Just a little drabble series that I started writing based on a vague idea I've had for a bit. Writing hasn't been easy for me lately, I'm still living at my sister's looking for a place to live. Stupid over-saturated rental market. :P

She stood in front of him, wearing a polite look on her face. A mask, he knew. And he wondered, had she even known that they'd known about her? The look on her face seemed… No, he couldn't trust the outward appearance she presented. She was calm standing before him, unfazed, and he wondered what it would take to ruffle her guard enough for a genuine reaction to manifest. Minato leaned back in his chair, looking her up and down critically. No, she hadn't known that they knew, but she did now.
"Haruno," he finally spoke. "Do you know why you're here?"
