Kyoko Reborn as Shinobi!

Kyoko hummed, "We are going to the land of Snow. That's pretty far from here."

Sasuke, "Do you think it has something to do with what happened during the second part of the Chunin exams?"

Naruto had a scowl, "Maybe?"

Kyoko hummed, "Well, it's possible the Sandaime found something but wants us away for safety."

Kakashi eye smiled as he appeared, "Correct, plus consider this an educational trip. You three somehow end up in the middle of political mess. So, we are going to the Land of Snow to not just escort the Princess but also to make sure the political relationship between the two places our village and their country stays stable."

Naruto sighed, "Okay Sensei."

Kyoko groaned, "Not more politics. I am a medic for crying out loud."

Sasuke nodded, "I know the feeling. Dad wants me to take over as clan head but I prefer studying and figuring out the problems of our kekkai genkai."

Kakashi eyed them, "Hm! That is very understandable, I can say. Kekkai genkai are very complex."

Naruto looked at him, "You do not mind us crashing at your place, right Sensei?"

Kakashi laughed, "Of course not. I like it when the Hatake compound is filled with pups, my little pups."

Kyoko grinned, "No take backs Sensei."

The compound was large for just one team but Kyoko was not complaining, especially when their Sensei showed them the clan training area. It was rigged out with obstacle courses, training dummies and target areas. Kakashi ushered them inside telling them to eat some food before giving them a training session. Knowing jutsus was the easy part, applying them in life threatening instances was the hard part. So far they had abused the clone jutsu like the cheat code it was but seeing the two S ranked nin were aware of it now, they needed more ideas that Kakashi was willing to share.

The next day Team Seven met with their client Fujikaze Yukie who was going to the Land of Snow to shoot for a new movie. The actress eyed them in interest then turned mumbling something under her breath and sat inside her carriage. One of the workers approached them and requested that Kyoko joined Miss Fujikaze in the carriage. It had surprised Kyoko a bit but she supposed asking one of the guys would be awkward and click bait for reporters.

Sasuke mumbled, "Oh, we are escorting Naomi nee - chan's favourite actress."

Naruto was looking at the details of the mission, "It looks like it will be quick and get us away from the people trying to hook us up for a while. That is if we are not attacked on the road, of course."

Kyoko tapped the carriage door with her knuckle, "I am coming in."

Yukie smiled at her, "Please have a seat."

Kyoko smiled back, "Thank you very much."

Yukie felt her cheeks flush as she looked away, 'Why does her smile feel so warm? Wait, is this one of the fabled seductive abilities Shinobi were rumored to have? What a dangerous child!'

Kyoko took out her sealed bag, "Would you like some snacks?"

Yukie eyed the round items inside the box, "What are those?"

Kyoko, "Jelly cakes. It is one of my own creations. I enjoy making new food and recipes."

Yukie took one, "Oh, this is good. Not so sweet, but very creamy and fluffy."

Kyoko beamed at her and pulled her into the latest gossip about the other actors and actresses in other movies. Naruto and Sasuke sweat dropped outside, Kyoko - chan had used her clones to snoop around last night and collect all sorts of stories and rumours. Who knew the clones could be used for something as ridiculous as celebrity gossip? Well, at least things are peaceful and going well this time. And hopefully it will remain peaceful till the end too.

Naruto's eye brow twitched in annoyance, "I spoke too soon."

Sasuke muttered, "Me too."

Kyoko, "So much for an easy and calm mission."

Kakashi had an annoyed expression as well, "Remind me to add more clauses at the mission department. It looks like the consequences we added were not enough."

Koyuki who was now revealed winced, "I apologize for the deception but I was very desperate."

Kyoko sighed, "We can see that. They really want you dead, huh?"

Naruto murmured, "But he is your Uncle. He is supposed to protect you."

Sasuke placed a hand on the blonde's shoulder, "There are times when the biggest traitor turns out to be your own family. It happens and the best we can do is deal with it and move on."

Kakashi, "Sasuke is right, so pups. Do not hold back and get rid of these assassins."

Kyoko, "Right!"

Naruto, "You got it sensei."

Sasuke "Hn."

Koyuki was holding her necklace, "I will not yield to you Doto. Did you think I would not find out how you killed my father?"

Doto smirked at her, "Heh! It doesn't matter, I will become the leader of Snow."

Kyoko narrowed her eyes, "Not under our watch."

Kyoko punched the ground making ice go up in a wave in front of the enemies. Kakashi grabbed Koyuki and moved to get out of there followed by his students. The team rushed through the forest area away from the men wearing the chakra draining armor. They looked at each other and created clones to throw their chasers off. Doto cursed them saying he would get Koyuki back and find the treasure Sosetsu had left behind. He screamed that treasure belonged to him only, as the only male heir left.

Koyuki clutched her necklace muttered, "Not as long as I am alive, you will not. This I swear."

Kakashi placed her down, "You are correct. As long as you are alive he has no rights to it."

Kyoko eyed them, "You two know each other from before, don't you, Sensei?"

Koyuki nodded, "Hatake - san saved my life when I was younger and helped me hide from my Uncle."

Kakashi explained how he did a mission years ago when he had saved Koyuki when she had been much younger. Koyuki nodded adding explanations here and there explaining the situation with her Uncle. It had left Naruto feeling very upset on her behalf and he had excused himself. Sasuke told them he would keep an eye on Naruto to ensure his safety and left. Kyoko gave a sigh, Naruto had always wanted a family which he got when the Sandaime had adopted him.

