Chapter 1
When everyone is in the theater and has found a suitable seat and requested some changes to the seats
Ryoga: So now you've all found your seats so now I'll ask you what you want to watch
Eri: Can I choose what to watch?
Ryoga looks at the others who are okay and notices how Baguko is about to say something but Kirishima puts a hand in front of his mouth and shakes his head.
Ryoga: Go to me so Eri go over there to the bookshelf and take a book and bring it to me so I can check that it's not a horror story or something depressing.
Eri: Alright
Ryoga: While the other is looking for a story, I'll tell you that there are refreshments near the bookshelf, and I made doors on both walls that lead to the toilet if someone needs to go.
Eri comes back from the bookshelf and shows the book to Ryoga
Eri: Can we watch this
Ryoga: Sure so everyone Let's start watching the Show
Ryoga: So the story that Eri brought me is Not That Kinda Fired by Mad_Nimrod. This is a bit of a funny story and it's about Izuku trying to get fired from Endeavor's agency
Ochako: Why would Deku try to get kicked out of there?
Shoto: I can think of a couple of reasons
Ryoga: I won't spoil anything but I'll tell you enough that that world is so similar to your world but at the same time there are some differences that you will notice.
Momo: How can we watch the story as a movie if you have it as a book
Ryoga: Aah, I have a device here that turns the book I put into a movie without destroying the book. Oh, Izuku, would you come here for a moment, I need to talk to you alone.
Izuku: Alright
Izuku and Ryoga go near the bookshelf and when they are near it Ryoga snaps his fingers.
Ryoga: That way no one can eavesdrop on us.
Izuku: So what was the matter you wanted to discuss?
Ryoga: My thing is about One For All and before you start panicking remember that I visited your dimension a while ago so I know about it but my thing is about it because in the story you graduated from UA and you don't have a quirk so the meeting with All Might on the roof happened but not the rescue of Bakugou so I'm pretty sure others will start asking so how did you plan to explain the whole thing.
Izuku: Can you give all the necessary information to others?
Ryoga: Sure, it's a pretty easy job, but you still have to explain things to others in more detail, and I'll do it so much that they won't be able to tell anyone else about it. I'll do this when needed, if the group starts asking questions, answer as best you can and then when needed, I'll put all the information in their heads or those you trust, because believe me, you need people to whom you can talk about your quirks.
Izuku: Alright and thanks
Ryoga: It's nothing
Ryoga snaps his fingers and he and Izuku go back to their seats just as he is about to sit down he notices that Aizawa has coffee and a wicked joke comes to mind and starts smiling and suddenly snaps his fingers
Ryoga: So now everyone have some refreshments and get comfortable
Most: Yep
Ryoga: Good, by the way, I'll make a small modification to this room. That is, I modify the room in such a way that quirks cannot be used in this room.
Mina: Why are you making such a fuss?
Ryoga: Some of you have rather destructive quirks and I'm just lazy and I don’t want to fix places every time if your feelings get heated and you start using your quirks without realizing it and start destroying different things.
Nezu: Understandable.
Ryoga Snaps his fingers and a device that looks like a movie projector appears from the ceiling and throws the story book into the machine and immediately the title and video image appear on the screen
Chapter 1: Attempt 1: Cofveve
Midoriya Izuku hated his life.
Ochako: Deku why would you hate your life
Izuku: I don't know if it will be resolved soon.
Well, maybe not hate , but he sure wasn’t happy.
Mina: This beginning doesn't sound good
Powerless in a world of superpowers. Belittled and bullied for even trying to make a name for himself. With the grand finale of essentially having the top hero of Japan tell him he was worthless, he was not happy. The only shining point in his life was being able to make it into and through UA High School, Gen Ed Course. Though even that was soured when he saw his bully make it through Hero Course.
Ochako: Powerless but Deku you have a quirk.
Mina: And why would you be bullied, you're a really nice person
Shoto: What do you mean the top hero told you I'm worthless.
Izuku: I have an idea what I'm talking about there, but we'll talk about it after this episode
Ochako and Shoto: Alright
At the same time with the teachers
Nezu: Have we let a bully into our school but who?
All Might: It must have been someone Midoriya knew from before. Aizawa, have you noticed anything that could indicate a bully?
Aizawa: I haven't noticed anything that would indicate a bully, maybe in that universe the bully is one of the differences from our world. By the way Yagi Do you know anything about that hero incident
All Might: I have an idea.
