks in fact.

Universes Collide

She went to attack again, tentacles ready to grab the flash drive and block any debris, when a truck came out of nowhere, and suddenly, Doctor Olivia Octavius was crashing into a wall. A wall? There shouldn't be a wall here. I was just in the collider lab, fighting those Spider-People, and then... a truck, a truck hit me. I must have been knocked into the mass of universes that were colliding with each other and spat out into this one. But, which universe is this?

As Liv looked around at her surroundings and carefully stood up to take stock of her injuries, she realized that there was a slowly growing crowd of people around her. Apparently she didn't just land in a random alleyway, she fell into Time Square, and continued to tumble (through several buildings) into this alley a block away ( That's what she heard from the crowd anyway). After hearing this, Liv noticed that she wasn't standing, but her tentacles were holding her up so that she wasn't putting pressure on the broken left ankle, shattered knee cap and broken right side femur. When Liv got sick of seeing her broken bones poking out of her ankle as blood poured down her shin, she saw that she had a gash along her torso and her left arm was mangled and twisted pretty severely. Her right arm was pretty much untouched... except for the dislocated shoulder, and she definitely had at least a concussion. What a catastrophe. It could be worse, I could be dead. Or still stuck with those Spiders.

As Dr. Octavius was analyzing her medical and universal displacement situation, she didn't notice someone walking up to her.

"Excuse me, ma'am? Are you alright? Do you need me to call an ambulance or a hero?" a man asked as he slowly made his way towards her, trying not to startle the woman.

"Huh?"

When Liv looked up she saw a young man with dark brown hair, green eyes, and wearing some sort of leather jacket and pants. Wait- no... is that his skin? What was the question again? I definitely hit my head pretty hard. As Liv was moving her right arm (carefully not to jostle the injury any more) to check for blood at the back of her head, she had to stop halfway when she couldn't move her arm any further without pain. She went to try with one of her tentacles before she was stopped by white hot pain. What's happening to me? It feels like I'm being torn apart from the inside. The DNA! Peter's cells were decaying because he didn't belong in our universe. I'm disintegrating. Ha ha. What a twist of fate. I did say I couldn't wait to watch, didn't I? As the pain subsided Liv noticed the strange man moved closer to her. But with her body in more pain than it was before and now being crumpled on the ground, it made it difficult to move or even speak. So this is what a glitch feels like. Geez, now I kinda feel bad for all those Spider- People from Alternate Universes? Alternate Uni's? Alt Uni's? Alters? No, that's a DID system reference I can't use that. AU's? Yeah, AU's. Wow, this is a severe concussion! I can't even think straight. HA HA!

As the man moved closer to the woman on the ground, he was talking to an emergency service operator on the phone.

- Is she still awake sir? - A tired sounding older man asked.

" Ugh, I mean, yeah? She's talking to herself and muttering something about spider-people and AU's, but she won't answer any of my questions."

- Alright, she probably has a concussion. I need you to keep her awake if you can. Can you tell me any of her injuries if you see any? -

" See any?! HER WHOLE BODY IS BROKEN AND TWISTED!" he whisper shouted as to not scare the woman and have her hurt herself any more.

- I know it's hard to have to see and experience something like this, but I need you to try and stay calm for me sir. Can you tell me anything specific? That will help the paramedics when they arrive. -

"Right, uh sorry."

- Don't apologize, it's a completely understandable and common response, but I need as much information about what's happening so we can help her, alright? -

" Ok, ok. Well uh, the-there are bones st-sticking out of her leg. And um, hang on a sec-" *throws up* "Ok-"

- Are you ok sir? -

"I'm alright. It's just a lot."

- It's alright just do your best to try and give me the more problematic ones that could hinder the paramedics for me. Any disfigurement, a mutation quirk, or head and neck injuries is what you're looking for ok? -

"O- AAAAHHHH! WHAT THE HELL IS THAT?"

- What happened? -

"SHE- She, she just, I don't know, she glitched or something. her whole body started shifting and there were a bunch of colors and she fell to the ground and is twitching."

