Shinya rereads the message sent to him, wondering if Aizawa is making this up. Granted he does not doubt that Kakashi might have actually done something that could lead to this result.
But his son being an alien plant? That is just too much.
Explain (10:13)
Perhaps it was a joke taken too seriously?
Kakashi can be a bit out of hand with his antics, a joke hero name is not too far-fetched.
His phone vibrates, signaling that Aizawa had replied.
He gave a name that the class took literally (10:14)
Everyone can't come up with a better explanation on why he chose that name (10:14)
Apparently they think that it is more believable that your son is some sort of alien-plant hybrid (10:15)
Then the fact that your son might have a plant-base ability (10:15)

The words were still the same.
A sigh.
Shinya should have known Kakashi would have orchestrated something like this.
No sooner had this thought came, his phone vibrated again.

He seemed shock at the fact the theory was made (10:17)

So Kakashi did not instigate people to come up with that theory. He might have wanted them to come up with theories, but not something as absurd as him being an alien plant.

Shinya sighed, typing down his reply. Aizawa is most likely furious once he reads it.
It actually does hold meaning to Kakashi (10:19)
The hero side of hospitals reminds Kakashi of shinobi hospitals.
Sterile.
Little to no people walking around.
The only sounds heard are the muffled voices of the injured, the hurried footsteps of the working doctors and nurses, and the sound of patrolling guards.
Everything is calm and quiet.
Kakashi knew that the hero wards have soundproofed rooms, a way to give heroes privacy and keep people from hearing confidential information.
Kakashi finds the room he was looking for easily enough. He knocked and went in, not waiting for a reply.
A glance around the room shows that only the person on the bed is in the room, although there were signs of other visitors.
"MiniShot, thought you would show up."
Tensei sounds all too chirpy for someone paralyzed. It reminds Kakashi of Gai, the man had still been loud and cheerful despite no longer being able to walk.
"Maa, heard you got injured by Stain." Kakashi walked towards a seat facing Tensei, pulling out Icha Icha Paradise as he sat down.
"Yeah, that went better than most." Tensei looks sheepish. "At least I survived."
"Maa, that's true."
Neither continued the conversation after that. Silence engulfed the room, the only sounds being the sound of Tensei typing in his phone and Kakashi flipping the pages of his book.
There was no need for words. The two were comfortable with just being with each other.
Kakashi is not even reading. He just flips the pages, too caught up on thinking.
His father is hiding something.
His father had not acted any differently, but Kakashi knows something is up. He hopes that whatever it was bothering his father, it wouldn't lead to something bad.
Don't think about Sakumo.
"Hey MiniShot."
Tensei's voice snapped Kakashi out of his thoughts. He continued his act of nonchalance, still flipping the pages as he gave a hum of acknowledgement.
"UA is having their internship, right?"
Kakashi nods, looking up from his book. "I'm interning with tou-san."
That was obvious.
Tensei is nervous.
Kakashi can see it. The man was fidgeting, his brows furrowed, he was biting his lips, and his eyes were looking anywhere but Kakashi.
"Can you," Tensei took a deep breath, his voice quieter than usual. "Can you keep an eye on Tenya for me?"
Oh.
That was an odd request.
It makes sense though, Kakashi is a classmate. And the teen is probably taking his brother's sudden disability badly.
Then again, Kakashi can't really be sure. He had been too caught up with his father hiding something and the dumb theory Shouto and Midoriya were spreading.
"I feel like he might do something he would regret."
Now this reminds him of the Uchiha brothers, except less trying to kill each other and more trying to avenge each other.
Or Sasuke's Kage Summit pre-War era, now that Kakashi actually thinks about it.
This request is just the break he needs.