Ryoga, who listens to the teachers' conversation, thinks to himself
Ryoga: How come they haven't noticed anything, it's pretty obvious when you think about it.
And now here he was, three years after graduation, typing away on a computer in the Endeavor Agency as a Junior Analyst. He initially jumped at the chance to work at a hero agency, both because part of him still wanted to make an impact on society, and because they were the first agency who didn’t laugh him out of their office once they saw he was quirkless. Now, though, he was miserable. While he wasn’t bullied, most of the sidekicks still ignored him unless they needed coffee or to drop a pile of papers on his desk to look through. He honestly felt less like an analyst and more like a secretary. Even with how much he was paid (which was not a small sum), Izuku wanted out. He had done some online work as a freelance analyst in the past, he could easily go back to that.
Izuku: Apparently that version of me beat some Japanese quirkless stats.
Momo(asks a little scared): What do you mean by that?
izuku (blocks Eri's ears): Most quirkless people don't live that long, usually they kill themselves before they turn 18, or those who don't for a long time can't get a job anywhere, so that version of me has lived in Japan longer than other Japanese quirkless people and got that version of me suffers from overtime as seen by a really well-paid job.
He sighed as he leaned back in his chair, remembering that damn contract he signed when he joined. It was a five-year contract, with several specific terms on why it would be a horrible idea to try resigning. Like, legally horrible. And he didn’t wanna spend his savings trying to worm out of it. He’d been here two years already, Izuku wasn’t sure he’d make it another three before going mad.
Aizawa: Wow, here's a good example of why you should read contracts properly.
He was shaken from his thoughts with a shrill shriek behind him. It was so sudden he almost fell out of his chair. Turning around, he saw the Pro Heroine Burnin’ (Endeavor’s 2nd-in-command) screaming at an intern. He must have tried something with her, like flirting. Even Izuku knew trying to flirt with Burnin’ was a bad idea. He turned back to continue typing when he heard a pair of magical words.
izuku: Todoroki, does this happen quite often?
Shoto: You wouldn't guess how often
“YOU’RE FIRED!”
Izuku stopped. Fired. Burnin’ just fired an intern. That gave him an idea.
Izuku: I have an idea what kind of idea that version of me got.
After work that day, Izuku read through his contract again. Sure enough, while he couldn’t try to resign, there was nothing saying his superiors couldn’t fire him. It was perfect. Now he knew what to do.
“I’mma get myself fired,” the green teen whispered to himself.
Izuku: That's a bad idea and I don't think I'll have any trouble getting fired there.
Kyoka: Why did that sound like you were trying to jinx yourself?
Denki: But the Endeavor agency he's talking about will surely get fired very easily.

Of course, Izuku knew it was easier said than done to get fired. Especially if he wanted to get fired in such a way that it wouldn’t hurt future employment opportunities. True, there were a lot of places who would see he got fired from Endeavor’s Agency and know it was likely due to Endeavor’s unpleasantness, but he still had to be careful.
Izuku: Of course, that version of me still needs to think carefully about how he wants to get fired without it harming his future.
Iida: Midoriya, what do you mean there?
Izuku: Iida look, if I get fired for some terrible reason, the next employers wouldn't give me a job, but if I was fired for a very small reason, then the next employer wouldn't really care about it.
Momo: Does this also apply to freelancers?
Izuku: Yes
By sheer happenstance, his first opportunity arrived the following day.
Nezu: What kind of opportunity did Midoriya get?
Aizawa: I'll see you soon
“Oi, Midoriya!” a voice called out as Izuku stepped into the office. He saw one of Endeavor’s sidekicks running up with a bit of a frantic face. That was never a good sign around here.
Shoto. So, my father is obviously in a bad mood and has asked for something that the person cannot do or does not have time for.
Izuku: Would you believe that I could get fired if I did what was asked badly?
Shoto: Yep
“What’s up?”
“We don’t have any more interns after Burnin' fired the pervert yesterday,” the hero explained, “and usually it’s the interns who bring Endeavor his morning coffee. We’d do it ourselves but all us sidekicks are preparing for a big operation. You know how to run the coffee machines, right?”
…Izuku had an evil idea.
Aizawa: Why did I get chills when Midoriya got a nasty idea that somehow has something to do with coffee.
All Might: Just coffee, how can you get chills?
“Sure,” the green man smiled. “Does he take anything special in his coffee?”
