To New Beginnings

Everything went black for Naruko after the seal was activated, her body pushing through time. Fighting the compression of time was painful but no screams of pain could be heard throughout the travel. Finally, all the pressure stopped…

‘I’m falling…’ Naruko couldn’t pull the strength to open her eyes, much less to twist herself to land on her feet. Her muscles were spasming, tightening, and loosening, pain shooting through her during every spasm. Not yet opening her eyes, she starts pulling nature chakra to her slowly but surely, trying her best not to pass out in the air. Slowly dripping into her dangerously low chakra reserves, though it's going to take time to fill them back to how they were but feeling the chakra pulled from everywhere around her, she smiles at an idea appearing in her mind.

Tugging on the trees with the small amount of nature chakra she collected, the arms of the trees reach for her, delaying her fall. As she falls into the embrace of nature, her chakra exhaustion catches up to her, knocking her out, the leaves are a blanket while she rests on the branches, dead to the world whose future is not so stone anymore…

Everyone but one saw the red writings that filled the sky, scribbled to the human eyes from a distance. Shivers went down ninjas and civilian spines alike as the chakra filled the air, overwhelming everyone and pushing them down. The sky turned blood red as the chakra filled the air, painting it darker and darker. Getting harder to breathe, second by second, then it got too heavy, bringing people to their knees and wheezing…

Finally… it stopped… The sky went the baby blue it always was and not a hint of chakra in the air…like they were in the eye of a storm they couldn’t see…

On Mount Myoboku, the toads are clouded with confusion as another summoner seal appears after the ‘Storm’ calmed down, within the meeting, right in front of Garamaru. Chakra surrounds the seal as the gold and red chakra surround the seal, almost looking like it's burning the seal before it drops to the ground. Perplexed, as no one has told them that another was signing on or been accepted, Garamaru ends the meeting, making all the toads leave. Taking a chance, he looks into his past changed, divination, the one that he told Jiraiya-boy, he is surprised to see it change never has his tellings now reading

“One who brought much greatness to the world has returned, to protect what once lost.”. Looking at the summoner seal that has spawned out of nowhere, he smiles, small and full of fondness as nature seems to put up protected forces around the seal, meaning she recognizes the summoner.

Picking up the seal and putting it with the other summoner seals, with a slight grin, he understands that he should tell Jiraiya-boy but later, perhaps after he meets them, whispering “Welcome home, traveler…”.