- I need you check and make sure she isn't having a seizure. You're gonna look to see if her body is locked up and stiff and if she's breathing harshly or not at all. -

"Got it. Uh, her body is kinda limp other than her right arm and leg, and her um, her breathing is off, it sounds rattly. What do I do?"

Shit. Don't move her at all. If you can I want you to try and stop the bleeding from her leg by tying something, a shirt, or belt, around the upper part of her leg as tight as you can. The ambulance is two minutes out, if we can stop the bleeding there's a good chance you'll have saved this woman's life. If her lungs haven't collapsed. He can't handle something like that, he'll kill her if he doesn't do it right. I'll just have to notify the medics to handle that first. -

The man turns to the crowd of cowards that refuse to step up and help him or call for a rescue hero that could get here faster than an ambulance to help stabilize her.

"Hey! Does anyone have a belt?" He shouted at them all.

The crowd of onlookers startle and begin to look around at each other until a girl with a bunch of chains and belts on her pants steps up. "I-I do!"

The man looks at her through the crowd. "Come here, I need one to help her. Give me the fabric one with the clamp buckle."

"R-right!" As the girl walked close enough to see the state of the woman, she froze.

"Hey. Are you ok? I know it's scary, but we need to help this woman. You could end up saving her life. You don't have to stay, but if I don't get something to stop the bleeding she's going to die." The man started panicking when the girl stopped. Is this person going to die in my arms? Thankfully the girl took off her belt. She didn't say a word the whole time, she just stared at the woman on the ground. When she handed off the belt she stayed quiet, then she walked away. "Thank you." The girl paused, then she continued walking away, back into the crowd as the man began to apply the tourniquet. In the distance, beyond the now murmuring crowd, sirens could be heard getting closer.

"Ok, I have it on as tight as it will go."

- Good, now I need you to tell me if there's anymore major injuries or heavy blood flow you can see. -

"Her left arm is all twisted and disfigured. Um, I see a cut on her stomach, but it's not bleeding as much as her arm or head."

- Her head is bleeding? Where? -

" Well, hang on it's getting dark. Um, it's the back of her head, there's a lot of blood and OH GOD!"

- What is it? -

"I see her s-skull." He's been whispering about her injuries since the girl left to keep the crowd from getting antsy, but it's also just hard to say all this out loud in such and clinical way.

- Oh no. I should've just talked him through it. Now she's dealing with a traumatic brain injury and respiratory failure. Those medics need to be there now! Ok. I've given all of this information to the paramedics, they should be there any second to take care of her. You did a good job today ok? If she pulls through, you will be the reason. You're a hero. -

"What if she doesn't pull through?! What if she dies!?" Seeing what he is of her condition, he's starting to panic and wonder if all he's doing is prolonging this poor woman's suffering. He can't stop looking at her different injuries. Am I even helping her? Can anyone even survive this? Am I just making things worse? Am I hurting her... her leg, it must've hurt when i put that on. And I haven't even done anything about that cut on her stomach, it looks bad. The man on the phone didn't say anything about it. Should I ask? What if it's importa- what's that?

He stopped his inner crisis when he noticed something on her chest. Covered in blood he barely saw it, but with the ambulance lights he could make out a card.  He wiped it off and saw a picture of the woman bleeding out in front of him. Dr. Olivia Octavius.

- Then you did your best. Better than me. There isn't anything more you can do to improve her situation. Not anymore at least. The paramedics are on site and will take care of her the rest of the way. Thank you young man, for having the courage to be a hero for this woman. I should've done more. -

"Olivia."

- Excuse me? -

"Olivia Octavius. That's her name, she's a doctor."

- Then I'm sure she'll recover beautifully after this. If she even gets there. Doctors often find ways to get back to work as soon as possible. She'll probably never function the same because of my decision. I'm sure you'll see her again. -

"Yeah. Thank you, goodbye."

- Goodbye. I'm sorry. -

As he hung up Olivia was put on a stretcher and wheeled away. Right after he was walked off to where another ambulance was waiting and a blanket was wrapped around his shoulders as a paramedic helped clean blood off of his hands.

"What's your name?' She asked.

"Richard. Richard Fisk."