“One spoon of sugar,” the hero quickly replied. “He’s super picky about it. You’re the man, Midoriya!” The sidekick ran off without another word. Izuku rushed to the kitchen to prepare Endeavor’s coffee.
As it was brewing, Izuku poked around the cabinets to find the tool of his sabotage. The instant he opened the fridge, he knew he found it. With a calm smile, Izuku pulled out the jar of mayonnaise and yanked the cap off. Fresh American mayonnaise. Perfect. Once the coffee was hot enough, Izuku took a big spoon and dropped two big scoops of the white condiment into the coffee. Stirring it to make sure the mayo was fully dissolved into the scorching liquid, Izuku kept his smile as he carried the mug of Crime Against Humanity up to Endeavor’s office.
Everyone looks at Izuku as if he is the devil himself who has come to destroy the world.
Izuku: If I don't get kicked out of that, I'll eat the hottest food you can find.
Itsuka: Let's keep that in mind when we return to our own universe, but forgive us if we don't trust you if you offer us coffee.
Momo: Sorry Midoriya if we don't dare you to make coffee for us in the dorm
Izuku: It's nothing Kendo and Yaoyorozu
Aizawa: Problema child, that version of you is frankly a barbarian who is the enemy of every coffee drinker.
Ryoga, who is hears Aizawa, smiles crookedly behind his mask.
Izuku could feel the inferno before even opening the door. A sign that Endeavor was pissed, even this early in the morning. That was even better. Izuku’s smile grew as he opened the door and stepped inside. Trudging through what one sidekick often called “An Arizona summer in Japan,” Izuku approached the desk of the current Number One hero.
Shoto: So my father's normal mood where it's almost time
All Might: Young Todoroki, you wouldn't say that your father is always a jerk
Shoto: That's exactly what I mean.
Denki: Stupid question, but how hot Arizona is in the summer
Pony: Arizona in the summer is at its worst around 107*F or 42*C depending on which temperature scale you look at and at its lowest it is around 77*F or 25*C
Pony: Wait a minute, how can I speak Japanese clearly even though I still have trouble with it and you can understand me?
Ryoga: Aah sorry, I forgot to mention that in this theater there is always one kind of multi language magic on, so you can understand what others are saying even if it is said in a different language. For the record, I copied this magic from some isekai manga for the sake of usefulness.
Pony: One of the unfair spells you can get from the isekai worlds.

Endeavor was screaming something into his phone. Izuku didn’t pay attention to that, simply setting the mug of fresh Biohazard on his desk. Without a word, Izuku walked back out of the office, enjoying the calmer weather, and went to his desk to work. Any minute now, Endeavor would storm out of his office and fire Izuku.

Any minute…
Izuku: Huh where is the angry Endeavor yelling that who dared to spoil his coffee?
Aizawa: Wait a minute, yes, he'll probably come soon.
…
…Did it just get cooler?
Izuku: Don't just say he liked it.
Shoto: Maybe you managed to poison him and he died.
…
Thankfully, before Izuku could start considering the notion he’d accidentally killed his boss, the fiery hero stepped out of the office. Oddly, he did not look enraged. He just had his usual Resting Bastard Face. He looked around the office before walking over to Izuku’s desk. The quirkless man saw he was holding the empty coffee mug. Yes, good, come fire him.
Shoto: Oh, too bad you didn't poison my father with coffee
Izuku: That's a good thing, I don't want to be responsible for his death!
Shoto: You know what he's done
Izuku: I know very well because you told me but I think he should be thrown into the deepest cell of Tartarus and the key thrown to the bottom of the sea.
All Might: Young Midoriya and young Todoroki what exactly are you talking about
Ryoga: Izuku and Shoto, that thing will become clear in time, so get ready to explain the whole thing.
Shoto and Izuku: Whoah sure
“Were you the one who prepared my coffee earlier?” Endeavor asked, holding up the mug.
“Yes sir,” Izuku affirmed, “that was me.”
Izuku: Well now I'll get kicked out definitely maybe Endeavor will play it cool before he gets totally pissed off and kicks me out
Aizawa: At least that version dares to admit that you made his coffee.
“You’re getting a raise.”
“...What?”
There is a moment of silence in the entire theater before the entire crowd screams almost at the same time
Whole group: Huh, How, it can't be possible, he liked it
Vlad and Aizawa: Everyone quiet, maybe at that point the whole thing will be explained why he raises her salary.
