Just a little drabble series that I started writing based on a vague idea I've had for a bit. Writing hasn't been easy for me lately, I'm still living at my sister's looking for a place to live. Stupid over-saturated rental market. :P

It had been a month since the call into the Hokage's office, and Sakura was still being shadowed by ANBU. She sighed. She knew that they knew, but nothing had been said. Hokage-sama had questioned her on some things regarding the Haruno business, things that, if he'd been genuinely interested in it, he should have gone to her father (or brother, as their official designation was as siblings) instead. He was the one that ran things here, Sakura was only here to help out.
Sakura fell back onto the soft mattress of her bed with a half-growl of frustration. "I should have stayed in the Capital," she moaned.
