Summit
Tsunade wakes in the same bed as Jiraiya, it's already morning. Staring on his innocent face, saying to herself, Ididn't expect myself to be this in love with you. He was exactly her kind; he would sacrifice anything to make the world better though he's goofier, odder, and gets on her nerves, he shares her optimism for the future. While gazing at him, she lightly caressed his face. Feeling something in his cheek, he opened his eyes suddenly, making her almost fall out the bed, humiliated and blushing. He greets, "Good morning, babe." She stumbled, "Babe?" cringing out at what he had just called her, "Good morning," saying it back. Gently lauging as he notices her, lying at the edge of their bed, "What are you doing over there?" moving closer to him right away to deflect the question, "what?" with an obvious lie face.
In bed with her, he gave her a firm cuddle. Tsunade sighed, "what are you doing?" Her heart rate beats rapidly. "Let's just stay here for a while" trying to get back on his sleep again. Discreetly smiling and pleased enjoying their warmth. "Jiraiya, you've loved me since we were kids, and I'm sorry for making you wait so long," she added softly. "Don't worry about it," he chuckled, "Your rejection only made me stronger. Oh, and a best-selling book." "I'm serious," she said as she turned to face him. Jiraiya replied, "No need to apologize about it; I never really expected that this day would come since you never even made me confess my love to you" She gave him a smack on the lips and hugged him. "Well, I will make it up to you" While giving him a hug, head resting on his shoulder, she saw the clock on the table next to him and exclaimed, "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH THE SUMMIT!" making her sit up, "Its already 10:00am!" he sits up as well, scratching both his eyes. "It will begin at 11:30 and would take an hour to get there, you still have 30 minutes." "IDIOT! ONLY 30 MINUTES? I'll need to prepare for around an hour!" yelling at him in frustration, "why?" frowning at her, clueless. "You'll never understand", she said. When she got out of bed, she realized she was naked, giving him a scathing glance as she turned around. "WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU'RE LOOKING AT?" immediately, he cast his eye upward, "at the ceiling?" She screams "UHH WHATEVER" and dashes to the bathroom to take a shower.
Shizune called her from outside, "TSUNADE SAMA!" They looked at each other, paralyzed. She yelled, "FUCK!! quick, hide under the bed!" while he wear his underwear, he said naively, "Wait, why am I hiding?" "Knowing her, she has a big mouth," whispering at him while she pushes him under the bed. Shizune became confused after hearing noises and a man's voice. She wondered to herself why wasn't she replying back, "Tsunade sama! I'm coming in!" she have a spare key because occasionally she comes by when she asks her to clean it or fetch her belongings. Seeing her wrapped in a towel, "Oh Tsunade-Sama! did you wake up late?" she furiously asks. "You need to leave in 30 minutes, you overslept again, didn't you?" she laughed, "blame that stupid alarm clock for not doing its job," Shizune saw how messy her place was. She walked around while chatting and asked, "Why is your room so messy? It looks like an earthquake had happened here." Recalling how they fumbled in the walls as they passionately kiss while walking to the bed. As soon as Tsunade saw Jiraiya's robe lying nearby, she quickly kicked it before Shizune notice it. She makes a phony chuckle and says, "Ahhahahaha, I was drunk last night, maybe I crashed?" All of a sudden, Shizune yelled, "AHHHHHHH TSUNADE SAMA IS THAT FEET UNDER YOUR BED?" when she accidentally found a big foot under her bed, making her shove Shizune outside her room out of panic. She lectured, "Shizune, get out for now and eat your breakfast you're hallucinating things, I'm going prepare, see you later!" trying to gaslight her. "Yes, Tsunade sama!" surrendering to her as she yells at her, followed by a banging door. Shizune turned around and walked away. "was that really feet? Maybe she is right, I'm just hungry."
As soon as she slams the door and locked it, she yelled at him, "IDIOT!!! WE WERE NEARLY CAUGHT CAUSE OF YOUR DAMN FEET!!" screaming back at her, "IT WASN'T MY FAULT I COULDN'T FIT UNDER YOUR BED." he was right, he really didn't. "Whatever! just take the bath right now." He went in at the bathroom, finishing after five minutes. She was doing her make up for couple of minutes, she wraps up and left with Jiraiya. He glanced at her, enthralled once more, she smirkes at him, knowing how gorgeous she looks and the lingering smell of fruity scent of her signature perfume. Reaching the gate of the village, she saw Shizune and Kakashi stands near it. "TSUNADE SAMA, YOU WILL ARRIVE THERE LATE FOR SURE!!!" She crossed her arms and talked big, "no problem, I have explanations to offer." knowing that its a lie she just let her win, "Safe travels" bidding them as they made their way to the summit of the five kages. Arriving at the destined place, after traveling for an hour from Konoha, the other kages gave her a stern look. "Oh, I'm sorry I'm late. We had an emergency, which I took care of," with a straight face, lying as like its her mother tongue and took her seat in her assigned chair. The Tsuchikage irks at her, "You are already an old hag, you should have left your position to young people." rolling her eyes at the old sagging man, "you're one to talk, huh?" while the Mizukage greets her, "I'm glad you've recovered, Hokage" she smiles and thanked the woman Kage besides her. "Seeing hokage being rude again is just a proof that she has recovered." Raikage smugs a grin.
The summit began. Tobi emerged out of nowhere while they were in summit. He declares the Four Great Shinobi War and reveals himself as Madara. Before deliberating on what would come next, they took a break to give time for the five village representatives to discuss what would they do. Four kages went for a stroll outside with their companions. Jiraiya asks, "you want to move outside as well?" refusing him right away, "Nah, thanks. We're just going to bump with that obnoxious Tsuchikage" frowning and rolls her eyes. The three of them deliberated on how will they handle the war that is about to break for about next couple of months. They have decided that forming an alliance with them would be a good start and so on. After they create their strategies, she stood up and stretchs, "Lets go take a walk for now" inviting two of them outside, "sounds good" as Jiraiya and Kakashi followed her.
They ventured outside to go for a little walk. Kakashi thought of just staying at the bench as he saw this as a queue to leave them alone. She grabbed his hand as they walk around the cherry blossom trees as they talk about silly things and laugh about it. The silly things in question were Jiraiya dissing and mocking the Tsuchikage about his arrogance and Tsunade laughing about it as she completely agrees. They're having a good time with each other, too focused on themselves flirting and picking on, like removing the fallen petals off her hair and tucking her side bangs in her ear and pinching his nose lightly to tease him, while the other people involved in the summit, notices how 'scandalous' they were.
After couple of minutes, the summit resumed. It went over for hours as they had a hard time forming an alliance between the five villages. They returned to Konoha at midnight, immediately explaining what had occurred to the Jounins and Anbu, leaving the genin and chunin for tomorrow. Jiraiya explains the situation to the two great elders as Tsunade ask him to be the one to talk to them since she despise them. He picked her up after and went home, "Can you stay tonight again, Jiraiya?" "Sure" as they walk near her house. The moment they entered the bedroom, they collapsed into bed, exhausted and worn out.It didn't take long for them to immediately falling asleep holding each other in embrace.