The thought of any family member betraying each other for something as absurd as a treasure was just ridiculous to Naruto. To the blond, a family was worth a hundred times more than some old gunk filled treasure. Koyuki was a little worried she upset the blond Shinobi but Kyoko had reassured her, he was upset on her behalf. She explained how a family was much more important to Naruto rather than some treasure. To hear there was a man who would turn on his family all for an item was unfathomable.

Koyuki was wistful, "His family must be very loving and wonderful. How envious!"

Kyoko smiled at her, "They are, and don't worry Princess, we will help you."

Koyuki, "Thank you."

Sasuke returned with Naruto trailing behind him looking flushed and better. Sasuke had a smug glint in his eyes as they joined them again making Kyoko raise an eyebrow at them. Naruto was looking at the ground with a pink face while Sasuke was feeling proud of himself. Kakashi had just snorted under his breath about innocent puppy love then leading the way. He had managed to find the rest of the crew who had dispersed with the help of Koyuki's guards under her order.

Kakashi ordered, "Come this way, everyone. There is a boat here that will take us half way through our journey."

Kyoko was still eyeing her teammates, "Okay Sensei, we are coming."

Naruto was not able to look at anyone at the moment, 'My first kiss.'

Sasuke, "Ruru - tan, come on."

Naruto nodded, "Coming."

Sasuke, "Sorry."

Naruto looked up, "What for?"

Sasuke, "For kissing you without asking. I should not have done that. But I was not thinking and I just wanted to calm you down, I swear."

Naruto shook his head, "Do not apologize for that. And I.... "

Sasuke, "What is it?"

Naruto spoke softly, "I did not mind. Besides, it was you and I trust you."

Sasuke, "Really? You don't mind?"

Naruto smiled shyly at him, "If I had to loose my first kiss to someone. I prefer losing it to you, not some stranger."

Sasuke flushed pink as well, 'I got his first kiss?'

Sasuke, "Me too."

Naruto, "Huh?"

Sasuke, "You are the only one I kissed so far."

Naruto, "You are pulling my leg Sasuke. You are so popular among boys and girls though."

Sasuke, "So are you, among shinobi."

Naruto pouted, "That's only because of business. They like my seal."

Sasuke, "Those boys and girls only want to get close to me because of Naomi nee - chan."

Kyoko, "Wait a minute!"

Naruto jumped, "ACK!"

Sasuke whirled with a kunai, "Koko - tan. You scared us."

Kyoko rolled her eyes, "I have been looking for you all over the ship. But you were so lost on each other you did not notice me at all."

Naruto "Ah... Well, my clones are only to alert me when an enemy is approaching us."

Kyoko waved that off, "That is not important. You two shared your first kiss?"

Sasuke, "Yeah, we sort of did, I guess?"

Kyoko, "Explain!"

Naruto explained after he had stormed off feeling angry about Koyuki's situation, he had made clones. It had helped calm some of his anger but not enough so he had started to use a tree as a target. That's when Sasuke had approached him trying to calm him down but nothing had worked. So Sasuke had done the one thing that had come to his head because of the movie earlier. He had kissed Naruto who had frozen still at the lips meeting his. The kiss had not lasted long as Sasuke stepped back after a few seconds.

Sasuke's ears were pink, "We returned after that since Naruto calmed down a bit."

Naruto nodded cheeks bright pink, "Yeah, nee - chan. That is all that happened."

Kyoko hummed smiling, "Well, I am glad, you two worked it out but next time try not to do it during mission. It is not safe especially when we are dealing with an enemy."

Sasuke, "We won't. I just wanted to calm Naruto down so he won't do something he will regret."

Naruto nodded, "It will not happen again."

Sasuke, "Not to forget, I want to court Naruto properly first."

Kyoko blinked grinning, "Oh, you decided then."

Sasuke nodded, "Yes, it will have to be done after the Chunin exams however."

Naruto was looking at Sasuke with wide eyes, "You are really serious about this?"

Sasuke nodded, "Of course I am, Naruto. Truth be told, I have liked you from the first time I saw you."

Naruto was smiling brightly, "Really?"

Sasuke nodded, "Yes, but I want to do this properly."

Kyoko nodded, "Yeah, you are the Hokage's son and grandson while Sasuke is the clan head's son. There are rules you have to follow whether you like it or not."

Kakashi appeared, "Maa, maa! My little pups are growing up too fast."

Kyoko looked at him, "Sensei, I am glad you are here. You and I are going to act as their chaperones."

Kakashi, "Sure, my cute pups, I will happily watch over you."

Sasuke's ears were pink again, "Sensei."

Naruto, "Nee - chan, you don't have to."

Kyoko, "We want to. Besides, some bastard out there may try to do something. We will not let them hurt you nor let anything happen."

Naruto, "You really think someone might try to separate us. What about if we go official?"

Kakashi hummed, "Even then, someone will try. I still remember the number of times your father and I had to stop a bunch of kidnappers trying to steal your mother away."

Sasuke, "Really? Is it because they are Uzumaki?"

Kyoko looked contemplative, "I would not be surprised. Do you remember one of the letter we read addressed Naruto as Prince Uzumaki?"

Naruto winced, "I don't want to think about it. It was so ugh, cringe, to just read the first sentence. Blergh!"

Sasuke smirked, "Eyes as blue as the sparkling ocean waves."

Kyoko laughed, "Hair as gold as spun silk."

Naruto hit his shoulder and pouted at his nee - chan, "No, do not start with me."

Kakashi chuckled, "Indeed, now let's focus on this mission first okay. We can discuss the details after we are safely back home."

Kyoko, "Sensei is right. This is not the time or place for it though I am excited and happy for both of you."

Naruto, "Yeah."

Sasuke, "We understand. Let's finish this mission and then talk about courting and of course self protection."
