On the street's of suna multiple foreign shinobi could found stalking towards the suna areana
the street's were especially flooded this day by a large amount of tourists
"Wow, since when has suna been this lively? " tenten a member of team gai said to her companions

"it's still hard to believe that the same gaara became a kage" ino says out loud, walking alongside her is her obese and lazy teammate accompanied by a Sakura who had no teammates
At ino's statement Lee clutches his hands in determination "my rival has gone ahead so I can't afford to lose here" Lee states
"I wonder who would win in a rematch between Lee and gaara?" tenten asks curiously
Neji gives her a dry look, while Kiba boasts about how he would win a fight against the kage making his teammate shino to sigh
"troublesome, you people live under rocks you don't even know how powerful the kazekage is" shikamaru mutters in a tired tone
"how powerful can he be?, he got defeated by naruto two years ago and was almost defeated by both sasuke and Lee in the chunin exams" Kiba finishes with a shrug
Shino sighs at Kiba before speaking "the current gaara is said to the strongest Amongst the current kages"

"why is he claimed to be the strongest kage?" Sakura asks, very curious as she had quite a few people raving about gaaras power
Shino soon answers After adjusting his glasses "he made his name by defeating the brutal and bloodthirsty former mizukage yagura" shino says causing stunned reactions among the rookies who didn't know gaaras feats

"I don't think you can call him a rival if he can defeat a tailed beast" Sakura informs
"battle is very complicated Sakura-chan even the strongest shinnobi had fighting styles or jutsu they didn't want to face" Lee states sagely
"hmm that's actually a good analysis rock Lee, a fight between you and the kazekage might tax him more than a battle against a tailed beast" shino quietly says
"WHAT HOW!?" kiba screams in disbelief and confusion
"putting things simply Lee is not stronger than a tailed beast but he would perform better against the kazekage due to his fighting style which the kazekage has shown struggle in countering"

The walk to the tower was full of banter and felt natural despite the fact they've fought on opposite sides in the previous chunin exam
Arriving at the tower temari knocks on the kages office

"I want to discuss something serious about this upcoming chunin exam, so my sleep can wait"
