Hi guys,This is my first time writing fanfiction so idk how good this will be or if there are any grammar mistakes. I got so frustrated cuz i couldn't find the fic i wanted so i decided i'm gonna write it. Hope u liked it.

Amidst the chaos of the Fourth Shinobi War, the air was thick with chakra, blood, and tension. Explosions painted the battlefield with flashes of fire and shadow as shinobi clashed against Madara’s forces. But in the heart of the chaos, something far more absurd was unfolding.

“Naruto, you absolute idiot!” Sasuke’s voice rang out, his tone sharper than his Chidori.

Naruto skidded to a stop, panting heavily, and turned to face Sasuke with a scowl. “What now, bastard? We’re in the middle of a war!”

“That’s exactly why you shouldn’t be throwing yourself at every enemy like you have a death wish!” Sasuke snapped, his Sharingan blazing.

“Well, excuse me for trying to save everyone!” Naruto retorted, fists clenched. “Not all of us are cold-hearted jerks who keep everything bottled up!”

The battlefield around them went eerily quiet. Both friend and foe hesitated, kunai mid-swing, jutsu half-cast. Even Madara Uchiha, perched on a rock like some dark god, paused his laughter to watch the spectacle unfold.

“Bottled up?” Sasuke stepped closer, his voice low and dangerous. “You don’t know what the hell you’re talking about.”

“Oh, I don’t?!” Naruto shouted, closing the gap between them. “You disappear for years, barely say two words when you’re back, and then have the nerve to lecture me? Maybe if you stopped acting like the world’s biggest lone wolf for five minutes, we wouldn’t be in this mess!”

Sasuke’s jaw tightened. “Maybe if you weren’t so damn reckless, you wouldn’t have half the scars you do now! Do you ever think about how it feels for the rest of us to see you hurt over and over again?”

Naruto blinked, momentarily stunned. “What... are you even saying right now?”

“I’m saying,” Sasuke growled, his face uncomfortably close to Naruto’s, “that you’re an idiot who doesn’t realize how much—” He cut himself off, teeth gritting as though the next words physically hurt.

“How much what?” Naruto demanded, eyes wide.

Sasuke stared at him, and then, with the battlefield as their witness, he shouted, “How much you matter to me, you moron!”

Naruto froze, his mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. “Wait... what?”

“I care about you, okay?!” Sasuke yelled, his face uncharacteristically flushed. “More than I’ve cared about anyone, and it drives me insane because you’re so damn infuriating, and we’re in the middle of a war, and—”

Before he could finish, Naruto grabbed the front of his shirt and yanked him into a kiss. It was clumsy and awkward, their noses bumping and teeth clashing, but it silenced Sasuke mid-rant.

The battlefield erupted—not in combat, but in a collective gasp. Allied shinobi and enemy forces alike stood frozen, their jaws hanging open. Somewhere in the distance, Sakura dropped her kunai with a faint clang. Even Zetsu muttered, “What the hell is happening?”

Madara pinched the bridge of his nose. “Are they seriously doing this now?”

Naruto pulled back, grinning so widely it seemed to outshine the Rasengan forming in his palm. “There. Was that so hard to admit, bastard?”

Sasuke’s face was a mix of fury and embarrassment. “You’re the worst.”

“And you’re stuck with me,” Naruto shot back, his voice softening as he added, “so don’t go running off again, okay?”

Sasuke sighed, his shoulders relaxing for the first time in years. “Fine. But only because I’m the only one who can keep you alive.”

Their moment of truce—or whatever this was—was interrupted by a shout from Kakashi. “Uh, Naruto, Sasuke? The war isn’t over!”

Naruto turned back to the battlefield, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly. “Right. Guess we should deal with this first.”

Sasuke rolled his eyes but drew his sword, stepping beside Naruto. “Try not to die, idiot.”

“Same to you, bastard.”

And with that, the war resumed, though the shinobi present would forever remember the day Naruto and Sasuke’s bickering turned into... whatever that was.