“Young man,” Endeavor gave a very uncharacteristic smile, “that was the best damn cup of coffee I’ve ever had. You’re getting a raise, and I want you to make my coffee every morning for me.” He then reached into his pocket, and slapped a pile of bills onto Izuku’s desk. “Keep up the good work.” Endeavor walked back into his office, leaving all his sidekicks and employees in shock. Izuku just stared down at what had to be a week’s wages sitting on his desk in disbelief.
Aizawa: How is it possible that someone can like that kind of coffee as it was said in the episode that coffee is a crime against humanity
Ryoga: I can't answer that, but I can tell you that you drank the same coffee that Izuku gave Endeavor.
Aizawa looks at his empty coffee cup and looks at Ryoga like he's seen a ghost
Aizawa: You demon
Ryoga: Oh thanks for the compliment I tried I just couldn't resist playing a little mean prank.
Aizawa: Do you have something against me?
Ryoga: Kind of, but I can't explain it now, it will take too long
While Ryoga and Aizawa are talking to each other, Izuku finally says something when Uraraka shakes him worriedly for a while when Izuku goes quiet.
“...What the fuck…” Izuku whispered to himself.
Izuku said the same word at the same time as his on-screen version
Mina: He swears
Kyoka: You only focused on that?
Mina: It's easier to focus on things that you don't think will happen than on things that don't surprise you that much
It appeared he’d have a harder time getting fired than he thought he would.
Ryoga: So you probably have some questions for Izuku, so before we start watching the next episode, it's worth asking now, but I'll address some questions because some of them may be answered in one of the episodes
Mina: Izuku were you bullied before you came to UA
Izuku (in his thoughts): Huoh, I guess there's nothing you can do here but rip off the band-aid and answer some questions.
Izuku: Yes it's true I was bullied because I didn't have a quirk and I was the punching bag of the whole school where everyone could use their quirks however they wanted
Uraraka: But you have a quirk. Wait, when did you use it for the first time
Izuku: When I saved you in the UA entrance exam by beating a zero point robot that's when I used my quirk for the first time and that was the same day I got it
Aizawa: Wait, are you saying that you opened your quirks during the entrance exam?
Izuku: Yep, it's on my papers
Aizawa: Damn, I'm a complete idiot!
Nezu: Didn't you read your class information?
Aizawa: I just did a quick glance, meaning I just looked at the names and the quirk name. I had to research better later but every time I tried something happened and I didn't have enough time to look at the papers properly.
In the All Might: Young Midoriya episode it was mentioned that your bully got through the hero course, so is that true in our universe as well, so is your bully in a hero course
No one notices as Bakugou sweats a lot in fear
Izuku: That's true
Nezu: Can you tell me who it is so we can help you?
Ryoga: Izuku you don't have to answer that because it will be answered in one episode
Izuku nods towards Ryoga because he understands
Momo: Could you tell me why you were bullied?
Izuku: That's a bit hard to answer, the main reason why some people bullied me was just because I didn't have a quirk
Aizawa: But if you were bullied, didn't the teachers stop it or help you in any way?
Izuku: Most of the teachers encouraged others to bully me and some were involved in some cases.
Kirishima: How were you bullied
Ryoga: You don't want to hear the answer to that because frankly some of the cases are close to war crimes before the quirks appear in your world and before you say anything Izuku I looked at your memories when you came here so that's why I know everything that has happened to you.
Izuku who was about to say something closes his mouth
Izuku: Ryoga, let's talk to each other for a moment
Ryoga: Alright
izuku and Ryoga go near the bookshelf again and Ryoga does the same silencing magic again and starts talking.
Ryoga: So have you decided who you want to tell about your quirk or should I wait a little longer
Izuku: Can't we keep it a secret?
Ryoga: Izuku, believe me, you need people you can talk to about the quirk, if you try to deal with it alone it will only make things worse, so you need to have your own support group that you can talk to with confidence. Even All Might has his own support group who know about One For All.
Izuku: I understand I'll think for a couple of episodes and then make a decision
Ryoga: Well tell me then
Izuku: Alright
Ryoga (in his thoughts): Good thing I got him to think about it beforehand because I know what happened in canon when he didn't make a support group on time for himself so maybe this will improve things and just in case I could go to their universe to help.
Ryoga and Izuku go back to sit on their benches
Ryoga: So next episode?
