Goin' Back
Namikaze Uzumaki Naruko, daughter of Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina, everyone knew her. It was a fact. Her hair shone in the daylight, being bright yellow practically sparkling, and her bright ocean blue eyes just sang with happiness. No one could ever ignore her after she protected the village from Pain with the jutsus that she spent her three-year trip practicing along with her sage mode that added color to her eyes, making her even more enchanting…
Twenty-six… the age Naruko lost everything to Him, Uchiha Madara. Her village, friends, and other villages are gone, nothing is left… except her. Tired, blood-soaked hair and rags adorned her body with many rips, nothing to live for, not even her eyes shine… not anymore at least.
Well, you don’t wanna hear this from me! Let me fix this real quick!
‘I’m so tired, Kurama’ Naruko thought to her furry friend inside her, ‘there’s nothing left.’ looking around, smoke filled the air, and there was no vegetation to be seen at all. The parts of her friends surround her, blood soaking the ground, the war against Zetsu and Madara is over but at the cost of everything. Zetsu is dead, sealing was a godsend to get rid of him, Madara took care of himself after that, pissed that he was manipulated.
“Come here, Kit.” Kurama, the nine-tailed fox, said, pulling her into her mind. Curling his tails around her, he pulls her closer, a frown pulling at his mouth at hearing her sobs echo through the mindscape as the others gather around matching his expression. All the tailed beasts surrounding the once bright girl, not even notice the other being in her mind.
“Young One,” every being whipped around, immediately on guard watching the other being come from the shadows.
“Father?” Kurama questioned as Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo walked out of the shadows, the once feared beast surrounding him, surprised. He gestures to the girl, who has yet to notice him, Kurama controls his tails to hold her out to his creator.
“Naruko,” Naruko’s head snaps up, finally noticing the other being, tears continuing on their path, “Even after all the challenges your fate has made you go through, you are still pure,” He pauses looking at the face of the girl, who’s been given terrible cards all her life even this war that took everything from her, couldn’t fully break her, he continues
“I wish to give you another chance, to fix this world” He smiles, barely and only for a second, as hope blooms on the face of the too-young woman,
“But you would have to go back alone, I would need the chakra of my children, to perform this jutsu.” Naruko bites her lip and looks at all the friends she has left, surprised when they all have soft smiles on their faces.
“Kit, you’ve been through so much, it's time you be selfish,” Kurama confidently says looking at her and then being proud to see all of his siblings nodding their heads in agreement. Tearing up, Naruko turns to look at the Sage of Six Paths, with determination, her eyes sparkling for the first time in months. She nods…
“It will take time for me to find it, so work on yourself self you have to be in top shape or it will tear you apart” Ending his little speech, he nods then disappears…
“Seems we got some work to do” Kurama gives a big toothy fox grin at his young charge, Naruko looks at him and returns the grin,
‘Seems we do, Fluffy! Dattebayo!’ her grin turning shaper at the glare Kurama gives her.

“Are you ready, Young One?” Hagoromo asked as he looked at the woman barely seeing the shell that had been. Naruko looked around at all the beasts that helped her train so she could have another chance, with looks of encouragement coming from each one of them. She looks at Hagoromo, eyes full of determination, and she nods. Hagoromo starts drawing the seal on the ground that will be used while Naruko says her goodbyes. Kurama, while Naruko cuddles into his fur, thinks of the training they put her through, hoping that she is strong enough for this.
“Come Young One, stand in the middle,” Naruko takes a deep breath before making her way to the middle without messing with the delicate signs.
“Copy my hand motions,” Hagoromo states to his creations once Naruko makes it to the middle. Following his lead, all nine, tailed beasts surround her and hold up their paws, starting the signs while pushing their chakra through to the seal. Slowly, the lines of the seal start to glow then…
“NOW!” the sage shouts, then every ounce of chakra everyone had left was pushed into the seal. The seal sent out a blinding flash and a ground-shaking bang… mustering up the last strength he had, Kurama looked… no one… closing his eyes, and resting his head…
“Good Luck, Kit”
