Sasuke Meets His Children
A/N: Ignore the clan symbols on their onesies, the babies in-story don't have them 'cause Naruto is NOT Sakura :)

Naruto stepped forward and knocked on the door. At that moment, a chubby lady opened the door. "Good evening, Lord Hokage. You have perfect timing for I was just about to leave. Be warned, your babies just fell asleep so try to be as quiet as possible," she told them. Naruto grinned. "I will, believe it." She bowed her head then walked off into the night.
"You just leave my kids in the hands of some woman all day?" Naruto eyed the ticked off ninja. "If you're worried about assassination attempts, no one else has tried after I killed the first one that did." Disguised Sasuke's eyebrows rose in alarm. "Now come on. And be quiet." Sasuke obeyed, suddenly having respect for the blonde man.
Naruto led him to a room on the second floor where there were two cribs side by side. Sasuke undid his disguise then approached the cribs. Naruto stood by the door.
In one crib was a shaggy blonde baby boy in a black onesie and in the other was a straight black haired baby girl in a pink onesie with a printed bib. They slept on their backs and held hands through the bars of the cribs.
Sasuke reached out and lightly touched their heads. They barely stirred. As he pulled back, he noticed his hand was shaking. To hide his reaction, he tightly gripped the edge. " They really looked like you and I," he softly said. "They do," came the weak reply.
Sasuke turned to see why and saw the man was wiping his eyes. He left the cribs in a moment and stood before Naruto. "What's wrong? Why are you crying?"
"Nothing's wrong, I think...I'm just happy," Naruto sniffed. "Okay, then stop it. You...you had me worried," Sasuke told him as he started to wipe away the tear trails. "I'm sorry Sasuke...for making you worry." "No, anyone who saw the absent father of their children now be with those children would cry too. Just take deep breathes," he comforted him while rubbing his cheek.
Naruto exhaled and inhaled slowly until water stopped pooling under his eyelashes.
"I think you should go sleep, you've had an eventful night." Naruto peered up at Sasuke and nodded.
As he pulled away and turned to go, he paused and whispered, "If you want to sleep in my bed, the door's open." Then, without waiting for a reply, he left.
However, Sasuke didn't take up the offer, instead he spent the night disguised on the couch.
