The Uzumaki Twins
In Itachi's entire life as a shinobi, he never knew what fear was.
Because he was taught that fear will make you die even faster.
He was not afraid to slaughter his entire family. He was fearless as a spy and infiltrated Akatsuki. He is fearless when fighting the tailed beasts as ordered by the organization. He is fearless when it comes to fighting Orochimaru, encountering Jiraiya or seeing the beloved brother he left behind. He was fearless as he fought Sasuke in a rampage of hatred almost three years later.
But after being reincarnated, Itachi knew for the first time what fear was.
“Nobuyuki-kun~”
“Nobuyuki-chan~”
The evil sounds of the Uzumaki twins resounded from behind the room door as if the bells of hell were about to begin. Oh sage sama, Naruto's children are the true reincarnation of the devil.
Itachi immediately used his meager chakra reserves, leaping to the window before the door to the room opened. Two heads of blonde, black and red hair poked in, Amaya and Rei smiled as they looked at their terrified little brother.
Without stopping, Itachi landed on the wall surrounding the apartment house and continued to jump onto the rooftops with his tiny feet. He had to keep running, running, running away from those twins before disaster struck him.
If Naruto and Madara were here, they would probably be amazed to see their two-year-old youngest son running across rooftops with extreme speed and skill.
However, Itachi was still a child after all, his body would never be as agile as the adult body in his previous life.
A golden chakra chain lunged forward and almost caught Itachi had it not been for his experienced shinobi's reflexes to alert and move sideways.
Itachi's eyes widened as two figures passed in front of him and landed on the opposite roof. Rei and Amaya laughed hysterically waving their chakra chains, Uzumaki's signature kekkei in each of their hands, unlike Ryuu and Nobuyuki, each of the twins possessed only one sharingan eye, Rei on the left and Amaya on the other on the right, the rest is Naruto's blue eye. It can be said that the Uzumaki children fully embody the fierce rivalry between the Uzumaki, Uchiha and Namikaze bloodlines based on their hair color, eye color, and even their kekkei genkai abilities.
“Nobuyuki-chan~, where are you going?” Amaya giggled, revealing a fang in the left corner of her mouth.
"Nobuyuki-kun~, tou-san and Dara tou-san told us to watch over you, you can't run around." Rei smiled sinisterly, revealing a fang in the right corner of his mouth.
Itachi could dimly see bat wings and hook-shaped tails swinging behind the twins, and he didn't have to think twice to guess what his end is in their hands.
Immediately, he spent what little chakra he had left, casting a genjutsu on the two of them. Amaya and Rei's eyes widened, their sharingan pair instantly activated.
“KAI!”
The twins shouted to break the genjutsu, after all it was just an E-class jutsu that Itachi used as a distraction, to buy him some time before shunshin's body reached another house some distance away more than 100 meters. Itachi flipped over, landed on the ground and activated his henge, transforming into a civilian and blending into the crowd.
“Hurry, Nobuyuki-chan has turned in that direction!”
“Nobuyuki-kun!”
The twins' bodies skimmed over the top of Itachi's head and darted sideways with chains of chakra swinging around them. Itachi watched the twins' silhouettes until they disappeared behind the buildings, sighing as he cut them off.
Eventually Itachi could feel his chakra starting to run out, after a while of running, jumping, performing genjutsu, and even teleporting a distance. He then turned into a dark and deserted alley to vent his henge.
Leaning against the wall, Itachi wiped the sweat from his forehead and sat down on the ground, before looking up at the sky... and seeing the two evil faces of Amaya and Rei.
“Found it ne, Nobuyuki-kun~”
“Found it ne, Nobuyuki-chan~”
Hopeless.
Itachi was in complete despair.
With two thuds, the twins' kagebunshin returned and they were giggling, hiding on the rooftops to keep an eye on Itachi. Itachi was completely unaware that Amaya and Rei would be able to create shadow clones at this age. Obviously his magic trick didn't work, perhaps the twins created clones to watch and follow him in the first place.
Amaya grinned at Rei, "So, what should we do with our little youngest brother?"
Rei tilted his head and smiled, "Because Nobuyuki didn't listen us, what about "punishment", dattebayo?"
The twins' eyes lit up at the same time as the two sharingans were spinning.
“Punishment - dattebayo!”
“Punishment - dattebayo!”
Rei swung the chakra chain around Itachi - now exhausted and unable to move, the 9-year-old boy crossed his arms in a serious pose uprightness.
“What kind of punishment is this, ne?”
“So… how about drop his pants hanging from the ceiling??”

“Dyeing his hair pink forever?”
No, no.
