Hashirama's First Heat

A short time later, Butsuma learns his son has been meeting Uchiha Madara, Tajima's heir, in secret. Butsuma plans an ambush to kill Tajima’s heir, but Hashirama figures out a way to warn Madara in Secret. Butsuma plans to punish Hashirama as soon as they return to the compound.
As they walk back to the compound after the confrontation, Butsuma notices Hashirama wincing in pain, but dismisses it.
Hashirama walks silently behind his father and young brother when he starts having cramps. By the time they reach the Senju compound, Hashirama feels the flesh between his legs split. After that, the pain intensifies, causing Hashirama to double over in pain.
The guards guarding the entrance to the compound notice and call a Med-nin. It only took a couple of minutes for the head Med-nin to come to the entrance. The med-nin slowly approached Hashirama and placed medical chakra on Hashirama’s stomach to find out what was wrong.

One other council member asks, “Based on what you said, Hashirama should not present early unless Madara is his fated mate, and only if the Omega is forced to abandon their destined Alpha will you see them present early? I would like to know what you did to cause Hashirama's fated mate to abandon him or for him to abandon his fated mate?”
The head of the Senju Council spoke up and said, “Okay, let's discuss this inside once we get Hashirama-san into his room.”
