Prologue

Rain pours down relentlessly, turning the dark forest into a glistening, treacherous maze.

A terrified young girl with matted black hair and torn clothes gasps for breath as she stumbles through the narrow passages. Her eyes dart frantically, searching for any escape from the relentless pursuit.

A shadowy figure clad in a long black coat and obscured by the downpour stalks her with determination. He clutches a gleaming Kunai, its blade shimmering menacingly in the dim light. His breath comes in ragged, excited gasps, as he revels in the anticipation of catching his prey.

The girl's heart pounds in her chest as she sprints forward, her bare feet splashing through puddles, and her sobs blending with the sound of the torrential rain.

The forest seemed to close in around the young girl, its gnarled branches reaching out like skeletal fingers, ready to ensnare her at any moment. Raindrops stung her skin as she pushed herself harder, driven by pure terror. The trees seemed to whisper dark secrets, their leaves rustling in eerie harmony with the relentless downpour.

The pursuing figure, shrouded in darkness and soaked by the rain, moved with an eerie grace, never faltering in his pursuit. His malevolent grin gleamed under the hood of his coat, and his eyes burned with a sickening hunger for his prey. The knife he clutched was an instrument of dread, its deadly glint mirrored in his twisted pleasure.

As the girl's foot caught on a root hidden beneath a puddle, she stumbled, crashing to the ground with a cry of anguish. Mud and rain mingled as she desperately scrambled to her feet, her breaths now shallow gasps of fear. She could feel the figure closing in, his presence looming like a malevolent shadow.

With a surge of desperation, the girl spotted a faint glimmer of hope—a small clearing up ahead. Ignoring her bruised and battered body, she summoned every last ounce of strength and sprinted toward it. Her determination to escape was her only lifeline in this relentless nightmare.

The shadowy figure, now only a few steps behind, lunged forward with the knife poised to strike. The girl's heart thundered in her chest as she reached the clearing's edge and stumbled into a small, moonlit meadow. She glanced back just in time to see the figure falter, his sinister intent thwarted by the open space and the sudden illumination from the moon.

Gasping for air and trembling with fear, the girl pushed herself further into the meadow, her matted hair plastered to her face. The figure hesitated at the edge of the clearing, his malevolent eyes burning with anger and frustration. For a moment, the rain-soaked forest seemed to hold its breath, as if nature itself were watching this deadly game unfold.

“Uchiha” the man that had followed her coughed out.

The girl's breath caught in her throat as she turned to face the new arrival, the rain-slicked meadow casting an eerie glow on his red, glowing eyes. The name "Uchiha" hung heavy in the air, filling her with a sense of foreboding and confusion.

The man who had pursued her, his knife still gripped tightly in his hand, backed away slowly, realizing that he had been joined by someone equally ominous. He watched the unfolding scene with a mixture of fear and curiosity.

The young man with the red eyes stepped closer, his presence exuding an air of power and mystery. His gaze never wavered from the terrified girl, and he seemed to radiate an aura that hinted at an otherworldly presence.

The girl was trembling with fear and confusion. She had narrowly escaped one threat, only to be confronted by another, and the weight of the situation bore down on her.

The young man with the red eyes remained silent for a moment, his gaze drifting over the girl's bloody and dirty appearance.

His features were shrouded in darkness, but the intensity of his presence was palpable. The girl felt as though he could see deep into her soul, unravelling her fears and secrets with just a glance.

Finally, he spoke, his voice low and commanding, yet strangely soothing amidst the chaos of the rain-soaked forest. "Come."

The girl hesitated, her torn clothes clinging to her trembling form. She had no reason to trust this stranger, but she also had no other option.

"It's not a place for a child. There are things lurking here, things that feed on fear and despair," he said cryptically.

The rain continued to pour down, the forest's whispers growing louder. The girl was torn between the danger she had narrowly escaped and the enigmatic figure before her. She had no choice but to trust him, at least for now.

The mysterious young man extended a hand towards her.

She hesitated for a moment, then reached out and took his hand. As she did, she felt a surge of power, as if an unseen bond had been formed between them. With a nod of determination, she decided to follow this stranger. Little did she know that her journey was only just beginning.
