Kagami watched because that was all he could do. Watch as his clan get slaughtered, the only survivor go mad, the 4th Shinobi war, everything. He was so sick and tired of this bullshit. Gods he just wanted to fix things.
"And you shall get your wish."

Suddenly, a white light enveloped him
Once he wakes, he finds himself in a clearing surrounded by trees. He is wearing a pair a black Anbu pants, shinobi boots and long sleeve turtle neck. When he regains he footing, he immediately sets off in the direction he hears bustling. Kagami arrives in a normal village. After some walking and asking around. The Uchiha finds out it is 2 years before the death of his sensei, Tobirama. He has 2 years to train his abilities.
He decides his new name will be Uzui. It means freedom loving and free spirited and that is exactly what he is.
"So you're the reason for my splitting headache."
"Me?"
"Hey, senior. Wanna merge minds? That way you can have information on what's going on inside the village. And gradually we will fully become one. If we do that double the power."
"Sure."
Soon there was a splitting headache for both sides as they joined minds. 30 minutes later it stopped.
