Chapter 1

Boruto had always been a strong and determined individual, and his decision to leave the Leaf Village and protect it from afar was no exception. As he lay in the forest, gazing up at the star-filled sky, he couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment and pride in his own actions.

Despite the pain and loss he had endured, Boruto had made a choice to let go of his own desires and put the safety of the village and its people above all else. It was a sacrifice he was willing to make, but it didn't make it any easier.

Boruto chuckled softly as his son, Sarato, ran up to him and wrapped his tiny arms around his waist. He smiled down at his son, feeling a deep sense of love and pride swell up within him.

"Of course we can play," Boruto said, ruffling Sarato's spiky purple hair. ”We can play as much as you like. Your mother is busy in the village, so it's just you and me today."

Sarato looked up at his dad with excitement in his eyes. "Daddy, can I play with Nue when Mommy gets home?" he asked eagerly.

Boruto couldn't help but chuckle again at Sarato's eagerness to play with Nue. "Patience, buddy. Mom will be back soon, and then you can play with Nue all you like."

Meanwhile, Sumire was hard at work in the village, using her scientific knowledge to make new breakthroughs and discoveries that would benefit them all. Boruto always felt a sense of admiration and pride for Sumire’s intelligence and dedication to her work.

Boruto and Sarato spent their time playing together in their cozy house in the forest. They played all sorts of games, from tag to hide-and-seek to building things with blocks.

Despite the challenges and sacrifices he had made, Boruto found joy and contentment in moments like these, when he could simply be a father to his son and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Even though he had to keep the village's safety in mind, he knew that these moments with his family were what truly mattered

Sarato looked up at his father with innocent curiosity in his eyes and asked, "Daddy, why don't we ever visit the village sometimes?"

Boruto sighed softly, knowing this question would come up eventually. He knelt down next to his son and put a hand on his head. "It's for your own safety and the safety of your mom and everyone in the village. I have to keep our presence a secret, or else it could put us all in danger."

Sarato looked up at his father with a determined expression on his face and said, "But Daddy, I want to make friends in the village and attend the academy so I can be just like you and protect everyone."

Boruto couldn't help but smile at his son's eagerness and aspirations. "Someday, my boy," he said softly, ruffling Sarato's hair. "Until then, we have to keep a low profile. But I promise, I'll teach you everything I know, and you can become even greater than me."
