When the last drop of the poison is fully absorbed by the kunai, Sakura takes it in her hands, feeling its weight perfectly distributed, her grip firm as she admires the sharpness of the lethal weapon.
Her eyes are reflected in the kunai and Sakura tries to see the sweet and innocent girl who fell in love with young Sasuke. But she doesn't find her, she only sees a girl with determined but sad eyes. But even if she cannot see her, as with Sasuke, she knows that girl is still there, the affection and admiration for him are still there, hidden by this older version of herself who doesn’t have time for childish feelings.

She is lying, of course she is lying. Sakura would never betray Konoha, Naruto or Kakashi. Much less for him.
